I love this place! I am from Rhode Island/Boston where you can get the best pizza outside of NY and I was starting to get upset that I could not find a decent pizza here. Secane Pizza is the closest thing to home that I have found so far. Great salad too! I am not crazy about the "delivery charge" which seems common here but unheard of back home, but still worth it!

On another quest to find good, authentic local pizza, after reading through some of the yelp reviews - I decided to try Secane pizza. The store is clean and the people are friendly. Let me start there. I ordered my usual favorite: a medium pepperoni. For $11 and change, it's not a bad bargain for a man at 7:PM craving a pepperoni pie. That's where the infatuation ends, however. The taste is basic, not bad, but just basic. The crust has absolutely no personality whatsoever, and taste like plastic. If you're not Italian, and you've never been to Brooklyn, or Boston, or South Philly, let me clue you in: this is not what pizza tastes like. It was decent, and I'm not overly critical, but it is not a hit in my book. Okay for a craving, but not authentic Italian pizza by any measure. The crust tastes like it never was introduced to an amazing little friend called "yeast". I don't know what this bread-like dough is made of, but it doesn't taste anything like pizza crust should. Bleh. Still, the place was tidy and quick and inexpensive. 3 stars from me.

Nice little spot to stop for a quick bite to eat - great slices with a crispy crust and plenty of space to sit and enjoy. Their mozzarella sticks are not bad, but I've had better. Complaints? Their jalepeÃ±o poppers are made with cheddar instead of cream cheese, they've run out of slices at random times, and the staff is sometimes wrapped up in conversation when customers are waiting. Overall, I will definitely continue to stop in while my laundry is drying next door!

My husbands favorite pizza place, hands down. The small pizzas have a great crust, which seems to be different from the crust on the larger pizzas and slices. Perfect ratio of cheese, sauce and toppings. I always get the hamburger pizza--its the only place I order that variety, and Hubby goes with pepperoni. Its also the only pizza that he will eat the crust. Consistent quality, which I really like, no worries that food will not taste as expected. Staff is always friendly. They also sell baklava by the slice, which I love!

FRIED MACARONI AND CHEESE! Oh my gosh. It's so good. I don't care how bad for you it is. Yummmm. Oh also, turns out I like the large size pizza better than the small. I don't know. It's just better somehow.
