Of all the Starbucks stores, this one is my favorite. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. I particularly like the setup of this store. The two tables near the bathrooms are all by themselves, providing a secluded area away from the noise of the rest of the store. For a more social experience, the padded couch at the other end of the room below the mural provides lots of seating. All in all this is Starbucks is wonderful!

Smaller Starbucks. Service seemed a bit on the slower side, but I think one of the baristas was new and in training. The thing that struck me was how stuffy and humid it was inside. I noticed the cooler was leaking, don't know if that was contributing or not, but I don't think I'd ever be able to sit inside and work there. The store was overall pretty clean, but the milk station could have used a wipe down. I know those spots are hard to keep spotless, but it seemed slow enough that they could have ran a rag over it. This Starbucks is in a very convenient location on Street Road, and has a good sized parking lot. It's also right next door to a B of A.

This Starbucks is very clean, in a small and nice location, their service is great, the people here always serve with a smile. I came here to get coffee with my girlfriend and they make the coffee perfect every time that I have been here, I'll have to go back and put them to the test again, I know Starbucks isn't for a lot of people because they are a little bit higher than other coffee places, but I think the customer service makes up for a lot of the negativity that is given to Starbucks, give them a try and if their not for you more power to you enjoy!

If I could give 0 stars I would of. I use to love this place but the employees now are rude & ignorant. The employee wouldn't sell me coffee because I was holding a little puppy in my hand. It's not like it was dog that was on a leash running around. It was under 5 pound maltese puppy in my hands sitting quietly. Never had any problems in any other locations. I just wanted to purchase coffee and leave but instead I was refused service.

A convenient Star$$$$ for this part of the world, with access from both Street Road and Second Street Pike. Its proximity to some of my favorite restaurants - Aroi Thai, Blue Sage and House of Pho - make it a perfect quick après dinner stop for hot brew on the way to the movies or home. It is not the most attractive franchise unit in the area, but it serves a functional purpose. Unlike a box of chocolates, you always know what you are going to get.

What is GREAT about this Starbucks is its location, as Gerald S noted. Given the dearth of decent "to go" coffee purveyors in this area, Starbucks is a nice addition to this neighborhood. As other Yelpers have noted, this is a relatively small store. It has comfy chairs and is a nice place to meet a friend for coffee and convo. The staff is pleasant and helpful even if they are not always burdened with a sense of urgency.

S-L-O-W, apathetic service. Three people behind the counter, and my drink came up before I even got to the counter. I wanted to beg for them to hurry up. It was all I could do not to yell- please, pay attention, take care of the customers standing right in front of you! But I didn't. And I stood in line 10 mins, while they helped the two people in front of me. This particular location was a bit dirty as well. Not my favorite Starbucks, that's for sure.

These directions led us to a cow field, no word on whether his name is Starbucks, but he didn't have any coffee.
