Food was actually not bad. Hash browns were not crispy though. That's a must should have to ask. But pancakes were tasty My coffee cup came out w food on it and place is in desperate need of update. I pulled up online coupon which cashier told me I could but them said it was to small to read. Never mind the fact they had a pile then could have used to get code off she called up mgr and he said no he wouldn't take it seriously!!! Bad management.

I stopped by again with my mom on a weekday around lunchtime, but we were in the mood for breakfast foods. There were many more people, and though the hostess seemed rushed, our waitress was great. While looking over the menu, we noticed that we should've had a free slice of pie on our last visit (two days previous--free slice of pie with any "Fork-Worthy Entree" on Sundays). When we brought this up with the waitress, she offered without hesitation to give us the pie that day. I ordered the Twice As Nice Combo with the two eggs cooked over hard, fruit, and buttermilk pancakes. The eggs somehow stayed very soft even though the yolk was completely cooked, which was new for me (sorry, Mom), but I enjoyed them. I did wish there was more fruit, but it was fresh and sweet. The pancakes were fantastic--fluffy, light, and delicious! Even better than IHOP's, I'd say. They came with butter and three types of syrup (maple, apricot, and blueberry). Though I usually like playing with the syrups at IHOP, I found that I really liked these pancakes plain. My mom ordered the Mediterranean omelet with hash brown and an apple cinnamon muffin. It was all pretty good, but the muffin wasn't my favorite. (More on muffins later.) Then, of course, we had pie. I tried the Fresh Strawberry Pie. Though it looked quite un-pie-like when I got it (it had some structural difficulties), the strawberries were delicious, and the pie had just the right amount of sweetness. The crust was also flaky and good. My mom's lemon meringue pie was also good; again, the sugar was just right. She mentioned that she also enjoyed their Homestyle Apple Pie. Before we left, we bought some muffins, taking advantage of the Tuesday Buy-3-muffins-get-3-muffins-free deal. The muffins are all very moist and good, but as I mentioned earlier, the apple cinnamon isn't my favorite, mostly because I prefer muffins with actual fruit chunks in them, such as the cranberry orange, blueberry, and bran. The bran was probably my favorite, and then the cranberry orange.

If you're looking for a hearty breakfast, Perkins does the job. Sure, it's a chain restaurant; but you get pretty decent food for the money. And the service is on point, even through the busy hours. I come here pretty often and while I try to support small local businesses, I find myself choosing this place over the local diners. You just can't beat the value for breakfast! And they have a such good handle on the rush, you won't even notice how busy it is unless you look up from your plate. And if you order coffee, they leave the pot at the table, even if it's just one cup! Caffeine paradise.

Sometimes ya just need a burger. What a nice surprise it was to go in on a Wednesday night and find out that it's their special burger night! Perkins is consistent: great service and standard menu items served up fast with that always-full thermos of hot coffee. Go for brunch and laze at the table and read or do your e-mail: the waitress won't nudge or hassle you, just make sure your thermos is refilled.

So we have been coming for a while for their breakfast deal on the weekend, great prices and selection. Coffee is good for a chain restaurant. Service is good as well. Dinner is not too bad, for a chain restaurant. It's a better choice than going to a fast food joint as the bill comes out about the same.

Been going here with family for years and years. Had a gaffe about the menu prices after finishing, their managers could not have been less interested in the concern. Drab, rude, non apologetic , wondering how people like these can keep a job in management. Was apparent the server had not a clue about the menu. Basically, ordering pancakes, bacon and coffee, amounted to over $11.00 after server mentioned the 5 pancake unlimited for $2.99...mentioned to manager, they couldn't be bothered. Didn't go there for dinner, went for breakfast, which amounted for 2 light eaters, $24.00...it'll be the last time our family enters those doors. There are many diners for much less in the 18974 code. And, with attitudes shown from the management staff, only a matter of time before they'll be under new management. Disgraceful on how to treat Seniors especially disabled vets.

Perkins offers great specials, such as $2.99 unlimited pancakes, weekdays. And the $2.99 magnificent seven which consists of an array of total seven (count-em) pancakes, sausage links or bacon strips, and eggs any-way. Their in house bakery is fresh and enticing. Often times when not ordering the above specials, I just eat soup and pie. Unlike the IHOP of my scathing reviews, the Perkins establishment is accessible at any time throughout the day, and the food and service quality is pretty good for this class of diner. Pancakes, soup, and pie. Satisfies all the major food groups I desire, especially for breakfast. It is unclear whether or not this place does a good night business. I am under the impression they close at 10 and stop serving early most nights.

Had lunch with adults during the week... Cold turkey sandwiches, soup, and salas were pretty good for a chain diner type place.

This Perkins has a HUGE honking flag outside. I've been to this family restaurant (that is, FOR families, not necessarily family-owned) a few times with my family for dinner - never been in for lunch or breakfast - service has always been fine, and the food fine as well, as far as Perkins go. Haven't been back for years, however, so I've no idea if they're still decent or still have an in-house bakery.

This is the Perkins where my then-unemployed friend and I (in our late teens) experienced that great grease-fest of '90. We ordered a fried appetizer combo of mozz. stix, chicken things and other fried stuff. And coffee. Lots of coffee and cigarettes. (You USED to be able to smoke in a pancake house, but alas, no more.) What a regrettable meal. I shoulda just had pancakes.

Why anyone would feel the need to eat here, especially in the Warminster area when there are so many other (good) diner choices is beyond me. Admittedly, I found this out the hard way when we visited for a Sunday breakfast. The place packs 'em in on Sunday mornings, and there is often a wait. There is nothing extraordinary on the menu (omlets, fruity pancakes and the typical fare you find at a pancake house). The wait staff rushes you through, the tables are usually sticky and the place looks like it could use a good cleaning. The food is edible, but certainly nothing to savor or keep you coming back. I've never had anything but breakfast, but I would think the lunch, dinner, etc. offerings are pretty standard as well. Oh, and those pie and desserts that try to lure you in as you are standing there waiting for a table........Eh, do yourself a favor and either visit a local bakery or a diner in the area, as these puppies look like they've been there for awhile.

The pancakes are quality, but that's it. It's identical to Denny's or IHOP. The best part about my experience here was hearing one of the waiters scream expletives about another guest when he walked into the kitchen and thought he was out of earshot.

Got seated at 10:30AM. Had to ask twice to even get a wait-staff over. Walked out at 11:10, after our order still hadn't arrived. Abysmal service.
