Went for a light lunch, and got sucked into buying a bubble tea. Who can say no to a bubble tea? I requested a custom wrap of hummus, provolone, and all their veggies in addition to a Vanilla Frost blended bubble tea. So good! The Good - Fast, friendly-enough service, a good menu of possibilities, and a damn fine cup of bubble tea. The Bad - A very limited pastry selection. The Ugly - Nothing. Eating here was a happy experience, and I will surely be back.

This is a really cute little coffee shop. Emphasis on the coffee as this place is clearly a coffee shop before all else. (cappuccinos, yes!) Service is friendly and quick. Their breakfast sandwiches are huge and delicious - fresh bread item of choice and super melty cheese. I love it. I'm still trying to figure out how they get their eggs to be so thick & fluffy, perhaps they use a microwave cooker? I've made microwaved eggs before and it's almost the same texture. I can agree with the smoothie comment. It's more of a syrupy slushy, which would be super refreshing in the middle of the day but the sugar hit doesn't quite work as a breakfast option. My friend had an iced chai that looked awesome and she was happy with it. They also seem to be hoping on the bubble tea trend, but I notice the menu only shows the option of jellies or poppers (instead of tapioca) so that's something I'll have to experiment with trying out. I'll definitely remember to stop here when I'm back home visiting family & friends.

Stopped in here today because I was looking for a nice coffee shop in the Smithfield area. Everything about this place was awful. First thing I noticed as i walked in, was a very bored looking employee leaning up against the counter. He never greeted me, and barely looked up at me. After a few awkward seconds of me just standing there, I greeted him and started ordering. (He never took his eyes off of whatever he was reading) While he was making my coffee (that he got wrong) I noticed that everything was incredibly dirty. Coffee splatters all over everything. There was even coffee splattered on the back of the cash register monitor which is white. The back counter looked just as disgusting. I was really hungry, but decided to skip breakfast once i saw some sort of a dried up puddle on the bottom of the case that held some old looking muffins and one sad raspberry twist. I understand that coffee shops get dirty, (i used to own one) but when you're not busy, it wouldn't kill ya to grab a rag and give it a quick once over. I could maybe overlook some of this if it was a good cup of coffee, but it wasn't. It was weak, and flavorless. Very disappointing, because this place has great potential.

Nothing special to be had here. I stop in because this location is one of the last spots in the northeast without a Dunkin Donuts every 50 feet. If it was a Dave's Coffee, then I would have something to rave about.

This might literally be the only place in a reasonable distance to Providence that does a half-way decent smoothie but, in my experience, it was only halfway decent. The people that I've had the pleasure of being served by were absolutely great. My commendation goes to every person who works here. They're always pleasant, nice, knowledgeable and really seem to be working their tail off. Unfortunately, the smoothies I've had here haven't been great. The coffee has been pretty good, and the drinks otherwise pretty nice. The pastries and baked goods have been very fresh, it seems, I like the place, but the distance from most places and the state of their smoothies is pretty disappointing. I wish I lived closer to Smithfield/Greenvile to take advantage of this spot.

Looking for a new to me local place for coffee that is not Dunkin or Starbucks we recently discovered this place. Turns out we've been driving by on the way to Rt. 44 and never realized it. Friendly service. Good iced coffee. My croissant sandwich with ham and cheese was okay. The croissant was overdone. Limited pastry menu. I like that they have bubble tea. Will need to try one. I prefer adding my own milk and sweetener but they do it for you. I asked about milk options, cow and soy. I was hoping for almond or coconut, since I have a milk allergy but I realize not every place have it. Luckily I carry lactose pills with me. I will go back.

This place is excellent. I just read someone's review complaining about the smoothies. It's called Smithfield Coffee Company. If you're that hung up about smoothies go someplace else!

I visit Smithfield often, and I recently made my first visit to the Smithfield Coffee Company. Not being a fan of Dunkin' Donuts or Starbuck's, I was looking for a local (and locally owned) place to get a real cup of coffee, and I noticed the Smithfield Coffee Company sign and went in. Am I glad I did! It's a wonderful spot, friendly and inviting, with a really nice selection of coffees and other beverages, as well as breakfast and lunch offerings and fresh-baked goods. Even though they were about to close, a friendly young lady waited on me, told me to make myself comfortable and not to hurry, and recommended a certain Ethiopian roast, which was wonderful. I also tried some of their delicious white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and their oatmeal raisin cookies...they were so tasty, I bought a bag of them to go. They also have Wi-Fi, which is nice. So next time you're headed to Dunkin' Donuts, do yourself a big favor and visit the Smithfield Coffee Company instead. I know I'll be back often!

This is a really cute coffee shop and Smithfield has needed something like this for awhile now. The decor is quaint and the service is helpful and friendly. It's in a great location too, in a semi-busy plaza and right near schools and the ice rink. My friend and I were able to walk here and enjoy a nice coffee, I love this new spot. This town is controlled by Dunkin Donuts and Smithfield Coffee Co is a nice change of pace. Both times I've come here I ordered the Andes Candies coffee which was delicious, mixing two great things Andes Mints and coffee! My sister got the mango smoothie and said it was delicious and my mom enjoyed her ice tea as well. I got a caramel apple turnover which was yummy, but I wasn't the biggest fan of the crust. My mom ordered a wrap and she enjoyed. The was a sample of their chocolate chip cookie however, but it wasn't good, it was super dry and I couldn't even finish the small ration. I think this is a great place, it's a little more expensive than Dunkin Donuts, but it's way more delicious and there is a lot more time and effort put in. This is a great place to support a local business and get your afternoon fix.
