One of the best restaurants I've been to.

I enjoy Red Robin. I like the chicken sandwich options since I'm not a big (beef) burger fan. It's great for a quick inexpensive meal. The staff is hit or miss, but they do employ a lot of high school students, and that's to be expected. It's a good first experience for them so I typically take this into consideration when service isn't 100%. Other than that- it's usually pretty quick turn over so while they may appear to be busy - you won't be waiting long for a table. Very family friendly- which makes the restaurant extremely loud!

This is not a "Gourmet Burger!!" Came with 4 kids, the service was fine, we were seated quickly. But the food was lacking. I ordered my burger medium and it came well done. In fact, everyone's burgers were overcooked and dry. Other than the fries, none of the kids liked any of the food. One other peave. The adult size meal should be served on a plate, not in a plastic basket with a piece of paper. Is this a restaurant or fast food? I've eaten at other Red Robins and the food was way better than this one.

I stopped in with a friend before catching a movie and we weren't disappointed. We ordered the Royal Red Robin, a Avo-cobb-o salad, and drinks. The waitress asked if we were splitting our meals and we told her we were, and both the salad and burger dishes were split nicely. She even offered to bring us different salad dressings, which was nice of her. The burger was nice and juicy. Although a little messy with the egg, it was delicious! I usually enjoy the Banzai Burger which is a bit more fun with the pineapple and teriyaki glaze, but the Royal Red Robin was really good if you like egg in your burger. The salad was fresh and had a good amount of ripe avocado chunks in it. I don't usually get salads at restaurants, but I think I would order this again. We each ordered a beer and a long island iced tea, and the drink was actually quite strong. We were pretty happy :)

I stop in on occasion when in the area and feeling the "burger lust" hit me. Red Robin offers a cool semi-roadhouse environment and sliders on the high side of the scale. My preference was the Onion Burger with sauteed onions, red onion and onion roll for the bun. Not sure it is still on the menu, but the First Bite Experience was so very pleasurable. Endless French Fries are also a plus for the hungry. I know there are other things on the menu, but I have never gotten beyond the ground beef disks, fries or rings. It compares well with Cheeburger Cheeburger, although it may lack a little something side by side with a 5 Guys. As Grease Palaces go, Red Robin is a solid alternative, and scores well on the comfort scale and as a family activity destination. 08.12.13 - Returned after a movie at Neshaminy AMC. Same roadhouse atmosphere and friendly service. The special Berzerker Burger was nicely spicy and medium pink. Son was way happy with his basic Bacon Cheeseburger. His thing is to put the fries inside the bun, and he relishes that first bite confirming his sound judgment. We split a Van Shake. It was pretty good, but not at the level of Nifty Fifty, or Chick Fil A. Still a 4 Star experience. Very pleasant place for a above average burger.

Nothing Special / Saturday Night 6:30pm Prime Dinner Time I have not been here in years and I figured I could get in relatively quickly with two of my children while we needed to wait in this neighborhood for a few hours. Front Door quoted 30 minutes and we only waited 16. They plug in your cell phone # and they put it in the system. You can check their waiting list and your party's progress. Very techie cool and efficient. No music could be heard in lobby. Had to walk through smokers to get in. Not enough wait area seating and the limited seating they had was blocked by some old merry go round horses and where I was standing was cluttered with a marketing stand. Service. B+... She apologized over 10 times for our wait and her lack of getting to us and it wasn't too bad. She explained that they opened the room we were in recently and they were having trouble adjusting to the volume. Maybe they should extend the waiting area and remove some tables? That would work against the bottom line driven chain restaurant philosophy and actually improve guest experience. She was friendly but hurried. Mini computers on tables as seen in Applebees, Chilis, etc... Swipe your own credit card, order appetizers, play games for a fee... If it isn't bad enough most people these days have their faces buried in their phones now we are given more technology. Maybe we can replace servers all together? Stupid Food... Average at best with Above Average Prices. 1/2 O-Ring Tower $5 for six small onion rings. Over $1 per mini onion ring? Good sauces and hot but poor deal. Maybe my portion was not done correctly? Daughters onion soup. Decent My Burger... Had steak sauce, blue cheese, lettuce, tomatoes. For $11 it was mediocre. A gourmet burger you can' twit for your next bite. Not necessarily this one. It was good but "good" is not the expectation after reading the descriptions in the menu. $10 chicken fingers (Some other fancy name on menu). Definitely frozen product fried. Maybe 5 tenders. My son liked them but he is a simpleton and it is really the steak fries he liked. Bottomless Steak Fries... A+ they were hot and were fried with fresh oil. Had to ask for refill but they are a winner. Milk Shakes A+ I let them each get one, extra dollar you get a refill. We went with the classic. Took a long time since the bar was behind with their new restaurant size but very delicious. One was given to,us for free since it had a straw paper in the bottom of it? New room, we were packed in like cattle. Couldn't hear music. TV game ended and news came on. Not appropriate for dinner at a family restaurant. (Typical Philly News is murder, murder, weather, sports) $45 bill... 2 entrees and a soup. No alcohol and free shake. Quality would have been in line for about $30 bucks Red Robin Rip Off!

Yes, I'll give a red robin 4 stars. This Red Robin in particular accomplishes exactly what it should. Friendly service and reasonable food at a good price. They are pretty packed at lunch time from families and the local office park but they get you the food quickly and without error. In no way does it compare to any seriously good burger in a Philadelphia bar/restaurant, but you're not exactly suffering when you come here. I don't work out this way anymore but when I did, it was a good Friday lunch spot. Consistent, good quality service.

I was pleasantly surprised by Red Robin. I had been sitting on a gift card for a long time, and the other day I just figured, "what the heck" and tried it out. Initially, it was overwhelmingly "chainy". The walkie talkies, the weird tablets at the bar where you can play games while waiting (which cost $1 each too- no thanks), the goofy, overpriced drinks- I could go on... However, the burgers were surprisingly delicious. I had a burger with fried jalapenos, pepper jack cheese and a jalapeno cornbread kaiser, with sweet potato fries on the side. I was shocked, but the cook was perfect, the meat was flavorful and the price wasn't bad either. I may even come back...maybe.

Red Robin dominated the chain restaurant scene and this restaurant was the first one I ever tried. This place is always really customer-friendly and the staff are trained properly. I would never pick an Applebee's, friendlys, longhorn or place like that over RR! So good!

Had a great time here at Red Robin with my family. I would say it's more of a 3.5, because I wasn't honestly that impressed with the burgers, as we tried 3 different ones, but the fact that the fries are unlimited make the deal round out. I love me some steak fries! They were extremely packed for an afternoon, which is why the service was just average, but still the experience wasn't horrible. The kids menu is a great bargain for only $4.99, a burger, a side, and a drink, can't complain about that. We had the giant tower of onion rings, which everyone in the family loved, especially the dipping songs, which we later saved for our fries, all in all, we had a good time, and will be back.

I came here the other night for dinner with a friend. For the beer goers, the menu is kinda limited like most chain restaurants but you can usually find a sam Adams seasonal. They had changed the design since we'd last been here and it seems more modern and a lil more grown up. The menu also seemed to change but the waitress was very kind and said "we can make anything you want!" We got the jump starters app with onion rings and Mozzerella sticks, the sticks were not as good as I remember them being. I got the Ragin Cajun chicken sandwich which was for awhile taken off the menu but by the grace of God brought back!!! I love this sandwich. For a chain it's pretty good, and our waitress was beyond accommodating, I think she gave me like 4 sauces to try with my bottomless fries.

Once again came here on my birthday and saw the staff sing to two parties while I was there and I don't even get as much as a happy birthday from anyone. The manager knew it was my birthday because he delivered the food and the birthday coupon was on the table and he used it on our bill. He also didn't speak a word and just dropped the food in the table...

So I've been to this location a few more times now. Definitely do not go to this location with a large crowd of people (7 or more people). They do not take reservations and even when they recommend you call ahead to let the servers know you are coming with a large party, it does absolutely nothing for you. I still had to wait at least 45 mins after the time I notified them I would be coming in. On my birthday, they gave us a choice..wait at least 45 mins or sit outside. We had already been waiting 40 mins so we sat outside. Why are there no heat lamps or anything outside? The food was about the same here from the Oxford Valley one, so I am grateful of the consistency of their beef burgers. Not a fan of those pretzels or the artichoke dip and hummus. They also can't seem to swipe the Red robin royalty cards at this location. Very inconvenient. Go to Oxford Valley; it's only about 15 min drive. It saves you a lot of time and effort.

As always I had a great meal here last night. I only ever get the burgers when I'm here and I've never had a bad one! Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress was very inattentive and there would be long periods of time where she wouldn't come by to check on us. There was no ketchup on the table... had to get it ourselves. We didn't know we could order appetizers from the device on our table... It would have been nice if she mentioned that to us when she first came over. When my onion rings came out I requested campfire sauce with the server who dropped off the food, who obviously was different from our waitress. I guess since there was no tip in it for her she blew me off and decided not to come back with the sauce. That would have been OK except for our waitress also went MIA. So now my onion rings are getting cold and no sauce. I finally had to physically get up and walk over to our waitress when she came to the table next to us and asked if they needed anything and proceeded to walk away in the opposite direction from our table. It was either that or wait another 30 minutes for her to meander back around. So yeah... that was pretty annoying. It was very busy and maybe she was overwhelmed but I expect better service than what we received. I'm giving this place 3 stars for the food but could have easily given 2 stars because of the crappy service.

Yes, it's a chain- but a pretty darn awesome burger and the fries are awesome. The kids love this place, and I like the on-table ordering / checkout system. Staff is always nice, we stop here regularly.

Love this place. The service is great, and the food is consistently good. I know, it's just a hamburger, but it's a damn good hamburger, and I love the many different burgers they offer. If you don't know about it yet, ask about the spicy ketchup. It's not on the table, but the waiter will bring it if you ask. It's a delicious blend of ketchup and sweet chili sauce. Mmmm, fabulous! Also, endless steak fries. Need I say more? Honestly, I've never had a bad experience, and I've eaten here close to a dozen times. They always work hard to make sure I'm satisfied, and the staff is very friendly. Yummy food, reasonable prices, and you always feel welcome. What could be better?

If anything is to the testament of how bored people become in southeast PA, just look at how crowded this place gets. Really, people have nothing much else to do at night than go out and crowd every restaurant in the area, but for some reason, even week nights, this palce is packed to the gills. Their food is good considering it is a chain. Usually I hate getting burgers at chains because they're often devoid of flavor, but their bacon guacamole burger is awesome. However, their bottomless fries are a joke. They bring out maybe ten fries tops in these baskets and then you have to ask repeatedly to have them refilled, and the second time they come with maybe five fries in them. Also, I substituted fries with my meal for black beans and was given the tinest container of black beans, barely enough to count as a side and more of just a garnish. Overall, it gets some stars for good main courses, but the atmosphere just isn't worth it most of the time.

I think the service is always great and the food is yummy. I always get the turkey burger as I don't like beef. It is tasty and not dry at all. The fries are the bomb and I love the buzzard sauce. Drinks are good. My daughter has celiac and they are wonderful and knowledgeable about gluten allergies and even have gluten free buns. If you are looking for a kid friendly, good burger joint, this is great.

Best burger around if that's what you're in the mood for. If a burger isn't your first choice, don't go to red robin, the non-burger portion of their menu is SERIOUSLY lacking. But the service is always great, the good is always hot, and if you opt for a burger you will not be disappointed. I don't love the seating arrangement but there are booth options if you don't want to feel like you're sitting with strangers. They have these awesome table-top machines which serve many purposes such as a payment-acceptor, drink-reorderer, 5-year-old-distractor, and many other things!

It was very crowded today at lunch so we decided to just grab our burgers to go. I had the prime chophouse and requested it medium and pink but it came out pretty well done. The burger was still pretty juicy and tender for one that was more brown than pink, and there were plenty of onions straws, mushrooms, swizz, and cheddar, which made me happy. usually, you are lucky if you get 5 mushrooms on a burger. The roll was nicely toasted too. Service was on the slow side but they were were busy and the staff were very friendly, so it wasn't bad at all. The fries were crispy but I did need to season them a bit. I did get a small vanilla shake while we waited, and that was very solid.

Boy I sure missed these folks. In a past life this place was on my commute and I stopped in fairly often. It's been about a year but I had a chance to stop by for lunch yesterday. What's not to like about a chain that specializes in great burgers and specialty sandwiches, unlimited fries, and a full bar! Yesterday I tried the prime rib dipper. Grilled roll, lots of beef, caramelized onions and provolone. Nice crispy fries and a small side of coleslaw. It was also beautifully plated. I added a cold beer and it was a great lunch. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are also great here. They have lots of unique toppings. Most of the sandwiches are in the $7-9 range and include unlimited fries. I wish there more locations for these guys. This is the closet one to Philly. Definitely worth a stop if you are up that way!

I am a big burger fan and was pumped to finally try out Red Robin after hearing lots of good things. I went on a weekday night with another person and we were seated immediately. I ordered the Royal Red Robin burger which included lettuce, tomato, mayo and a fried egg. I had to try this whole fried egg thing out. I also added some onion straws on there. It was definitely a good burger, but was expecting to get my socks knocked off after all the hype I've heard. I felt like there could have been more beef and more flavor from the beef. I also felt it to be a little too greasy. Although this could have been due to the fried egg and onion straw additions. I have had better burgers from different larger chains. The fries were average at best. The service was fine, server polite and attentive as needed. They also have table top devices to order additional items, play games and pay your bill which I though was pretty cool. If I could give it a 3.5 out of 5 I would do so.

I love this place what else can I say. My favorite is the royal red robin burger with egg. The bottomless fries are fantastic and i could drink 20 freckled lemonades. Staff is always friendly and atmosphere is kid friendly

A good, but not great burger place. Restaurant is clean, nicely arranged, though a bit cluttered. Service was perfectly fine with our server being friendly and quick to check in without being overbearing. Food is decent. Not my favorite burger place in the general area, but it's never been bad. Burgers are usually a bit overcooked, so don't expect to get a perfectly medium here. Well done is about all they do. Fries are probably the highlight here. They have those large "Steak fries" and they are usually pretty crispy. They come with little to no salt, so you can season it to taste. Soups are decent. Nothing that stands out from the crowd, but serviceable. For a chain, it's above average. So long as you aren't looking for knock out food, this place is fine.

Stopped here with some friends who were hungry for Red Robin's food. The restaurant was clean and neat. Service was prompt and friendly. The food I sampled was fine, and the food I didn't sample also looked fine. Best of all, they had some decent beer choices (Sam Adams, Newcastle) along with the standard mass-market stuff some folks prefer. Prices are reasonable, too. And they have a large round booth for large groups, which is useful. So, in short, I can't see myself ever suggesting a meal here (just not a diner fan in general) over my preferred city restaurants, but certainly over many other suburban choices.

Great food, good price, good location, A+ all around. And who can beat free extra french fries?!!

A younger cousin chose this spot for her birthday dinner. I really have no complaints. I had the burger with the chili on top. The chili was decent, good amount of spice, but it kind of overpowered the burger. I got very few french fries, and while I know they are bottomless, I didn't really want to ask for more.

I'm taking the Red Robin up a few branches! Having worked all day and not feeling like cooking or traveling too far from home, I was hungry for flaky, crunchy tempura battered, fried cod. Huge chunks of it, but I was craving fried shrimp dipped in a garlic butter as well. Artery clogging stick to your rib goodness! So I called after viewing the menu quickly on line and not seeing it, but yes, Ryan said yes, I can have both as a combination platter! So hubby came home and I say come on let's go! He said to where? I said to Red Robin, I'm starving! He says okay, I'll have one of their burgers. Yippee, okie dokie and yay! We get there and are promptly seated in the lounge area of the bar and our server was Ryan. Why oh why did I look at the menu when I knew what I was lusting for and craving? It's like when you want to have sex and in the meantime you pick up a good book... forget about it! So tell me Ryan, I am torn between the fried cod and shrimp combo or this fabulous looking french dip... baby it's cold outside. He says oh go with the french dip. Okay I trust you Ryan! Hubby looked at the menu too, damn us anyway! He asked, so how are your fried clams? Ryan said you get a huge basket of tender fried clams and they are very good! I can not go to Red Robin without having the tempura fried zucchini spears, thick and topped with a ton of freshly shredded parmesan cheese. They serve it with ranch dressing, boring, so I quickly mix my sour cream, horseradish and mayo sauce at home and bring it along. We already know the clam chowder is very thick, rich and holds tender clams and I had just made it at home last week, so I opted for the baked potato soup which was thick, cheddary and had bacon, celery and onions caressing the potatoes. Hubby had the french onion soup and loved the rich beef broth it was in. He also loved their clams and so did I, hey Michael look over there, snitch a few trick, you know. My french dip came on the most wonderful and flavorful toasted fresh baguette and rich Au jus. The shaved prime rib was well done, I would have preferred it medium at the least and it was topped with mozzarella cheese. I spooned a little of my horseradish sauce on it and walla, fantastico! Endless steak fries and cole slaw came with both and we ask them to double fry the fries now and they were crunchy and good. Hold the seconds though, we're stuffed! I need to go back soon for my fried cod and shrimp fix.... hold the menus please!

I love Red Robin burgers! My favorite burger is the Blue Ribbon Burger. I came here and ordered a few of them and the Banzai burger for a party. Everyone loved it and didn't know that there was a franchise restaurant that can make amazing burgers. Our only complain was the price. FYI, most of them enjoyed the Banzai burger compared to the Blue Ribbon burger.

Service at times was good I got 4 refills but at other times when you needed something while you were eating the server was not around. The one sandwich was wrong and my burger wasn't hot. Someone on yelp said to ask for spicy ketchup when I did I got mustard. I guess they don't have it or the server didn't know what it was. I've been hear maybe 10 times and most of the time the service is below average. The red robin in oxford valley is much better.

  • Reid F.

I think that the variety of topping options obscures the fact that this is only a slightly-better-than-average burger. It's certainly not a bad choice, for a chain restaurant, but Red Robin pales in comparison to the really outstanding burger places available in most large cities and many smaller towns.

This review isn't a review of Red Robin for the restaurant/franchise itself. It has more to do with what I order there- a veggie burger with fried egg, tomato, and red onion, sub onion rings and a Bailey's milkshake. Now this burger is not quite on par with the Burger Bar and the Counter restaurant, but as Burger Bar and the Counter are not around every corner this is attainable. The veggie burger has the consistency of a real burger, a real plus. Add a fried egg to it and it's heavenly. If you haven't ever had a fried egg on a burger (any burger) you have to try it; I think of the pairing like peanut butter and jelly, or bread and butter. The other perk of Red Robin is the Bailey's milkshake. A milkshake for grown-ups. Fantastic. I never go to Red Robin for dinner between 6- 9. That's when all the children come out to play (and I like to avoid them). I like to go for lunch through the week or for a late dinner. Please go and try my burger.

Perfect place for lunch after sesame place! Very kid friendly, staff is super nice. The food was pretty good. They have a great honey mustard poppy seed dressing! My husband had the bun less burger and he loved it. Steak fries are bottomless. We will be going back again!

Outrageously overpriced, and the burgers were nasty , I should of expected that from a chain store, I wish I could give it a negative rating, if you plan on going in there for a quick bite to eat with a family of 4, expect to pay over $70 easily.

I should sue you Red Robin. Since our introduction I have gained a significant amount of weight and feel that 1 sandwich, in particular, is to blame... I've been aware of Red Robin for about 3 years. My first few visits were "OK". The service is alright and the price is pretty good. Soon after I was seduce by the evil "Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Burger". I know what some of you are thinking... how could you give it Five Stars for 1 sandwich? It is that good. If you have not had this sandwich then I could understand a lesser rating but I insist that you go back and give it another chance. TIP: The Red Robin seasoning SHOULD be poured onto everything, including your sandwich. It like "Old Bay" seasoning but just a bit betterererer. We have 2 kids and this place is very family friendly. They have balloons at the Host/Hostess stand that they give to children when they walk in. To sum it up: 1. Go to Red Robin 2. Order "Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Burger" 3. Order a "Black N White" Milkshake 4. Order a glass of water (To stay healthy) 5. Drive home with the enormous guilt of eating the whole damn thing 6. Thank me ;)

Love red robin. The seafood pasta baked tater soup and buffalo burger were all great. Only problem was my second beer sat on the bar for 10 minutes before getting delivered. 4-5 wait staff looked at the slip and none brought it over. It kinda looked like a sloppy operation. Even the bartendr looked over at me & didn't walk it over. Otherwise great food. Otherwise inattentive wait staff

Bottom line: "This IS a tasty burger." Don't hesitate to let the staff know if something isn't right because they'll make sure whatever is wrong will be made right. My burger was cold and they replaced it for me in minutes with a nice hot burger. Good stuff.

I go to Red Robin waaaay too often. But I've never had a bad experience. Every burger, every time has been delicious and exactly what I expected. Staff is super friendly and they're really good for accommodating big groups (guess this goes along with being a chain restaurant). Favorite burgers include: the Banzai and the 'Shroom. They give you endless baskets of fries. I always order the freckled lemonade to top off a pretty solid, oversized and excessive meal =)

    (4)
  • Dana B.

4 stars for the freckled lemonade (and the green apple lemonade they used to have that I sorely miss!), the amazing unlimited fries, and the fish and chips. -1 for the waits that are often an hour or longer, but at least you don't have to go inside to find out how long the wait is--there's a digital sign at the entrance letting customers know whether or not there's a wait and how long it is. I've come here many times for family birthdays and sometimes just for lunch or dinner with my family, but I've never had anything bad to say about the service or the food.

"It's a shame, the food was actually pretty good for a burger joint." The service sucked! The waitress hated her job and made me hate my first experience at Red Robin. She was good at one thing - taking orders and disappearing. If you like waiting for 15 minutes to get your drink then this is your place. In addition the waitresses walked outside and yelled out the food order that was in their hand since they didn't know what table to serve????? My food was placed on someones table near us until they realized they had it wrong. I asked for a ketchup and waited until I got it myself. Bottomless drinks and fries??? Are you kidding me, I would be there all night before I got seconds. I will possibly give Red Robins another chance at my business but only at a different location.

Wild West Buffalo (meat) burger, no cheese, sauce on side. Easy right? Round 1: Cheese and sauce. Round 2: Scrape the cheese off and bring it back... With sauce. Round 3: No cheese, sauce under lettuce. I guess this is their idea of a joke or a way to feed some deep control issues. Idk. MIght as well mention their awesome time saving idea of re-frying cooked fries(surprise! we can tell the difference). All I know is I'm writing this review almost 2 months later cause it still grinds my gears when I think of it. Probably an isolated incident but use caution if you have any dietary restrictions.

It was delicious as usual but the waiter was forgetful and kept bringing is one thing at a time. We took our niece there for her birthday and she also enjoyed it.

Upon raves of friends we tried it as a date night "thing to do". Assuming they were all ranked similar we chose our first time to the one closest to the theatre. Like most "not so" fast food places, we gave a name and waited. Within 6 minutes our table was ready. The beer selection lacked, the noise level was over the top, literally. It was chuckie cheese with a good burger. Enter those bottomless fries, a nice twist for the burger side kick, however by the time we refilled, it was time to go. (Thank goodness). We chugged our beers, grabbed a box & left. All in all The staff was friendly, the food good and cost is fair but ambience receives two sad thumbs down.

Few burgers in life are worthy of praise but every burger I've had at Red Robin has been stellar. The fries are always perfect. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and the onion rings are to die for. Feeling in the mood for something lighter? You gotta have the Ensenada chicken. Perfectly seasoned, filling and comes with a great side salad and a zippy chipotle ranch dressing.

Never get a bad burger at any Red Robin. Great idea having the tablets on the table, kids love it. One of our kids' favorite places to go.

wow what happened here went here tonight it was not busy at all we had a real slow server wife had a chicken sandwich that a few hours later made her sick all night vomit and diarrhea and i had a cheeseburger that was put together so sloppy it was falling apart and the roll was dry and falling apart all over i had to eat the rest of it with my fork . had a coke that was watered down. man i hope this is not like this if we go next time or it will be the last. but when you get as sick as my wife did we may not want to go back .

Landed here when my college age daughter got to pick where we would eat after picking up items to bring back to school .I don't mind this semi fastfood joint near the Oxford Valley mall ,so I decided to be a good sport about her pick. In my book if your food comes in a red plastic basket its fast food,Something I strive to avoid. .We had a 20 min.wait for our table and were almost sitting in the tables on both side of ours lap.Too crowded Trying to salvage as many calories as possible, I went for the grilled chicken sandwich so I would still be able to enjoy 1 or 2 French fries or perhaps 6 would be more like it. Ha ha. The chicken was on an interesting sounding bun, Jalapeno corn bread roll. We all had our sandwiches on what would prove to be a disappointment. Don't bother unless you like the texture of sandy grit.Alas we couldn't taste any jalapeno just dry gritty roll. The chicken was sent back because one side was burnt to shoe leather. .I waited for my chicken and nibbled on a few fries which were still fresh and taste the way I remembered. Good. The chicken came back to the table after everyone else was done and I gobbled it down to get on the road back to college. Boooo not happy as the rest of the family agreed it will be a long time before we want to eat there again.

I looooooove Red Robin. I haven't been to a bad one yet, and the one in Trevose doesn't disappoint either. We ate here yesterday for lunch. My faves here are: The BBQ Chicken Burger, Prime Rib burger w/ parmesan fries, 'Shroom Burger and the Fish Burger. Please forgive me for not knowing the proper names of these burgers. I really don't feel like pulling up their menu. (Sorry) Also love their variety of drinks and their Bottomless fries. The only bad thing about RR is they really don't have a lot to choose from in terms of dessert.

The first time I tried Red Robin I got a salad, which was a mistake. It was terrible. We decided to give it another try because we now have a baby and wanted to eat somewhere that was kid-friendly. Red Robin is definitely the place for that - it was packed with families and very loud. This time I got a burger, which was pretty good. A word of advice - it is MOBBED on the weekend nights.

I have been visiting Red Robin for years and it has never failed to give me a great bang for my buck. While I do not go often because of the calories, it is worth it when I splurge. The A1 Peppercorn burger is to die for (both literally and figuratively: the calories, fat and sodium are sky high)! It helps to get the sauce on the side so you can ease the calories. We have also come with relatives, and everyone young and old leaves happy. They are also vegetarian friendly, which is awesome. My husband and I tried both the boca and gardenburger substitutes last weekend. The Boca definitely won for flavor, but neither left us feeling deprived of meat. They have also just introduced smaller, thus more diet friendly, versions of their appetizers. Lastly, if you like it, sign up for their birthday club and get a free burger and sundae on your birthday!

Wonderful! Red Robin food is always delicious and I was particularly impressed by the service there. One minor issue was that I got pickle relish and I didn't ask for it. The free larger milkshake I got after waiting a couple extra minutes for a shake (which didn't even bother me) definitely made up for it. Our waiter was wonderfully ever-present, despite the crowded and loud restaurant. I really wish they'd put in a Red Robin somewhere out closer to Blue Bell though...

Very fast and friendly service despite it being a crowded Friday night. Burgers were delicious and kids were happy with their Mac n cheese dinners.

I had never been to a Red Robins until today. It was fantastic. I had the down south burger ( or at least I think that is what it was called) either way it was delicious. Brown sugar bacon sweet honey bbq. I was in love!! The fries were good especially with the sweet Thai sauce. Mhmmm . I've never been to a full service burger place and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The service was great. Very good server she was super attentive and helped me so much when ordering. She actually helped me pick out my burger; so the fact I loved it made it even better. It wasn't very busy at lunch but I think it's because it was more of a sit down deal. I was lucky to have an hour lunch :-) . They seemed to have a great selection of craft beers, however I was on lunch break. I don't think it would have been a good idea seeing I love craft beer. Anyways it was great. Definitely give it a shot. I think you will enjoy it. Very very impressed and I hope I come across another one again. I was only here for business so I'm definitely looking for more in the future.

Very cool ordering process. Every table and bar stool has a mini touch screen you may order from and view the menu which can save time. Pros: This goes in the "best fried food category". I'm not big on frying but they do it right. Not greasy and everything came out hot! We had the onion ring appetizer and the jalapeño and zucchini app. Of course we had to try the burgers so we had bacon cheeseburger and the traditional cheeseburger. There are so many options! Cons: The brownie sticks are not as described. They are FROZEN! Not the soft warm brownie you'd expect. More like a chocolate stick. However when the server could tell I didn't like them the manager came over (we did not request this) and offered anything else we'd like. They really value their customer service.

Great food had the Yukon wings and chips as my app and it was great and tried the nacho burger something different but well prepared and had a Irish beer shake which was good and different. Waiter name was Charles and he was amazing very polite and can show he cares about the customers and his job

My first time at red Robin wasn't a good experience. Our waitress was very rude. I was given the wrong burger and so was my brother. Everytime we asked for a refill on the fries or drinks (which are supposed to be "bottomless") we would get an attitude from our waitress. Overall it was a terrible experience. The extra star is due to the only good thing, the awesome freckled lemonade!

Extremely slow service. I can't comment on the food as I never ate it, but it took my family about 30 minutes to get their food.
