Great service. Place is usually clean and busy. I suggest the burrito bowl or soft corn tortilla tacos.

The worst Chipotle I've encountered and I've been to a lot. Our first time here, we had a snooty cashier who gave us a hard time about adding guacamole to an order, but today took the cake! We placed an order using the app and my husband picked it up. Not only were we missing one or two items from our order, but we were missing FOUR. Seriously. You charge an arm and a leg for guacamole and don't even put that in my bag.... Or the chicken for my daughter's meal. Then when I call, I get the runaround about how it's summer and they are just trying to keep up. Save it. I don't need excuses. I just wanted dinner. It's a shame that I'm now too angry too even eat the half a meal that I have.

Just did dinner at Chipotle. I think over time I've had everything on the menu. Did the bowl w/the white rice, beans, chicken & steak w/the fixings. It's always tasty & they're never stingy. Never a bad experience. The crew is always upbeat and friendly. No matter what, when I go in the place is always with a line and the tables in use. I'm happy.

Staff busy talking with each other, portion sizes unequal, food all over the counter. Food is good but the rude staff will make me think twice about going there. Place has gone down hill.

The location is new, the staff is friendly and attentive. The look is very modern and the layout is different in that it seems like it is set up for large groups and communal eating. I got the chicken fajita burrito without beans with white rice with the fixings. The chicken was flavorful and I really liked the taste of it. The fixings were fresh and a wonderful compliment to the chicken. If you are in the mood for a burrito the way you want it, check this place out. Hopefully you will like it as much as I do. Thanks for reading my review. This review is based on my personal experience and opinion.

I love Chipotle so I thought I'd give this one a try. It was total chaos in there! There was NO food prepared. The employees were grabbing food from behind them and putting the food in the wrong order therefore no-one knew who's was who's. When when it was my turn, the lady proceeded to roll up my burrito without asking me if I wanted anything on it. I said ma'am 3 times and finally had to get loud before she acknowledged me. I told her what I wanted on it and when she rolled it up for a second time, the tortilla ripped. What a surprise! She then tried to get another one. I said FORGET IT! at this point I was in line WAY too long. Then she tried to give my broken burrito to someone else. Last but not least they forgot to charge me for guacamole. So if you go and it's crazy, ask for guacamole. Chances are they will forget to charge you. :-)

The last few times I have come to this location the portions have gotten smaller and smaller. Tonight my burrito bowl was HALF the size of a normal bowl. At $11.29 (with a drink) it's getting harder to justify the price. Quality is still good although the chicken was extra salty this trip. Now that Qdoba is in town I might make that my regular hang out. Hopefully someone from H.Q. Sees this and makes some changes.

Chipotle is by far my favorite fast food restaurant! In this location food is fresh to order, staff is friendly, location is clean and spacious. The bathroom is also very clean. No complaints at all.

The Queensgate location is much better. The workers seem to be too busy to listen to what you're actually saying. The chicken is usually fatty and gristly, so I stick to no meet.

Enjoy Chipotle, but not this location. The servers are inattentive and the food is inconsistent. Stick to the Queensgate location!

Very disorganized. Ordered online. Waited 30 minutes after I arrived to pick up my food. It was cold and poorly made. Never had this problem at other chipotle locations.

We love this place! Quick drive to York from Lancaster, a plate full of freshly prepared, to your specifications spicy Mexican food, and you've got yourself a little bit of heaven in mid-state Pennsylvania! The fact that everything is fresh and you watch it prepared in front of you, is a plus and then the spices! Authentic Mexican! If you don't go away with a slight burn in your mouth, you ordered wrong! Chips are awesome and my husband loves the guac! (I'm allergic to avocado, so I can't judge) Huge Burritos (my other half's choice) and wonderful tacos. If you don't like it ~ you ordered wrong. Love this place!

I can not say enough good about this place. Even with what appears to be a high turnover in employees, I can count on a consistent product every time and know it's as socially Responsible as a chain can be.

I've told people for years that one day York would have a national burrito chain and blammo! So, for everyone who needs a break from the local burrito offerings....Come on out and have something new. My first experience at this particular chipotle was excellent. It's nice to go into a burrito joint without the hipsters and complete weirdos that our local burrito shops offer. I recommend the carnitas. While you're there, borrow the hot sauce and don't return it. They really don't care. The mild green is lame but the tabasco chipotle hot sauce it worth pocketing.

Been to this place twice, and both times was quite impressed. I had heard good things from friends about it, so I had to check it out myself. Like the other poster said, it's kinda like a Subway, but for burritos. I like it! It's quick, even if there's a huge line, and the food is fresh and delicious! And the burritos are huge!! Make sure you get plenty of napkins because you'll be making a mess! The staff is very friendly and very helpful! I'd recommend this place to anyone I know! I actually think I'm going to go there tomorrow, can't wait!

I just tried this location today and it is awesome! Ample-sized food portions, great taste, good layout for the customer line on the perimeter of the dining area, cleanliness of dining area and restrooms, and decent staff. The York location puts the Harrisburg one to shame in the way they conduct business and their food quality. I will definitely come back to this one again!

CHIPOTLE IS AWESOME For you poor deprived people who haven't tried Chipotle out, its basically a subway but for burritos & tacos. You go through a line and pick what you would like on your burritos or tacos. To start out the burrito shells are huge and delicious. The corn taco shells are good but if you order tacos you don't get any rice and beans and it costs the same. Next comes your choice of meats. Steak, Chicken, Carnitas (pork) and barbacoa (slow roasted beef) I usually go with the steak which has a little spice to it. The cilantro rice is good. Next pinto beans or black beans. 4 great salsas to choose from, and then cheese, sour cream, guac. You can also order it in a bowl without the tortilla if you'd like Chipotle has I guess what you'd call an industrial look inside exposed duct work etc. I might have to go into Lowes to get those same supplies to turn my kitchen into chipotle. Burritos around $6. Also Chipotle tries to help local and sustainable food this is right from their site "Chipotle buys no pork from factory farms and avoids chicken and most beef treated with hormones or antibiotics" Other reviewers gave low score because it has a big chain feel? He's nuts

The best fast food Mexican restaurant. Food is organic and meats are hormone free. I visit with my family at least once a week. Its always full. Great and tasty food love it!!!

Took the fam out for a quick dinner last night. In and out in 20 mins and under $20. I got the chicken tacos...they were really light on the meat but the flavor was good. Tacos were cold by the time I got to my seat. Wife had a carnita burrito. I finished it off for her. It was okay...little cumin-y for my taste but she liked it. The staff was accomodating of my 4 and 1 year old. They made them quesadillas even though they weren't on the menu. I would go back but it def had the whole contrived concept and big chain feel to it. For that reason, I had to ding it 2 stars. No dessert either, which I thought was strange.

We were in town and needed to grab a quick dinner before our meeting so stopped in to Chipotle. SMH ~ the portion sizes have diminished! They didn't even fill the bowls so we simply said, "put another spoon full on please" and they did. We were very disappointed when we began eating to discover the rice and beans had NO FLAVOR! When the manager came out to check the drink area we asked if the recipes had changed because the food was very bland. She said the salsa did, but she would check with the staff to see what may have happened to the rice and beans. We watched as she took a small sample in a guacamole cup to try herself as she talked with the cook. I have to give this restaurant 3.5 stars because the manager followed up with an apology and two meal coupons.

It seems like they just pull people off the streets to roll these burritos. Every time I come here, my burrito is rolled horribly. The contents are exploding out of the burrito, and they often rip the tortilla. I don't know how they expect anyone to eat their burritos when they couldn't care less about the quality of their work. Really sad.

I have always enjoyed eating here. Good food, good service. Reasonably clean. Good value for the money spent. I will continue to give them my business. I have visited several locations around the country and have never had a bad experience.

When I first moved to York 4 months ago, I had only been to a Chipotle once. But, it was right across the street from my job, so I thought I'd give it a try. I only had a half hour to cross the street get my food and eat. I thought this would be a problem, however it was not. Not only was this faster than any fast food place I've been to, it also did not screw up my order. The servers are very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. So far, I've been to Chipotle at least 20 times now. Keep up the good work.

If you enjoy the gut-wrenching stomach pains then this place is for you. Yes, it's fast food. But, it's still food. Food that one hundred percent lacks soul, balance and consistency. If you love mounds of "fresh" and "organic" food literally tossed in a recycled dart designed dog bowl then look no further. Portions that make absolutely zero sense, rice that hasn't been fully cooked dehydrating in a steam table? What about bean juice? Yummy sludgy bean juice. No time to let that drain lets get your ass out of the door. Meats pick your meats. So fresh that from 1998-2006 the primary investor was McDonalds. Could be horse for all I know. Now take a trip over to your salsa bath. You're going to want to wear some fucking swim trunks and pack a towel because it's going to get wet. Snag some corn salsa that's the best part says everyone. The best part being you get to see it in your nasty trips to the bathroom. Oh and that's only if you ever get to that point after the mound of sour cream and the heaping pile of cheese on top. Let's finish it off with some nice romaine that for sure was not put through the salad spinner. Oh and who could forget the guacamole. Just remember, it's extra. "No big deal", says the gentleman in front of me. It's just that all this other shit corporate sends in must be so top notch that you have to up charge the 4 ounce slap of guac when avocados are going for $55 a case. Talk about low food cost. Good for them! Not so great for customers. You've nailed your demographic Chipotle. Moms and teenage girls galore. But just because you know how to use a dicer and a grill doesn't make your food fresh. Buy local or order in. There is a difference. Oh and teach your employees to slow down and put a little love into it. Why should I love something when they can't even take the time to correctly portion or piece together my meal? The moment I ate your food I prayed it would come out as fast as humanly possible. Still waiting..

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
