Love coming here with ny friends. At times it is a bit of a wait, but worth every minute. The rice and hibachi are amazing and i do believe the best white sauce I have ever tried.

We love this place! It's great for families & large groups! My husband & I share the Triple Kobe for two meal and have plenty of food... We usually end up taking at least a box or two home with us as well. We also always get garlic in our rice and it is beyond delicious! Bhong is the best chef there!!

Maybe I am just spoiled by Myabi Kyoto at the beach, but I don't really believe that. First, I went in here to get a gift certificate during the lunch hours. They weren't really busy, but it still took them a while to help me, then they did not seem to know how to correctly ring up the gift certificate. I was not in a hurry, and the waiting really would not have been a problem if it had not been so hot in there!! We went with a group of 8 people 3 days after I had been in before. It was still smoldering in there. The thermostat said 80 degrees. That is unacceptable in a place with all that fire and such! They sent the chef out, and the first thing he did was carelessly squirt oil all over the flat top table/grill. It splashed off the grill and onto the dining part of the table and onto my clothes. Strike one. They completely forgot to bring me my salad, solely because I asked for no dressing. It was a good thing too. The people who got dressing on their salads could not even find any lettuce. Strike two. I personally prefer the Japanese steakhouses that do not mess to much with the rice. It doesn't need egg, or veggies! They give you veggies anyway!!! I have an onion allergy and guess what they put in the rice? Onions. Strike Three. The traditional "Shrimp toss". Most places toss a whole small shrimp to people. Not here. They had tiny pieces of shrimp to toss. Everyone caught it, and when he got to the last person there was s significant amount left over. Rather than throw one piece to her to catch, he threw all of it AT HER. It got grease all over my husbands shorts! The hits just keep on coming!!!! I ordered the filet, I was so excited about it after the let down with the rice. The chef was cooking it, and it looked so good- Until he threw down nearly 1/4 cup of minced garlic and tossed my steak all in it. I like garlic, but I have severe heartburn and cannot tolerate that much!! I ate only a few bites. Needless to say when I left the restaurant I was sweaty, hungry and I smelled like garlic. The way they add so much "extra" leads me to believe that they are not using quality ingredients. If you want a QUALITY experience from a Japanese Steakhouse, you are not going to find it here.

I love this place! I used to eat here everyday for lunch before I moved, and I still eat here when I visit home. They have great lunch specials, and the food is delicious! The staff is amazing, they remember me every time I go there.

Waited 35 minutes for takeout, drove to pick up, and waited another 15 while the sushi chef started making our meal. Opened the container upon arrival at home and a spider crawled out. Will not be returning.

I love this place! The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and funny. I had dinner with a group and we enjoyed it very much. If you're an uptight person, maybe this place is not for you... If you love to eat, this place is for you ;) They gave us sooo much food! It's delicious! This is the place to go in South Carolina! I love it!

Had a hibachi meal for a friend's birthday. The hibachi chef was entertaining, however the waitress and sushi was lacking. When asked what was in the Kobe roll, she replied , "I have no idea" and made no attempt to find out. We ordered a spicy tuna roll instead and it had no spice. It was a plain tuna roll with cucumber. I was not impressed and would be reluctant to go back.

I go here all the time and have never been disappointed with service. I love the food and the interaction with the chefs. My parents told them that it was my birthday and they came out and did a song and dance for me.
