One of the best over-all places in RI. Top notch "Cafe" type foodstuffs; bagels, muffins, pastry, cookies, croissants, etc. The Staff is friendly and fast. The owner will remember your name, and your "usual" after a few visits. Although I've been coming here for years-even when it used to "Baked Expectations"- I truthfully believe it just keeps getting better. It can get a bit crowded, but unless I by some miracle have a week-day off, I take out anyway. My favorites; sunflower seed bagel with crunchy peanut butter, spinach & Cheese croissant, chocolate chip cookie, pizza (any kind), and spiced chai.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Best bagels ever. They even have the low carb ones and will fix it up however you want. They have several types of coffee every day + you can sit by the fireplace, work off the free wi-fi + relax as long as you like. The guys that work there are super friendly + they have really reasonable prices. It can get busy at times but it is always filled with locals. They have tons of sandwich option + several types of pizza. The place is itty bitty but that's what makes it special.

Best scones. The holiday scone with cranberries, pistachios & white chocolate and colorful green sugar sprinkles was a delight! The staff know the regulars by first name. I've been a loyal patron for many years and I'm pleased they offer vegan options. I often get a half doz scones so I can freeze them and pop one in the toaster oven when I have a yummy scone craving.

My cousin brought me here on a visit to RI. I loved it! So much character packed in a small space. Bagels were delicious. Unlimited coffee and free wifi + a cute little fireplace. What more could you want on a winter morning?

Little Falls is quaint and cute, but I have to be honest - I was totally turned off by the condition it was in during my visit. Visible grit and grime in an establishment selling food and drink does NOT whet the appetite. While the cookie I purchased was damn good - chocolaty, rich and chewy - iced tea was stale and weak. I didn't take more than two sips of the tea, so the cookie was hard to get down - but I managed as I was ravenous. They have a ton of options and, if I am ever to return, I'll most likely avoid the tea (I don't drink coffee, but hear theirs is pretty good) and keep my purchasing to the cookies, as my friend's muffin was stale - like, hard-as-a-rock, days-and-days-in-the-canister stale. Not good. I'm all about supporting local businesses over a chain, sincerely, but I'm not down with cutting corners on the goods your customers come in to purchase. Freshness is key, and sadly it was lacking the day I visited Little Falls.

Best of the 3 coffee spots in Pawtuxet Village. Their coffee is a step above the rest of the competition in the Village. They care about their coffee. There is a variety of choices everyday. I love your bagels and how you have a great variety of flavors. I stopped in for lunch last week and it also was very good. They bake their own pastries and pizza on site which is rare and important to note because their pastries and pizza are delicious. It's small inside but very friendly and charming.

Perfect everything. My sister and I stop by LF every time I am in PVD for some low carb bagels. My favorite is the everything with tomatoes and chives! Every single experience has been the same: delicious fresh bagels, excellent staff, and absolutely perfect prices. I love that I feel like I am entering someone's home when I check out Little Falls, it is cute, quant, and totally worth a visit.

I picked this spot for a client meeting last week because I knew that It was relatively easy to find and conveniently located for both parties. The Americana I purchased was great, but that's all I had. It's too bad I'd had breakfast already, as the pastries and other things looked pretty good. It is very small, and once my friends arrived, it did get rather hard to hear everybody in the conversation. I suppose it is called "Little" Falls, though, so I can't complain really.

Very yummy coffee and love the setting but kinda small and the food wasn't that great. If I'm in the area I can see myself swinging in for a coffee but wouldn't make a special trip.

This is exactly what a neighborhood coffee shop should be. And it's so much more than that, with their great selection of bagels, their cream cheese and lox, and several choices of fresh brewed coffees. The best quality of this small café is that you see the owners right there, every day, who genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the food and coffee they serve. It's a really good feeling to support a local business like rather than a cookie cutter generic chain. I hope they stay open for business for a long time.

Definitely a local place where people come regularly. I was there at 730am on a Sunday morning, as I had to go into work. All the other patrons knew the 2 men behind the counter and the men knew everyone's order without them even asking. I am a bit picky when it comes to coffee -- so I will say that this was not the best coffee. However, I was groggy and coffee is a comfort food for me, so I was happy. There were many options -- I choose the coffe blend with beans from the mountains of Mexico. I ordered a low carb wheat bagel with lox, cream cheese, tomato and onion. It was perfect. There was just enough cream cheese -- I don't like it to be covered in 2 inches like it can be at some places -- a generous helping of lox and fresh tomato. The bagel was toasted perfectly. Could not have been happier with my choice. Next time, maybe one of those sweets in the case that was so tempting. :) It is small -- if it were crowded, I am sure that I would have been frustrated as there's no where to stand when waiting for your order without being in someone's way. I will definitely go back. Pawtucket Villiage is just too sweet.

The best Pawtuxet Village has to offer by way of coffee is only saying so much. Multiple, good organic coffee options under friendly ownership. On the flip side, it's the size of a shoe box with about two too many tables and alas, the pastries won't do - even In a pinch. Beware of the stale scones and croissants made with oil. More popular than Water's Edge, so be prepared to find it packed with locals.

I have been living in the neighborhood of Little Falls Bakery for only one month and I have already lost count of the number of times I have been here. This is the perfect little cozy place to while away a lazy weekend morning with a friend. Choices are endless: scones, pizza, decadent cinnamon rolls, sandwiches... You can choose from a huge selection of low carb bagels (which due their size and tastiness, seem to defy nature by being only 100 calories). The coffee is fresh and flavorful; you can go purist with dark roast or if you are more adventurous, try a snickerdoodle or mudslide coffee. Tea drinkers also have an inventive array of flavors to choose. There is free wi-fi, so make it a business break! Bring your pup, the place is pet-friendly! If the weather is good, take a seat outside, soak up the sunshine and watch the world go by, at a relaxed, Pawtuxet Village pace, and enjoy every last bite of your low-carb bagel of the day.

This is a cute little cafe in the center of Pawtuxet Village. I liked the vibe inside - less than 10 tables - 2 along the window, lounge chairs flanking the gas fireplace, and an interesting selection of both hot and cold drinks. I wanted to love it after I walked in, but I was not as impressed as others have been with the pizza and I was disappointed with my salad. The salad says it comes with a host of vegetables, but when I got it, it only had letuce, onions, and tomatoes. Not at all what it says on the menu. Now I don't know if this is because I came pretty close to when they close , or if it's just misadvertised, but either way it was disappointing. I think I will give it another try because I'm always looking for some variety in my coffee shop experience and their sandwiches looked interesting, but I'm going to hold off on the salad next time.

Best coffe in Pawtuxet Village. This place is like Cheers, a friendly place where everybody knows your name! The coffee selections change daily and most of the goodies are made in back. I love that they have 100 calorie bagels and a great variety. Jeff, the owner, is super nice. This is the kinda place where you can go and just chill with some good coffee and utilize the free WiFi. It does get a bit too crowed on a weekend morning and the place is small so don't be afraid to politely find your way to the coffee bar. Most people are too busy chatting to realize you need to get by. Try the berry bagels, chocolate croissants, any flavor coffee, or a blueberry corn muffin (these are my choices) the scones are dry and nothing is very sweet like other bakeries.

Adorable little cafe in Pawtuxet Village! Stopped in based on a tip from another Elite Yelper, and I am so glad I did! Low carb bagels? That taste like their full carb counterpart? Yes, yes it is so at Little Falls Cafe! They offer many different varieties and all of them looked amazing. I went with the everything and was not disappointed. The chive cream cheese was not the best ever, but not bad. I also ordered a large snicker doodle iced coffee and have had dreams about it every since. Amazingly flavorful! Little Falls, I think I am in love with you and I know I will be seeing you again real soon!

Little Falls is THE neighborhood coffee shop in Pawtuxet Village. If you live in the area, you will always run into someone you know. The lines can get long on weekend mornings, and the seating can get scarce, but we often take it to go. I wish they had better ventilation because my clothes smell like fried egg long after leaving the place. The owners are frequently around and are such a big part of this little community.

This place has all of the charm of a true locals' spot. The staff knows most of the customers by name, there is a cozy fireplace, you serve yourself coffee and they let you pay for the food after you eat. I haven't tried too much food here--pizza was decent but a little cold. Like many other reviewers have said, this place is so charming that I'll come visit again and again, even if the food isn't their strong point. After reading the yelp reviews, I need to go check out the low carb bagels.

Little Falls....Little Falls!!! I can't say enough about this place....it has become my second home since buying a shop in the same neighborhood. The staff is super friendly and fun!! My favorites are Sausage, Egg & Cheese on an english muffin and the Howdy Pilgrim for lunch! Oh, don't forget the grilled muffin with butter...yummmmm!

I love to start my day off with a snickerdoodle Iced coffee and perhaps a breakfast sandwich from Little Falls. Really a great place to grab a quick bite and then stay a while and read the paper. Nice coffee selection, deli sandwiches, and other baked delights. This place is locally owned and the staff are always very friendly. The remember the regulars and always greet them with a smile. There is even a cozy little fireplace to sit by when the winter months come. So if you want a nice little local coffee house experience you wont regret, check out Little Falls and stay a while!

Have been here a few times over the last year, willing it to improve. I can see it might have charm as a neighborhood coffee place, but the coffee isn't great, and neither are the bagels. The service is slow and not necessarily friendly. What really drags down the rating for me though is how dirty the place is - really gross.

Spent $7.50 on a sandwich today. It was wrapped when I received it and the entire sandwich was burnt when I got home to eat it. What the heck? I am posting a photo so others can see too. Look in the photos for the burnt sandwich. The employee of little falls that made my sandwich knew it was inedible and wrapped it up anyway. Remember when it was Baked Expectations? That would never have happened. Never. We've been going this place for 20 years and it's hit or miss but this lands it squarely in the avoid at all costs. No regard for the money I worked for to buy this sandwich. Don't. Spend. Your. Money. Here. It clearly is not appreciated. What a bummer.

Enjoyable comfy cozy cafe in Pawtuxet village. It is quite small inside so come before the rush! It's counter service and the staff are always sweet. It can be a little discombobulated in line due to space issues but the staff will get to you. They offer an assortment of baked goods- muffins, scones (some very unique combos) and bagels. I love the spinach filo dough pockets- I don't think that's the correct term. They are super tasty and run out fast! Coffee is delicious! Self serve for hot and they have rotating flavors for the iced. They have outdoor seating in the summer too. A very sweet spot to visit in pawtuxet village :)

Pros: FABULOUS COFFEE... they serve Mills coffee roasters which I believe is local and I will drive out of my way to get it! I also like that it's self serve. The food!... everythings great, the sandwiches, soups, baked goods and they have some of the best bagels around. I've heard they have low carb bagels which I haven't tried. The staff is friendly and accomodating parking is usually available on the street close by Cons: the space is a bit cramped and the arrangement of tables/chairs seems like it needs to be rethought. The menu is a bit hard to see and you kind of have to get in other peoples way in order to figure out what you want to order. Then, once you do, there no good spot to stand to wait for it. The scallion cream cheese... don't order it. I love flavored cream cheeses but this is just regular cream cheese with freeze-dried scallions sprinkled on top. My love for Little Falls' coffee, service and food greatly outweigh the almost "nit-picky" things that I don't like about it. So you have to shimmy out of the way when it gets crowdy? no biggie. It's a great little cafe.

Please know from jump, I give it three stars for things not related to the quality of the products or the service. Both are lovely. I really wish I could like this place better, but read on. Ok, so what's up with the three stars? Well, the place is about the size of a walk-in closet. There is only one walking path from the front door to the counter with tables on either side that you can't really navigate around to avoid going backwards against the line to try and get out. It's so tightly packed I don't recommend bringing a large purse or backpack inside; you're bound to hit someone or knock something over. It's just too tightly packed for me, even if I'm just in and out to get a coffee. There is some seating outside, but with all the foot traffic on the streets it's still not very relaxing or functional. Maybe it's because I get anxious with the lack of space, but I find the menu hard to navigate and with a line of people behind me (often spilling out into the street) I feel pressure to get in and out. Never from the staff - they are all sweethearts. But it's just too much hustle and bustle for me. The menu could benefit from being written in a clearer manner with categories all in a clear and central location. There's a lot of mini-menus here and there and I swear they don't have a full menu up for display. I see items I have never seen on a menu. There's no bathroom in aware of, and I could never imagine sitting down to relax inside. I'm a tiny person (5'1 and 110 lbs) and I still struggle to fit myself comfortably inside the shop. Ok, so why do I go back? The staff are so nice and the coffee and food are great. I live in the Village, and I love the other coffee shops as well, and sometimes it's nice to have variety in my Java. I may not be a regular, but it's definitely an option. They do a fantastic business, the shop is always bumping. Hopefully one day they can expand and create more space. It is kind of out of their hands I believe, unless a neighboring shop leaves, but it's just a shame such a lovely place with great people has to be so uncomfortable to be in. But definitely stop in, especially if it's quiet - you won't regret the service or the coffee!

Everyone was so friendly and quick! I got a hot latte which tasted perfect. Met with a friend to talk and were able to sit down and chat, drinking our coffee without any interruption by others. Very clean and cozy inside. Was nice and quiet and a great place for a quick get together!

So disappointed . I haven't been here in a while. I went in for a Muffin and coffee. There were flies all over the muffins and pastry case. When I spoke to the cashier I said in a whisper you have flies all over your pastry and her response exactly was, " we do the best we can" and continued to wait on others. I was so astonished at her lack of concern. She didn't even try to swat them away. I am All set and sad that this happened. That is my last visit to this establishment.

Great little coffee shop tucked away in Pawtuxet Village. Last time I was here I decided to go with a "low carb" Everything Bagel. "Low Carb" and "Bagel" are oxymorons, and I wasn't sure what to expect (maybe along the lines of a piece of cardboard?) I was wrong. It actually tasted like a regular bagel. Iced coffee selection is great, and the flavored coffee selection is good-- brewed and not syrup flavored, which is just the way I prefer my coffee. Service is good and every time I've been there, the place has always been packed. Next time I'm in the area I will be sure to stop by again.

Great cup of coffee, many different flavors available. Great breakfast and lunch they always have great choices of bagels in the morning I am a big fan of the spinach bagel. Haven't tried them out for lunch but stopped in one late morning and the aroma was incredible, not sure what they were making but everything behind the glass looked delicious. The staff very accommodating to my many questions and all were very friendly.

Living fairly close to Little Falls Bakery, I want to like them. I really really do. But slow service, lukewarm coffee and overpriced quiche in tiny portions do not encourage repeat visits. I've tried this place a few times and have always been a little nonplussed. I am especially disappointed with the ever-present promise of gluten free baked goods that has yet to be fulfilled. Sigh. I would love my own "local", but, alas, the search continues.

This has been my village bakery space since I was born. Formerly Baked Expectations under the Bedrosian family, Little Falls has come into its own. A wonderful baked menu of scones and croissants, tasty breakfast sandwiches, a great variety of coffee and tea selections, the classic thin crust pizza from the square tray style, great sandwiches. There's also a pleasing rotating art on display by local artists. The owner cares about the community, such as participating above and beyond some other local Pawtuxet Village merchants in the Gaspee Day Parade. It's a draw because the space has been a cafe and pizzeria for more than 2 decades, and locals know it's a hub to stop by, maybe hop on some wifi, and catch up with friends. You're bound to run into someone from Edgewood/Cranston/Warwick here during a visit.

Little Falls is a cute little coffee shop in Pawtuxet Village. I've been in a few times when in the area including during the Gatsby parade and when riding my bike in the area. I've never gone for food, but I've had their iced coffee a few times and it is ok. I usually will get a shot of espresso in it to make it a bit stronger. Price is reasonable and the service seems to be friendly. The coffee isn't the best I've ever had but it's pretty decent. I may re-evaluate if I try the food sometime but for a cup of coffee is kind of average. If you go and are wondering where the bathroom is, it is through the kitchen. Just ask the staff and they will point you in the right direction.

So ....maybe it was all the rave reviews I've read that made me a little disappointed? It's extremely cramped for space and I feel like it's a little chaotic with all the newspapers, flyers, bulletin boards, etc but as strange as this may sound I think that might be part of its charm? However, the looks from the cafe area makes me wonder what it looks like behind the counter... hmmph My friend and I ended up sitting outside on their patio/sidewalk seating with our large Turtle Iced Coffees. The coffee was good, although I t I would venture to get something different next time. The pizzas looked good and there is a $3.00 off check-in deal available on a large pizza although I was informed they only serve large pizza's on Friday's. I also noticed they have bagels and lox so I will be back..

Locals love this place. The service is slow and it looks like it could really use a thorough cleaning. I don't get the draw.

Updated Review: Never, ever, ever again! Dirty. Rude. Horrible customer service. Always out of major ingredients. Coffee is as stale as the pastry that is said to be made "fresh daily". Older female employee with brown hair always has a major attitude or chip on her shoulder, never looks at you or in your eye when placing order, as if she's looking at someone else or doesn't really care to be there. She's very short worded with her customers and offers no alternatives. Been coming here for two years and putting up with all the aforementioned, which is too bad because the owner appears ok and some of the sandwiches aren't half bad when they have all the ingredients - the other employees aren't bad either, but most are equally as strange. Previous Review: Strange place. Coffee, bagels, sandwiches, soups and pizza. Despite a very nice owner/manager, the space and employees are a little schizophrenic. The costumer service is strange to say the least, but only from a few of the baristas - like not much eye contact, very short with costumers, not very informative when answering questions about menu items, etc. The leaky AC unit just above the entrance is disheartening and likely not to code. The overall space feels like a relic of a 1990s F*R*I*E*N*D*S episode and some of the pastry doesn't seem as fresh as it could be, despite being baked "daily". The soups, I really want to work, but are usually never hot enough and too oily or heavy. However, the sandwiches are good (Howdy Pilgrim or Bombay Chicken!) and the pizza is certainly fresh as it seems they make it all day. Though I would like to see a daily rotation of specialty toppings. The breakfast sandwiches are good and made to order as well. I recommend the "Make Me Work" with sausage and cheddar.

This place is great to go to for your daily coffee and a small breakfast. With scones, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, bagels, pizza and more there is a good variety of things to enjoy at very good prices. Employees are more than helpful and are ALWAYS extremely friendly. Even in their busiest moments, they are fast with getting everyone taken care off in a timely fashion. Indoor and outdoor seating and local are on the walls for sale! Plenty of books and things to do/look at to kill time. In a great area as well

Everything I have had here is delectable, the highlights being their morning glory muffin and chocolate croissant. The downsides of this place are their minimal seating, high prices, and, not that this bothers me but it is a rather liberal environment, not one for the Fox News crowd! Stop in and enjoy Pawtuxet Village...

I often walk to Little Falls from my house and have to say that it's my favorite coffee shop in the area. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is how crowded it can be inside. It's a small space and can get very busy. It becomes difficult to maneuver around the people, tables and chairs. If you grab a seat outside in the nice weather, you're are better off.

Went with my family this morning. My wife and I both enjoyed it very much!! The prices are not a reflection of the quality and service. Smaller than I had hoped, but it was warm enough to sit outside and enjoy our bagels.
