The waitress was extremely nice and was always quick about refilling our drinks. She never rushed us as well. The atmosphere was great and the Buffett bar looked good as well. I ordered dessert and I got the Banana Foster Creme pie. It was delicious and the bananas tasted fresh. My friend ordered the Oreo Milkshake and it looked so appetizing. I love going to this Eatn' Park and it's a great place to go for Sunday Brunch or just to meet with a group of people. The sweet tea is extremely good and I am glad they have that on their menu now. Also, the restrooms are extremely clean which is a good thing when eating at a restaurant. I will highly suggest for anyone to come here because it is located right next to the mall and other shopping places to go to after you are done eating. They have a wide variety of food choices for all ages and they are great with kids. They even give smiley cookies to the children and sometimes they have the "Smiley Cookie" mascot come out to see the children as well. Great place. Coming back.

Oh Lordy! I'm here in Pittsburgh for the weekend and decided to go to eat and park my old stomping grounds from college days I ordered the original double-decker hamburger for four dollars and some cents and they brought me 2 fake meat patties that were worse than McDonald's! if I weren't so starved I wouldn't have eaten that at all and sent it back! My server, Ryan, brought the bill out to me before I was finished eating. He came back twice to tell me he would take the payment. In short while later or young lady came out and said that Ryan was on break and that I would be paying her I asked her if that's why he was pushing me for the payment before I was even done. He did not tell me he was going on a break that she did. Not very good service

6pm on Sunday evening the place was screaming for someone to give a flying f!#$. Really really bad cleanliness visible everywhere. When I say this, I'm talking 6 booths not bussed with customers already checked out, no paper towels in the bathroom and used ones all over the floor, food droppings all over what should be a salad bar. Gross Eat N Park! You need a manager, any size shape or quality here on Sunday night ASAP! Through all this disaster, I did eat here. Our waitress was present and prompt and our food good.

I visited this Eat N' Park with my mother on Monday morning. Service was OK- our waitress wasn't particularly friendly but she wasn't bad. Food was your basic good, simple Eat N' Park breakfast. For once, my mom's well-done eggs were actually well done, which was definitely a change from every other place we go to. I think the service was just a little less than awesome, everyone has bad days though. The only other thing was that they had landscapers outside, so it was rather loud. Again, totally understandable, but it did take away from the experience a bit.

Food no better than a school cafeteria. Salad bar unkempt, messy, food spilled, unfilled bowls, really unappetizing. Baked potatoes dry and overcooked. Coleslaw a sloppy mess. Fries cold. This restaurant is in need of a serious cleaning. Like ALL eat'n parks, this place is dirty.

The food is always good but the service sucks. The past three times I have been in I have been rushed to order, rushed to eat, and most importantly rushed to pay the bill. Tonight the server buzzed past my table asking if everything was ok and not even bothering to stop or offer to refill my drink. No offer of dessert. The check was presented in a way that said please pay & get the hell out. Really? I have only been in the door for 20 minutes. It will be a cold day you know where before I stop here again.

Y'know, I think I've been to nearly every Eat 'n Park in existence. Not surprising, considering I used to play in a band! But sometimes you've gotta go with the basics. My girl posse and I went hiking at nearby Deer Lakes Park and this time around, my niece Allison joined us. So we had to find a place for lunch that a girl her age would like. Good ol' Eat 'n Park is always a safe bet. I don't think I'd get their Italian or seafood here, but for sandwiches, salads, and burgers, it's good comfort food, plain 'n' simple. I went with my usual: BLT with a cup of chicken noodle soup and coffee. Best BLTs and best chain restaurant coffee around.

4 stars for its category, diners... Much better than the average Denny's and IHOP I have been to. Has a reasonable selection of vegetarian and seafood items, which is a very big plus for a diner... We went there for lunch on Saturday... I got the salad and soup buffet, my girlfriend the veggie omelet. The buffet includes vegetables, cottage cheese, muffins, breads, soups, fruits, pasta, potatoes, coleslaw, ... You gotta be selective in what you actually get from the salad buffet; not everything is good. The tomatoes, onions, beets were fresh for me. I was not as impressed with the greens; they had white iceberg lettuce, caesar salad, green peppers, and green beans. The broccoli cheddar soup was good. Surprisingly, it was not heavy. The pasta selections were also tasty. The buffet can improve a lot with the addition of better greens, like green lettuce and spinach. My gf's only complaint was that the cheese on her omelet was like a cheese sauce... The place was packed when we went; ~11am on a Saturday morning. Overall, if you know what you are getting, are selective, and are open to trial and error with the salad+soup buffet, you can enjoy this place.
