I travel to Williamsport a lot, and I eat my evening dinner at different restaurants. I used to frequent Olive Garden, but after a couple bad dinners, I thought I would give Red Lobster a try. I was not disappointed with the food or the service. They have some of the friendliest bartenders in the area, and they make my dining experience a good one. I have only ever had one bad experience at this place. I ordered broccoli with my meal, and it had a long piece of plastic in the broccoli. It was apparent that it was the top of a bag, possibly the broccoli bag, but it was unappetizing to say the least. My bartender asked her manager to come over right away. The manager explained what the plastic was, said she was sorry, and left. I never was offered a new order of broccoli, or a discount on my food, nothing to say "we are sorry that we tried to serve you a large piece of plastic" I do like their food, but that sure made me want to avoid eating there.

I've eaten here multiple times since the last review, and I never had a bad meal. Although, I did have a weird one, where the server sat our table not knowing that the table's waitress had just left. We sat for for maybe around 20 minutes or more with no service, before we actually had to call the front desk and ask them to send over a server. The manager was very nice though, and she gave us the whole meal (which was very good) gratis, so we just ended up giving our new waitress a nice big tip. My only real problem with Red Lobster, is that they change their menu too much. For Crab Fest, they had one of my favorite Seafood dishes I've ever had with their Crab Bake. It had two big sets of delicious snow crab legs, a bunch of shrimp, some scallops, crazy good red potato halves, and half a cobb of corn all swimming in a ridiculous garlic butter broth. I went there multiple times while this dish was running, but sadly it's no longer there. Just recently, they've released a whole new revamped menu, which seems to greatly increase the quality of food, while keeping lowish price (especially now as the new dishes are all 2-4 dollars cheaper then they will be). They changed their fries from the mediocre frozen shoe string, to what appears to be fresh hand cut fries. They added some steaks from the wood grill (which I haven't tried yet), and several other fish and shrimp dishes that sound pretty good. They changed all of the serving dishes to a classic white look, though the bowls are a little too big for the size of their salads. The only problem with the new menu, is that they got rid of my previous favorite dish, the lobster and shrimp pasta. On my last visit, everyone at my table ended up getting the 4 course meal for 15 dollars. The meal start off with a cup of soup, I had the Manhattan Clam chowder which was very good (as I generally like tomato base soups) but everyone else had the classic New England Clam Chowder which they enjoyed (although there were probably too many potato slices). Then came the salad and buns, which is the basic but very good fare every meal comes with. I was a little worried about the size of the main meal, but they were full sized. I had the shrimp and scallop Alfredo pasta, it was very generous with the seafood, but it was the generic Red Lobster Alfredo sauce, which is serviceable but a little bland. The other people at my table got Shrimp dishes, which had a lot of Shrimp, and they enjoyed them. I tried a few of the Fried Shrimp and they were very good. It was here that I noticed that the cocktail sauce recipe had changed much to the better. It tasted more fresh and very flavorful than the previous generic Cocktail Sauce they used to have. So overall, Red Lobster is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at in Williamsport, especially among the chains.

This is a restaurant that I only go there cause I can eat there for free.Food is so normal(I can cook them better myself), portion is small, price is not cheap. I don't want to say too much about this place, cause it sucks.

Went here for a quick lunch while shopping in Muncy/Williamsport area. Arrived at 11:45am hoping to beat the lunch crowd and the hostess told us it would be 5-10 minutes to be seated. 20 minutes later she had seated 8 other parties arriving after us who had apparently "called ahead." When we were finally seated our pleasant waiter seemed to know little about how the luncheon specials worked. We ordered quickly and had the famous Red Lobster cheddar biscuits delivered hot to our table promptly. But our food did not come until 12:45pm. 1 hour. So if you come make sure you "call ahead" and are not in a hurry. The food was your standard Red Lobster food. We ordered salad dressing on the side and it came on the salad and scallops broiled and they came fried but we were too impatient to bother sending it back. The waiter offered to fix the scallops. The tacos were really tasty. The Red Lobster cole slaw is really fabulous with cabbage and carrots in a cream base with a yummy spice and a very generous serving. My husband and I share my side.

Sadly my last visit here was miserable to say the least. I ordered fish (OH my! Fish at Red Lobster? How dare I?) and they were "out" of that kind, so I ordered a second choice, a third and forth... finally I asked the waitress what they did have (2 choices), so I picked the least objectionable to me. There was NO discount, NO freebee dessert, NO nothing to compensate that I had to "settle" for a 5th choice! And to top it off, it wasn't even tasty! It will be a very long time until I try here again!

Ah, Williamsport Red Lobster. I've loved you from the moment I could eat spaghetti off your Children's Menu. Your cheddar bay biscuits are mouthwatering, and you always have something to fill my healthy and unhealthy cravings. I've tried other Red Lobsters, but you'll always be my favorite. I treat my parents to your yummy-ness every time I'm back in PA, and they love you too.

Just your average red lobster. Food was good, service was really nice. And of course the cheesy biscuits were just as amazing as they always are! They gave my husband and I a huge basket full! We took about 6 home! Yum!

Standard for Red Lobster. For the area it's the best sea food that I have found.
