Place looks great, menu is ok, some sandwiches,reubens, paninis,etc.. BUT we had the worst service ever. Partied out waiter/host in CARGOS, forgot my soup, messed up 3/4 of our orders, got turkey reubens, but gave us beef and were cold, messed up half of the ingredients in my pal's salad(which was on the menu) took forever to get our check, then he tells us "sorry, dude she(who?!) lost your slip, I'm real tired" now the food wasnt horrible, although my tomato basil soup was clearly condensed with a dash of basil. This is one of those places that COULD be good if their staff got their shit together, especially cook/waiter

Tioga Bistro is a solid place for lunch/coffee. When compared to the other offerings in Tunkhannock, this place excels in quick, friendly service. The desserts are nice and I love the Bonnie Pastrami. Coffee could use some work.

We heard that Twigs was a fabulous place to eat, so we made the trek to Tunkhannock to check it out. When we arrived, it was absolute chaos. There was a man in a suit smoking in front of the door, groups of folks on the sidewalk, and general loudness. We elected to keep walking for obvious reasons ... One block down, we spotted Tioga Bistro. How fortuitous! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, tranquil, and immaculate. (And, bonus, no smoking guys or screaming people!) Our server was nicer than could ever be imagined. She was charming, concerned about our happiness, and made us some INSANELY delicious food! She was available whenever we needed her, but was not smothering ... in essence, she is pretty darn perfect! (We literally spent the car-ride home gushing about what a lovely person this young lady is!) There are several vegetarian options available as well as a plethora of amazing choices for meat-eaters. There is genuinely something for everyone. Tioga Bistro is so lovely, so adult, so positively elegant and inviting that I just had to write this review! Kudos to you! We will be back again!

Friendly service and great food. Very causal setting with cafe style seating. I recommend when in the area to swing by and grabbing some of the food.

We stopped here for lunch and it was a great place to eat. The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. The ranch dip that you get with the chips was definitely a highlight. I would love to go back again.

Took a chance here, glad we did. Really cool, tasteful decor, very clean, very friendly service. Had broccoli cheddar soup- very good, Bus 22 sandwich( ham, apple butter, american cheese on wheat berry toast)- excellent. My girl had a Brooklynite- turkey, coleslaw and something else on wheat toast- excellent. I also got a salted caramel brownie with pretzel crust, to go. Delicious!! Oh, also had a strawberry italian soda to drink- nice finish!! Fair prices, nice menu and atmosphere. We'll be back!!
