This is my go to coffee shop as it is near my house and I pass it every morning on the way to work. The staff is friendly, and they generally keep a dark roast brewed throughout the whole day (one of my requirements!) One thing to note is that if you are in a hurry and see 3 or more cars at the drive through, I recommend going inside to order instead. You never know when you are going to get stuck behind someone ordering hot food and a few special venti double espresso, double non-fat, soy, mocha macchiatos. You'll save quite a bit of time by ordering inside when stuff like this happens, especially if you have simple orders (ie standard coffee or espresso).

This message is to management, if you even care. For god's sake, please please please hire more staff! It is unacceptable to have three people working in the store at 7:30am when the drive through line is 15+ cars and the line in the store is 10+ people long. It is true that I used to live in the city and am used to a 2 minute visit. Spending 10+ minutes in this Starbucks just tops the list. I thought maybe it is just a one time thing, but it is consistent every single day and that is why I go out of my way to avoid you, Horizon Blvd Starbucks. I thought a mega giant like you would have some standards...

One of the worst Starbucks in the area. We went through the drive through(which is a nice feature of this location), and he staff seemed friendly. I was impressed UNTIL we drove up to the pick-up window. I came to realize the baristas were extremely disorganized. The barista who took our order was also delivering us the drinks we delivered. She took frequent stops to deal with other customers orders while still processing ours. Upon paying the barista walked away for a good 2-3 minutes without saying a word. We started wondering where are tea was. After about a few minutes she handed us our drinks, and did not say anything again!!!! I was extremely disappointed with the deserved. I'll go to another Starbucks next time!!!

This is one of my "go-to" spots! In addition to stopping here on my way to work, I spend a lot of time, setting up camp, and doing work here. The staff is very cool and really know their regulars, and, most importantly, the place is always super clean. Just really dig the vibe of this Starbucks. The only thing I wish this place had was a Clover machine, but from what I understand, that's a corporate decision. But, yea, overall I give this place 2 thumbs up....oh wait...we're doing stars....overall, I give it 5 stars!

I had started this review differently and was planning to go on a rant about slow service and how I've been to other starbucks and blah blah blah. This Starbucks is big, it's clean and the employees are nice. They have a drive through which seems silly to me but I know people that like to use it. All I know is that when I stop in there, it seems like the employees move at glacial pace. If you're stopping here, plan to slow down a little (or a lot, depending on how fast you normally go) Other than that, it's pretty nice and well, it's close to my office.

Starbucks continues to be the bane of my existence. The thorn in my side. The ultimate example of everything that is wrong with chain restaurants, and the suburbs. While I do enjoy their coffee and willingly pay five dollars a cup for coffee, water, and milk. I would much prefer going to a mom and pop establishment. However, the problem with the suburbs is there is a severe lack in mom and pop coffee shops. But I guess the upside to chain restaurants is that you can always expect the same quality where ever you go. All my ranting aside, this is a good starbucks. They have a nice outdoor patio, my order is always correct, and they have a drive through which is always convenient. Be warned, however, this drive through with its proximity to Rt. 1 and the turnpike, can get very crowded in the mornings.

Having spent my life in the PNW, and last 20 years in Seattle - moving to Philly area and trying to enjoy Starbucks does not work. This Starbucks has horrible service. So slow and staff not aware of customers (only each other and their conversation) and not able to do more then one thing at a time. Have been to enough Starbucks in my life to know how quickly and smoothly it should work. Just one person in front of me - six staff - why it takes 7 minutes is beyond me (I timed it, after spending what seemed an eternity in line to even place my order). And why they are stocking napkins and straws - and not checking the creamers (of course empty - there's another minute). Sad thing, this is par for the course here in Philly. Haven't found any that provide the level of service I've become accustomed to in Seattle. None. Bad training here? Or just bad people that don't care? And that's sadly why I end up at Dunkin Donuts or Panera most of the time even though I am a self professed Starbucks addict.

I have been to tons of Starbucks and this one really needs help. Customer service is lacking.

Tends to get crowder but I need my daily fix. I like this location because of the. CLose proximity to the turnpike and route 1. Also has outdoor seating and better parking than the starbucks that's closer to my office.

I waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes. It's not convenient at all! They even gave me the wrong size iced coffee, but I just wanted to leave at that point. Terrible!

Great drinks, but the service here is SO SLOW. I have gone inside and through the Drive-thru and there's never any sense of urgency from the baristas. I feel like they take their time and don't consider the customers they are serving. It's just a bit frustrating when you're trying to get to work.

The new skinny mocha tastes like warm chocolate milk!! Don't waste your money!! Splurge on the regular.

i am not even going to try this location anymore. not sure about other times of the day, but midday they are the slowest staff i have ever seen. i am not sure if it's a lack of help or if they just have zero sense of urgency. i have walked out several times. i'll take my business to the starbucks in the neshaminy mall--parking + entering/exiting the mall and i will still crush my wait time here.

The place is nice- in addition to the standard Starbucks look they have a mini sofa room and a patio. What i dislike is that the staff changes a lot and the drinks are not always the best. But it is great if you want to enjoy a cup of regular coffee while enjoying a nice weather, especially because bensalem doesn't have that many patio places.

Love Starbucks.. but I waited nearly 7 minutes for a tall blonde roast. Store seems understaffed.

Drive thru is super convenient, but can be slow, especially during the weekday mornings. Seems understaffed at times, but so far havent had an issue with an order

Not sure why so many bad reviews. I've been 3 times in the last 3 days and don't have a single complaint. Seen pretty consistent to me. The hot mocha is my favorite and I drink it daily now. I tried the slow roasted ham breakfast croissant and I was pleasantly surprised. It was very good for a coffee shop. I've enjoyed the service and even with long lines I've gotten in and out of the drive thru quickly. I do remember telling the person to give me a minute and she said hey no worries I'm here til noon. Lol made me feel comfortable with looking for a second.

Pretty fast and friendly service but they run out of bagels pretty quickly so get them early on if you want one (usually gone by lunch). There is also a drive thru and the seating inside looks relatively spacious and comfortable, with plenty of outlets and tables, although I usually grab my Americano and go. Otherwise, this is your typical Starbucks, but it is the only one in the Bristol/Bensalem area besides the kiosk in the Barnes and Noble in Neshaminy so it serves its purpose well. It's located right across Horizon blvd. from Chipotle so I can get my caffeine and burrito fix in one fell swoop right before I get on Rt. 1 to head to Princeton or the turnpike to head home.

Disappointed by the staff (twice). I wasn't given my receipt and they charged me for the wrong size. When I asked about it, the barista said, "oh you wanted tall?" and that was it. Didn't offer to correct my order at all.

I've only been through the drive-thru at this Starbucks location.. but that's the best part! Anytime I've zipped through for a white chocolate mocha, I've received quick, friendly service and a great drink!

Nothing goes better with a turnpike drive like Starbucks!

Open early even on weekends. Friendly, big, clean. Has a drive through and ample parking. The music is good. Outdoor seating too. A prime example of what's good about the chain.

Nice staff, nice facilities, but sloooowwwweeesssttttt service I have ever received in a Starbucks! I ordered a grande iced coffee (read not at all complicated) with no one in front of me and just one guy behind me. There were 4 staff (yes four people matched to two customers) and somehow it took us both 6 minutes to get our drinks. Not the end of the world but not very considerate.

I was originally going to keep this short & sweet. You know, an Espresso with 2 lumps of sugar and 2 stars. Then I got to thinking about Starbucks. They were the originators of the chain specialty coffee shops. They have grown by leaps and bounds and managed to make money. They are a Fortune 100 Company that has stayed independent, with out being franchised. New opportunities are available for having a Starbucks, inside a Business, Hotel or Hospital. I think Starbucks is grossly overpriced. Why do I say that? If I order an Espresso in a fine dining restaurant, I pay that and more. I am unusual in the fact that I LOVE coffee, good Strong Colombian coffee, period. I make that at home, so I do not see the sense in buying it out. I also have an espresso machine. I am not into Lattes or Cappuccino's. They have a new line of Hot Chocolates, that are sure to be a hit. I have had the opportunity to try many of their Sandwiches, which come into the Starbucks, already made. The ones I have had are very good. I also love their breads. The multi grain berry bread with Egg Salad is exceptional. Their Muffins are wonderful. But, they're still overpriced! .
