Best comfort food around! After being diagnosed with celiac, the owner went out of her way to create a couple meals just for me so we could continue to order from there. Food is always fresh and made to order for take out. My only complaint is they are closed on Sunday's and Monday's. So, no Sunday or Monday Night Football, take-out Chinese food for me.

The owners are wonderful and the food is the best in the area. Their hot and sour soup is the best I have ever had. The prices are very reasonable.

We love this place! The lady who always takes our order is funny and takes our special menu requests. I get this yummy shrimp and scallops dish in garlic sauce. Mmmmmm. My boyfriend gets their hunan shrimp. It's always fresh and serving sizes are huge!

I could not ask more from a general Cantonese style Chinese-American fast food joint. You name it, they have it in very good, albeit archetypal form. I usually go for orange chicken, lo mien and occasionally some of the Pu Pu platter items. Never had something less than *very good*. I think everyone I know who has tried it agrees the wonton soup is "the *best* they've ever had." But more impressive than their food is their service. They're a model of efficiency. Fast, yet courteous, and though sometimes I find it hard to believe they're actually comprehending my phone-in orders between the heavily accented, quick responses, they have never *once* gotten my order wrong. Watching them work is almost as entertaining as watching your server at Ginza Steak House- a well oiled machine. I'm impressed every time. This place has it together. I wish others could learn from their efficiency. They can have complete meals for four faster than Big Apple can get your cream cheese bagel out.

I visit this place regularly because they are close by, the staff is friendly and the prices are in line. I would also like to say I have never been disappointed by anything I have ordered here.

The food is pretty good, but the China Wok experience is just bizarre and unprofessional. Our family just moved to the area and found China Wok. During our first experience with this restaurant, my daughter and I just stopped in and ordered take out for the family. It was January and FREEZING cold in the restaurant. It smelled strongly like a kerosene heater, so they must have had one back in the cooking area...it was not throwing any heat out into the dining area. When I ordered and pulled out my debit card to pay, the owner(?) said that the credit card machine didn't work because her kid had broken it...so I dug around in my wallet and found a check. Two or three other customers weren't as lucky to have a check with them (like who does these days?) so they had to go home to find cash. The same kid that broke the credit card machine was in the dining area (and by the way, the dining area consists of two small tables and the decor is dreadful dank, and dreary) making some sort of project out of popsicle sticks, which were all over the floor. He was making this incredibly annoying tuneless humming noise the ENTIRE time we froze and waited for our order. OK. So I give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe we just hit them on an off night and we try again this evening...calling in the order so we don't have to be asphyxiated by kerosene fumes and freeze while being hummed to! When I called, the "little hummer" took our order, answered all questions with NOPE and YEP, which came off being border-line rude, and the credit card machine is STILL not working (a good month after our last visit there), so we had to scrounge around the house for cash. I rarely write negative reviews, but this place is just too strange not to. The upside, they provide free hot tea while you wait and the food is decent. The downside, see all of the above!!! Good luck.

We moved from San Diego, CA to New Park, PA. China Wok *ROCKS* :-) Make sure to ask for Mama's home made HOT MUSTARD! Their hot & sour soup is a BLESSING during the winter. Ask for ***SPICY*** to kick it up a notch or two. Steamed dumplings w/ their sauce is AWESOME! Come to think about it......ALL of their food is GREAT! Thanks! Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
