What can I say that hasn't been posted about Candy's? The ice cream is awesome!! They have a great selection of flavors. The lines can be very long, and the parking lot packed. I did notice that they added some extra parking spaces.

Fabulous flavors! The friendly staff let you try flavors before ordering. My wife tried the apple pie and cake batter flavors, and said they were pretty good, but ordered the strawberry cheesecake ice cream, which we both liked. She also said their whipped cream was really good. I tried the peanut butter fudge ice cream and the peanut butter soft serve, but opted for the excellent pumpkin soft-serve. It was the perfect combination of creamy and spicy. Next time I'll go straight for the peanut butter fudge, as 30 minutes later, the flavor still haunts me. Delicious! As a bonus over most other homemade ice cream places, their prices are excellent. We spent less than $5, and had plenty each. As a bonus tip, they are located near Spokes Bike Shop, which has a big, bright sign easily visible from Rt. 61.

Absolutely delicious ice cream. My only disappointment was that the chocolate chip cookie cone didn't taste very good. However, the one scoop of cookies and cream and one scoop of Boston creme was excellent. The line was out the door when we went, and rightfully so. It's not in our area, but we will definitely come back.

Good ice cream. Lots of flavor choices. They also have soft serve, and Italian ices. I did not try the Italian ices, but they don't serve them in traditional paper cups, and the ices seemed a bit on the slushier side. Not a bad road food find, close to route 78. I would not classify it as gourmet. Solid choice probably for ice cream in the neighborhood. For me it would be someplace to stop in, but not a destination.

I go here all the time!! Nice staff and so many flavor choices!! Sinfully chocolate on a cone the best. As well as soft serve. Also you can stop here for a quick bite to eat and ice cream for dessert. Italian ice also available. New ice cream flavored are always added

Great Homemade Ice creams , Water Ices ,Shakes , Floats, Cakes. Many original flavors . The Staff welcomes you with a warm smile and the prices are very very very pocket friendly. This caliber of fine product firmly places Candy's on my " best for less list " . Try it you will not be disappointed .

Best ice cream around. The soft serve is always super creamy and the hard is never icey. If you like hard, hand scooped I've cream, pray that they have birthday cake ice cream when you get there. It's like an ice cream cake on a cone!
