It's not a bad place. You can't beat their regular personal pizza/one-trip salad bar. You get a nice sized bowl, a nice sized pizza and beverage for the cost of a "value meal" on 2 of the other corners here. Waitstaff is always friendly. Today was a small steak Stromboli. I'd call it more like a steak pizza folded on itself, but good. Quality steak meat, and a decent dough. I splurged on the Miller High Life in a bottle today, too. Overall, given the over-abundance of Italian in the area it's a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

My husband and I really like Valley. It has a nice casual feel. One of the few places to still offer a salad bar! You need to try their dough balls- they are amazing. Pizza is nice an crispy and they offer personal pans and garlic crust pizza! Great variety

Quick bite on the road. Good , ok food. Nothing stood out. (Tried the buffalo chicken - had white and dark meat - dark meat - layer of cheese - white meat. Nothing memorable about the flavors, standard take out pizza no better than every other local take out place. And I don't like dark meat that much.) Place for take out or dine in. However their lunch special seemed interesting (weekends)

Waitstaff is friendly and the food came out in a timely manor. The soup or salad option offered with the meals we got seems kinda stingy. You get one or the other unless you pay extra and then it's only one trip for each. They have pudding, peaches, cole slaw and other items that don't exactly mix well in a salad. When I asked the waitress about this odd situation, she couldn't give me an answer. The answer is to pay I believe six dollars on top of your meal if you want those items because you can then go up as much as you want. We had two Italian dishes veal parm and spaghetti and my wife had baked ziti. Both pastas were kinda generic tasting but the veal was fresh and tasted pretty good although tue breading lacked flavor. We live like 20 miles away so I'm pretty sure we won't come up here again just to eat at this place. The best way I can describe this place is an Italian restaurant with diner quality Italian dishes.

Slow service. The wait staff care, but are overwhelmed. The place is dirty. The pizza is soggy and the sandwich bread was stale.

A long time ago we'd actually go in and eat. Unfortunately a long time ago was also when they last took care or the place. The original owners are gone and with it the pride of owning the place. It's usually too hot or too cold inside. Fairly clean though. As for the food, if you stick with the basics it's relatively good. The soups are usually tasty, with the vegetable being their specialty. The special stromboli is one of our favorites in the Lehigh Valley. Pizza is decent, not top 10 but above average.

I give this 5 stars in its class of family restaurants. My parents go here every week and when in town I join them. It's more than just a pizza joint. The waitresses are friendly, the pizza is awesome and they have a good salad bar. This is the best eatery around in this rural area of Pa.

Bad. One word is all that is needed. I've been living in the area my whole life. I remember ordering takeout and eating in a couple times years ago. When I was 10, it was ok. Valley pizza was always the go to place. Now that I'm older, it's just sad. I live two blocks away. My wife and I tried it a couple times thinking they were off that night. Never again. Service is horrible. 15 minute and 25 minute wait after sit down just to order drinks. Not friendly at all. The food tastes like it was bought at the grocery store and just reheated. Why the parking lot gets packed is mind boggling to me. There are plenty of other players in the Walnutport / Slatington area where you can get a great meal.
