Can't believe it's been two years since I first tried Smashburger! Still LOVE it! Best burgers around :)

I really enjoyed the food here. I really came out satisfied. I recommend this for all burger junkies.

Smashburger was awesome. I'd definitely rank this amongst the better burger joints that are springing up everywhere (think Shake Shack and In-n-Out on the west coast). The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was super clean. I had the regular size smashburger and a side of the smashfries. The burger was great- very flavorful, perfectly cooked and most importantly I could tell it was FRESH! my only gripe was that they went too heavy on the smash sauce, which is tasty, but made it messy and I felt like I ate too quick. The smashfries were good. Shoestring fries tossed in rosemary, garlic and olive oil. They had a great flavor, but we're a little too greasy. Next time I'd prob just do regular fries. Looking forward to going back!

My wife and I ate here today. We had the basics - the Chicago burger and fries; I had the smash fries and she the sweet potato fries. We had Stewarts creme sodas- love those. The meal cost about $24. It's a fast-food place but with table-side service. The food is exceptional, with fresh ingredients. The burger was a honkin' big patty, medium done, with a splash of cheese and a mound of fried onions. Served on a pretzel roll. The fries were seasoned with herbs- yum. A young lady brought out our food, and a gentleman cleaned up for us. There were no trash cans in the dining area, or places to leave your tray. That's a notch above most places in their league. Who wants to bus their own table, especially if you've got places to go, things to do? I compare this restaurant to Elevation Burger, another sandwich chain with fresh ingredients and pretty good service. Elevation Burger DOES have trash cans for you to clean up your own damn mess. They're also pretty expensive, for a restaurant of this kind. I expect a similar meal would have been north at Elevation, of the price we paid at Smashburger. The dining area in this particular restaurant is divided into thirds. The first row closest to the door has raised stools, like at the bar. Against the wall is a row of regular height tables. In the center row, a row of booths with super-comfy seats and tables you can draw close to yourself so you don't get food on your shirt or lap (as I tend to do). This is where we were - thee only problem here was climbing out of them- not easy, when you're lugging a big belly in front of you. I wish I had professional rating skills like other folks on Yelp. I generally use just one rule: could I picture myself eating here again, or not? As far as Smashburger goes, I would defnitely answer yes- but next time, I would like to explore the menu a little more.

Claiming its offering a smashingly new approach didn't seem that way when broken down. Fresh never frozen beef is a 5 Guys standard. So it's natural to compare these two burger spots. One bonus at Smashburger is there are more choices here than Five Guys. You can get chicken, salads and shakes here. Pretty much it's burgers, fries and dogs at Five Guys. My lady and I ordered the Classic Smash: American cheese, ketchup, Tomatoe, pickle and onion. Both of us got their smash sauce on the side (neither of us liked the mostly mustard tasting mystery sauce) She tried the pretzel bun, I went for the classic egg. We split shoestring fries. I had an unsweetened iced tea while she tried the lemonade. The burgers were good. Better than fast food. Not as good as Five Guys in my opinion. Definitely not in the upper stratosphere of 500 degrees SPoT food truck or Rouge burgers. Next time I'm there I'll pop next door to ShredWich wh just added provolone cheese to go with their wonderful store made brisket.

The fries bumped this from a 3 to a 4. Those fries are awesome. I got the regular, not the rosemary, and they are the perfect thin, salty crispy shoestrings, but not too crispy. Fantastic fries. The burger had potential to also be fantastic, but the toppings were put on very haphazardly so I had to make a bit of a mess to get everything properly situated. I got a "big" burger, classic, with bacon added. The bacon was good quality and the burger itself was very tasty - it's pressed on the grill so it gets a really good crust, but don't expect any significant thickness or a ton of juiciness, nor will it have much pink in the middle. Just the style of burger. Wanted more of the special sauce, and there were WAY too many onions. I'm talking like 3 full slices of red onion with all the rings intact. There's a nicer-than-average selection of beverages, which I appreciate. Honest Tea, SmartWater, and the usual fountain sodas. I hear the milkshakes are amazing but I was already looking at a 700+ calorie meal, no need to gild the lily. Takeout service was fast! I'll be back after my 30-day vegetarian challenge is over. This burger was my last meaty hurrah until July.

I wasn't in the mood for a burger, but this place was open and I was hungry lol. Nice, clean place, friendly service. I ordered the bacon burger and the avocado club, I was really hungry. The order came out fairly quickly, but there wasn't anyone else waiting, so it was expected. The burger was ok, but not very big, so I'm glad I ordered the second sandwich. The avocado club was put together like a burger, instead of having layers like a club usually does, it was also ok, but needed a little more sauce for my taste. The avocado was freshly sliced which I didn't expect at a fast food joint. Overall, good menu selection, ok/average food, small portions. Price for 2 regular size sandwiches, 1 small smash fries, 2 small beverages was $20.25 = not worth it to me. I could have cleared my own trash for a few dollars less and a happier tummy, somewhere else (5 guys).

Kenji from Serious Eats is dead on. This is a really great burger. Smashburger has impressed me again. This is the second location I've visited and the quality was extremely consistent. The burger has a soft and lightly chewy potato bun, a crisp thin patty, and a secret sauce akin to thousand island. The american cheese they throw on this thing is surprisingly good. I'm not usually a fan of processed dairy products. The condiments they pile on (lettuce, tomato, pickles) are all clearly fresh. We were impressed that, because our food took a little long to come out (10 minutes, maybe) they gave us a free entree ticket. This definitely impressed us. This is a great spot and I highly recommend it

I have to say I was not impressed. I would rather get a burger from Five Guys. I do not understand why Burger chains have to smash the burgers down and let all of those delicious juices run out of them. I would rather have a handmade patty that is full of flavor. When you smash it down it tastes dry. I did enjoy my pretzel roll. The fries were crunchy but lacking potato flavor. All burgers are cooked to order and take about 7 minutes until the are delivered to your table. I probably will give them one more try because I would like to experience Smashchicken.

The takeout orders are ALWAYS messed up. I don't know why I gave this place more than 1 chance, but I've been here 3 times, and my order has been messed up three times. --------------------------------------------------- Experience 1: Their website is constantly messed up. Once I placed an order on their website, it said the order couldn't go through, so I called and they said I would have to drive in to place the order (they can't take pick-up orders over the phone for some reason). I drove in and placed an order, and, while waiting, I get an email saying my online order has been placed. I now have 2 orders, and have to go through the extremely time-consuming hassle of cancelling one. I take my non-cancelled order home -- they completely forgot the fries. I called the store and they said I had to drive back to get them. Forget that. Not to mention, not ONCE did I receive any sort of apology for this experience. -------------------------------------------------- Experience 2: Second time... well, just look at my pictures. I ordered: Big Avocado Club (comes with avocado and bacon) +Mushrooms ($1.29) +Pickles +Blue cheese ($0.70) +Pepper Jack Cheese ($0.70) +Guacamole ($1.29) -NO BUN I get to the store. They inform me that they were out of mushrooms so they didn't put any on. Ok...? I ask for a refund of the $1.29. They guy looks at me like I'm crazy. "It's only $1.29." Yes, I know it's only $1.29, but I paid $1.29 for MUSHROOMS and you didn't give me mushrooms, so why is it audacious for me to get that charge refunded? Ok. Like usual, refund process takes upwards of 5 mins. I leave the store, get back to my office. What do I see? A piece of meat, in a bun, with a piece of lettuce, two cucumbers, and a tiny piece of bacon. No avocado. No cheese. No guac. Yes, I paid for about $5 of "add-ons" and it came with NONE of them. It was the saddest burger I've ever seen in my life. So, I call the store. Ofc, they tell me I have to come in to get it fixed. Waste the 10 mins driving to the store. Guy makes me a replacement. Get home. Guess what? He STILL forgets the bacon and the pepper jack cheese. Holy cow. How is it so hard to look at an ingredient list and place those items together? Again, not a single apology for the entire ordeal, including the additional 30 mins of drive/wait time for the replacement. -------------------------------------------------- The food is decent. Extremely salty, but I generally like salt. Some things, such as the haystack onions, are WAY over-salted (mushrooms are exceptionally salty too). Even a salt-lover such as myself couldn't stand the haystacks. Tasted like I was biting into a block of salt. Overall, definitely not worth the price you pay. I'd much rather go to five guys and get better value, portions, and food.

  • Ben M.

The Smashburger Fries are worth it - the garlic olive oil, so good for the mouth and bad for the body. I thought the hamburger meat was a bit tough and it was salted - sort of tasted like low quality beef. If your thinking smashburger or five guys, smashburger is better, but its also 2x the price. Service was great, ambiance was nice.

Smashburger was great! truffle fries were good, not the best i've had but i like getting other dipping sauces besides ketchup. i'm just not a ketchup person and i like having options, you dig? Burger was large and in charge. I loved every bite. avocado on a burger is a must. you can sign up for emails to get coupons, but they only last for a few days so if you aren't local its kind of a bummer. i'd love to go back and try some other options, you can not go wrong here!

As the FoodDude I get calls from friends who travel less frequently than me. Recently a buddy asked me about Smashburger and I did recommend he try the chain. This out a tinkering in my head so while driving to another joint today I spotted the Smashburger and changed my plan. I got the crimimi Mushroom Swiss with truffle mayo on an egg dough bun and some smashfries which are very thin cut and tossed in olive oil and parsley. I think they douse the burger in butter as well. Hey why not... Right? This make the burger so super juicy from first bite to last. As burger chains go Smashburger is among my favorites. I haven't been to one in a long time next time I need to remember to get a double but the single burger was ample. I prefer a thicker burger but that a personal choice and does not effect this review. Shortcomings are they bus the tables a little too slowly and I saw people hunting for seats. The layout of separate entrance and exit had guest waiting to order have to circle around to get a menu while waiting. I saw this happen 5 times as I sat rich by the window across from the vestibule. I did like that they had vitamin water in the sofa machine. Smashburger is a smashing success!

I can't speak for the burgers but Smashburger's salads are impressive. I ordered the Baja Cobb Salad with crispy chicken and the dressing on the side. I'm glad I asked for the dressing on the side because it's very rich and more often than not, restaurants saturate their salad with calories. The avocados were green and generous. The chicken was crispy and hot. The price was reasonable and the portions were huge. While it may not have been the most mindblowing or creative salad I've had, it certainly does satisfy and I would be more than happy to return again for another one of their salads.

I love, love, love smashburger. Usually only get it passing through the airport, but, as I have other business in the main line area every month or so, I've been getting my fix more regularly. Service is never bad, but it is a bit hit or miss in here - sometimes it's amazing, and other times it's nothing special. I don't love those crunchy, matchstick fries, so I save my belly space for a burger and a shake. The BBQ Bacon Cheddar is my current obsession - add the tiniest squirt of mustard to set off the BBQ sauce. The shakes are always just right, but make sure you ask for it in a to-go cup, as it is too much to finish in the dining room.

Met up with some friends here., place was kinda busy an the air was working way to well I was so cold. I ordered the classic reg burger an it was deelishous I would definitely go back I'm a burger fanatic, I wish they would add turkey burgers to the menu as well. The fries were deelishous an could have used some more

I placed an online order and upon arriving home, my drinks were missing after confirming with the server that my entire order was complete. This annoyed me so I called the store. My issue is not with the food, but rather the way the manager handled the situation. In a nutshell, he did not apologize for the mistake, but rather accused me of not following an unknown procedure of taking my drinks. I don't see how that was possible given the fact that one of the drinks was a fountain soda. Upon explaining this to him and explaining that I have ordered take out from many other locations that would ensure I had my drinks, he hung up on me. When I called back, another employee pretended to be the "manager" until I verified his name. Misrepresenting your title is pretty childish and for the manager not to immediately take the call after hanging up and the phone ringing again is disturbing. My issue could have been avoided if Ryan would have apologized from the beginning instead of trying to blame the customer. I would have asked that the next time I come in, please include two drinks for free, but never did i even hear the words "I'm sorry." Instead, I am giving this poor rating not for the food but rather for the quality of customer service.

I've been to Smashburger locations in North Brunswick, Maple Shade, and Glassboro, which are all on the New Jersey side of the Delaware River. I never knew there was one in DelCo Pennsylvania, so when I saw the name on the strip mall sign as I was driving through Radnor, I knew I had to come back that evening and try it. This is the same strip mall as Micro Center. Parking seemed more than sufficient, although I wasn't there during a peak shopping period. I don't like the interior of this Smashburger as much because it felt a bit cramped. Having tables and chairs/benches closer together than at other Smashburger locations caused people to block and bump into each other more, which is annoying. Aside from that, service is okay and they did refill the iced tea dispenser promptly when it ran out. As with other Smashburger locations, my quibble remains that the food is upscale-priced (for a burger joint), which is more than I expected to pay for what I got. Do try the Sin City Burger though. I'm surprised that this off-menu item is still available at every Smashburger.

A great, quick place to grab a delicious lunch! They're menu includes burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, fries, onion rings, and milkshakes. My boyfriend loved the burger he got on a pretzel bun and I had the jalapeño Baja chicken sandwich. We both had the Smashfries that were fries coated in olive oil, Rosemary, and garlic. They were awesome! The staff was friendly and efficient - which was great because it was very busy.

A bunch of us had just eaten scrawny, $$$$ mainline pizza (reviewed seperately) and after popping to the place next door for a drink we decided We were still hungry so off to Smashburger it was. Pure angus burgers, shoestring fries reminiscent of the 60's which is as far back as this reviewer can remember. Shake to die for! FLASHBACK: its 1963, CY's luncheonette, West Philly. This 4 and a half YO sits spinning on the stool at the counter drinking a milkshake. I might be young but I already know what a good milkshake is. Thats what I am tasting here. A shake made with Haggan Das tastes as good as those ones from way back when all we Philly kids drank were Breyers milkshakes. Same for my burger. It tastes real and additive free. Clean. They are Moving chairs out from the table and wiping each one down as well as tabletops and condiment racks at each table. Twice I was asked if everything met with my satisfaction. I've enjoyed Old fashioned food and service in a clean modern setting. WoooooHoooo from this foodie

Lately there has been a surge of nicer burger places opening up in the Philadelphia area. I was particularly interested in Smash burger because they have a lot of chicken sandwiches. I don't eat beef, and it's nice to have an option other than a veggie burger sometimes. At Smashburger you order at the counter, are given a number and cup for your drinks, and then the food is brought to your table in about five minutes. I like that everything is cooked to order because it comes out nice and hot. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with truffle aioli, mushrooms, and swiss cheese. The chicken was perfectly grilled and juicy. There were a lot of mushrooms on the sandwich. My complaint was that it was so over salted. I found out that it was mostly mushrooms that had been over seasoned, so I knocked most of those off. It was better, but still too salty. The truffle flavor was there, but it wasn't overwhelming. I ordered the smash fries, which have rosemary on them. They were good, but again, a little too salty (not nearly as salty as the mushrooms though), and the rosemary flavor was there, but I would have liked more of it. More rosemary and less salt would have been a great improvement. Also, the fries were shoestring and nothing to write home about. If you love really salty food, you'll love Smashburger. If you don't, you'll walk away like I did, thirsty and disappointed.

Great place to eat and at a affordable price! I recommend the Smash Fries with a BBQ, Bacon, & Cheddar Burger! Also the atmosphere is top notch!

Smashburger is a (surprise!) burger joint with a relatively broad menu (compared to Shake Shack or Five Guys, for instance). We found the food and service to be good, and will be happy to return.

My quest for all things burger related brought me here. I'm always down to try a new burger spot and this one isn't too far away. Everything looked pretty amazing on the website so I was pretty excited to dig in. They have some menus at the entrance to peruse before stepping up to the counter. I made my decision and confidently placed my order. 1 reg BBQ Bacon cheeseburger, smash fries ( rosemary and garlic) and I threw caution to the wind and asked for the salted caramel shake. Once you order and pay they ask your name, give you a numbered placard and you sit down. After a few minutes, someone comes to deliver the food to your table. I received the shake first . I rarely get milkshakes but I decided to try one here. Quite possibly the best shake I've had in awhile. I think they use Hagen Daas ice cream, and it shows. Then the burger and fries came. The fries are the little shoestring variety that I last had at Freddy's Steakburger. They were nice and crispy but I have to say that I prefer a heartier fry. Even shoestrings done well are only slightly better than potato chips. The burger was a masterpiece. The perfect ratio of meat toppings and bun. I guess if you are comparing to 5Guys, this one wins easily both in flavor and durability. I always feel bloated and weighed down after 5guys. It just seemed fresher here. There were some negatives which it won't subtract any points for. -no wifi- I was by myself so it would have been nice but ultimately it's just one more way to disconnect from society. I was fine without it - price- I paid $14 for the things I mentioned. Minus the shake it's comparable to similar places and for sure it's worth the price. I just can't afford to partake more than as a special treat. -service- the service was actually great. Better than any of their competitors but so good I felt I was in the awkward position of of I'm supposed to tip. It was a fast food counter but they bring you your food and periodically check on you. I didn't tip but felt bad about it . I normally hate the tip jar at similar places (5guys has one) but here I think it's warranted. Anyway, I never thought I'd find a place that would knock 5 guys out of the top chain spot in my heart but Smashburger is legit. I'll definitely be back.

Service: This place has such AMAZING service it makes me want to leave a tip every time. Very friendly, very accommodating, lots of smiles, great attitude. I wish more places provided services like this place does. Hence service review is up top. Food: Smash Fries - olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. Delicious!! BBQ, Bacon & Cheddar burger - plenty of thick bacon. Bbq sauce grilled in between the burger patty and the cheese. Not a whole lot of haystack onions, but still, YUM! Spicy Baja - freshly chopped jalapenos. Loads of guacamole. Yum! Truffle Mushroom Swiss - loads of mushroom, love the egg bun. Get all your burgers with the egg bun! Sweet potato fries - meh. I don't think they go with the burgers much. Smash fries are much better. Strawberry milk shake - I believe they use Haagen Dazs ice cream to make them. Pretty good. Overall, they make really tasty burgers and fries and provide great, friendly service.

OK for a quick burger and fries, but easily outclassed by other burger joints. Milkshakes made from Haagen Das ice cream are amazing here.

Decided to give these guys a go at it. Who doesn't like a burger? I know the carnivore in me loves burgers, so this will be a great experience. I decided to go with their bacon cheeseburger with nice cuts of thick bacon. The bacon cheeseburger was good, had a nice taste to it , you can tell this want a frozen patty. Bacon goes with everything basically , and added onto this bad boy was simply perfect, with an egg bun holding it all together. They do have some interesting sandwich options, unique combinations with chicken being a second option . I know I'll be visiting a few more times to give this menu a go. Also went with an order of smash fries (shoestring) which has a a great blend of olive oil, rosemary, and garlic mixed in. These little guys (and I'll get to that in a moment) they might have been left on the fryer a little too long which turned into "Andy Fries". I'm sure they are not suppose to be crunchy , maybe I caught them on a bad batch. Only gripe I have is I'm not a fan of shoe string fries, but to each their own. Big hands equals zero patience when it comes to grabbing these little guys. The service was good, the young lady asked if everything was OK as she would periodically do her rounds. The menu has a wide variety of options to choose from soda to milkshakes with Häagen Dazs as the main ingredient. We all know how I feel about the milkshake and burger combination, it pretty much seals the deal on perfection. For those who are not carnivores that come to places like this, no need to worry, they have salads along wit veggie burgers for those not into the meat scene. The crew in here are friendly , making sure everything is to your pleasure. Nice clean establishment , with a good amount of seating. I'll be back again to peruse the menu some more, good stuff over here.

We ordered our food, sat down and waited about 30 mins. They marked our food as take out so it was just sitting on their counter. Finally they gave it to us but it was cold. We requested a refund, left the food and walked away. If you decide to eat in, double check your food isn't marked as take out. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

This is one of those reviews where I wish there was a 0.5 option for stars, yanno? I liked Smashburger. Quite a bit. Am I a fan? Is it A-OK? These are fine lines. The excellent: Burger itself. Very fresh, tasty, never frozen, bun supports it nicely without overstating its' own presence. I freelanced my burger, not going with a 'stated' option. No problem. The very good: Strawberry milkshake make with ice cream. Darn good. Also, I like the layout of the place - there are booths (open on both sides), tables with chairs, and tables with chair/banquette options. No matter what, you're going to find a seating setup you like. The good: Service. Manager kept buzzing by asking me, by name, how my meal was. That was nice borderline creepy but he pulled it off. The "meh": Yeah, people rave about the rosemary garlic smash fries. In the interest of full disclosure, I am not a big fan of rosemary, and I found the fries to have more of a rosemary flavor (scent?) than garlic. They DO make a darn good shoestring fry though and that is not easy to do. If you're like me and not a fan of rosemary in general, skip these. Definitely a solid option for fast food burgers, on par with Five Guys but still slightly below my Holy Grail: In-N-Out Burger. I'll be back with the Young 'Un and Rev. in tow.

As a rule, I love a good burger place. And in the past few years there have been a number of good burger places popping up all over the place. They seem to sit nicely in one of three categories... you've got your Fast Food (McDonald's, Burger King etc), your Gourmet Burgers (Red Robin, Burgery) and finally your Fresh and Fast (Five Guys, Jake's Wayback, Elevation Burger) -- and in the end, Smashburger lines up in the Fresh and Fast arena. They create a fresh burger with tasty ingredients that is fast an tasty. This is where Smashburger stands out from their competitors. I went in for lunch and the place was more-or-less empty. I ordered the Big Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger with fries and a soda. The total was a little over $12. I sat down and the food was delivered by a very friendly gentlemen a few minutes later. My first impression of the meal was that it was a little bit small for $12. The burger wasn't very thick and the overall look of it was closer to a Big Mac sized patty then a Quarter Pounder. The burger was cooked just fine and it was very tasty. The french fries were very thin -- what you'd consider matchstick fries. They were decent. Overall, I liked Smashburger. I put it in the same category as Five Guys, but it just doesn't quite measure up to Five Guys. If I had to choose, I'd do a Five Guys -- but that's not a knock on Smashburger. And perhaps I'm making too much of the value for the money, but I really feel like for $8 I should have gotten more burger. At Five Guys the burgers are bigger and cost less. If I'm in the area again for lunch, I'll certainly consider making a return to Smashburger. They don't disappoint. Overall: Atmosphere: 4/5 - It's a burger place. Nice, but not fancy. Service: 5/5 Food: 4/5 Price: 2/5 Overall: 3.5/5

While this is not the best burger, it was very good. We got the big sized jalapeno smashburgers, smashfries, and fried pickles. The pickles were delicious, but a bit heavy on the salt. The fries were perfect. The burgers were very good, but low on the seasoning, and didn't have much bite to them. Still, all around a very good burger.

Great burgers, we came for the second time for lunch a couple weeks ago. I was happy they let me get the kids smash burger, because a lot of the time I can't eat very much at lunch time, sometimes I even skip lunch. The burger was very good and juicy. My boyfriend got the bbq, bacon & cheddar burger which I would probably get the next time I come here. They offer a lot of options on the menu other than burgers such as chicken sandwiches and salads. Also, the manager and everyone working at this place seemed very nice.

There is a new gourmet burger joint in town and they are here to smash the competition! I'm sorry, I couldn't resist saying that. It's a good thing the owners didn't use crunch, or slam, wreck. That would be just too weird. Everyone wants to compare them to Five Guys and I get that but they really are a different animal. If you go to FG you want a burger and fries. Sure they have a couple of other things but the focus is burgers and fries. Smashburger has a much broader menu. Most importantly they have chicken and salads. They have the potential to satisfy a much broader audience. I'd have a tough time getting the lovely wife to visit FGs with me as she's not a burger person. She'd accompany me here with no problems. So what did I eat? I tried the BACON CHEESEBURGER in the regular size. I added the SMASHFRIES and a soft drink. The total was a little over $10 which is about the same as FGs. The burger was hot and juicy and very good. The toppings were fine and the bun was excellent. I liked the bun better than FGs. The smashfries were also very good with subtle rosemary and garlic flavors. Overall it was a very decent meal. So which joint would I prefer? My answer is both. Either one does a nice job. I'm addicted to FGs CAJUN FRIES. Obviously I'd need to go there for those slices of spicy heaven. Other than that, either one will do.

Love the chicken burgers especially the truffle mushroom and Swiss, along with the buffalo chicken burger. The sweet potato fries are great. And who can go wrong with the milkshakes? I only wish there were a few more restaurants in the general area. This place tops five guys in my opinion. It's usually slammed at lunch so I would recommend ordering ahead for pick up.

I'm on a mission to visit all of the Smashburgers in the Philadelphia Metro area and this Smashburger was the second one on my list. I visited this Smashburger location mostly because I was dying to try the Philly burger, but the barbecue bacon burger was far more effective in calling my name. The burger was very juicy and flavorful; it also held its shape very well (given the potentially messy component of loose bacon). I think this burger is probably one of the best items on the menu--they've got just the right proportion of cheese to bacon and barbecue sauce. I got an order of the fries as well (rosemary and assorted spices), which I've always loved. I think the taste of Smashburger fries is far superior to other fast food chains (I'm a sucker for shoestring fries, too). I finished off the meal with one of the delicious milkshakes they churn out (chocolate of course)-- so refreshing and cold. Yum. Added bonus: the staff are quite friendly and helpful in this location, which takes the experience to an extra pleasant level. I'll have to go back to get the Philly burger, as this is the only location near me. But I am looking forward to it!

The food is delicious and had this been 6 months or so ago I would have given smashburger a 4-5 stars. However, they have recently started changing their serving sizes but charging more. They offer large fries now but the large is smaller than the regular most times. The milkshakes are also smaller now. When you get a milkshake to drink there you used to get the metal cup as well. Now you get it in a to go cup with way too much whip cream. You get about half the amount you used to for the same price. Despite the overcharging customers for smaller portions, the staff are really pleasant and will always help with any concerns you have about your meal.

Super tasty-burgers and fries. My only complaint is ordering could be more straight forward. Also, could they not afford a sign that didn't look like SoftwareETC or in turn GameStop?

Service is greater than the food. ok ok, the food was good, but the service was exceptional. My mom and I stopped in for a fast lunch. I ordered the truffle mushroom swiss burger, avocado club chicken sandwich and smashfries. We ate every crumb. From the second we got to the register, everyone working was helpful and smiling. There was someone coming around every minute or two asking if we needed anything. I did not expect this at a burger joint. I am a fan - I will be back to try other menu items and experience great customer service again.

I began working near the Radnor Smashburger location in April 2015. As a novel, conveniently located lunch spot, I've tried it a half dozen times over the past two months... and on each visit, it's gotten a little worse. On the plus side, when it's prepared properly (burgers cooked thoroughly, toppings as directed, fries in cup not scattered in bag) it's a fine burger, tastier than Five Guys (but short of Wayback). Too often however, orders are incomplete and burgers are poisonously pink through the center. The interior layout is poorly designed, with smashed seating for those dining in, and a goofy standing zone for those awaiting take-out orders. I'm done with Smashburger, and suggest you consider going elsewhere too.

First off the service here was phenomenal everyone was super nice and accommodating, not something you see often in a fast food place. I got a custom chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun yuummm so good!! The hubby got a bacon bbq burger also yummy and my son got a hotdog which was surprisingly super tasty and cut in half which I felt was good for a child. We also split sweet potato fries and onion strings. Onions were awesome, fries were ok I love a good chipotle mayo with my sweet pot fries.Wish I had tried the smash fries. I love that you can make your own burger and I cant wait to go back and try a salad which I heard was awesome, oh and those smash fries!

Besides the logo which reminds me of entering a GameStop, this place is damn good. Next time I need to get a double or something - burgers are not really that big (even though I chose the "big" size) but the ingredients are very fresh and tasty. I like that they have avocado available.

Absolutely enjoyed the Buffalo,BBQ, Blue Cheese burger thing that i had. At first the burger seemed small but in the end it filled my belly along with their crisp fries. NOW THAT'S A BURGER!

I had a great experience at Smashburger! I ordered the Philly Smash (Burger on Pretzel Roll with Cheese Whiz and Fried Onions) and the Sweet Potato Fries. The order was delivered to my table in about 5 minutes and was the perfect temperature. The burger was done just right and, although dripping with Cheese Whiz and Onions, it was extraordinarily tasty. Not quite the taste of a Philly Cheesesteak, but really good! The Sweet Potato fries were done just right and were perfectly salted. If there was something that could be improved, the portion size of the fries could be a little bigger. Overall, nice job Smashburger!

Definitely a fan! Smashburger is very similar to 5 guys and Elevation burger as far as ordering goes...stand in a cow chute and wait your turn to place your order. Order placed? Have a seat and wait for them to call your name (dine in or out), they will bring your order to you. They literally SMASH their burgers flat on the grill...this is similar to the original Charlie's in Folsom, PA where they use the greasy spatula and press down on the burger before they serve it to incorporate the grease and cheese into a delicious concoction. Smashburger actually has a video on their menu board showing how they use a press to SMASH the burger. From what I read...they SMASH the chicken too, but I haven't seen a video on how that is done yet! They have a variety of burgers on the menu but my favorite is always "create your own". Check them out and see what you think! One thing made me very happy about Smashburger, aside from the burger itself which I liked very much. Like much of the competition Smashburger offers a large and regular burger...Unlike the competition, they don't just make a large by putting 2 patties on a bun, you actually get a single BIGGER burger when you order a large. They do not ask you how you want it done, they just cook it. I did have a vague suggestion of pink in my burger...Not sure if that is standard, but if you want it well, I'd ask for it. Also got some french fries...I like the skinny fries myself, which is what they serve here...they have 3 varieties...2 are regular potatoes, and one is sweet potatoe...altho I'm not a "fry guy", I did order them to test them out and both me and the squeeze enjoyed them! The shakes are real milk shakes made from Haagen Dazs Ice cream. Currently the price is 4.29 for about 15 oz of shake(at least in my to go cup). They top it off with whipped cream to "fill the cup". Personally, for 4.29 I want the big silver cup full of shake, not 15 oz of it...It was very good, just small for the price and was almost gone before I got home with the food! Another plus for Smashburger...the family sitting next to me ordered some delicious looking salads in nice large bowls...Everything looked very fresh and it appeared they were very happy with them. Not a lot of salad options at the burger joints so this is a big plus! Staff was very friendly...Overall I was very pleased to have another burger option in the area, I'd rather Smashburger than Elevation or 5 Guys anyday. Welcome to the Main Line Smashburger!

We were so excited to go here since we moved from San Diego. My husband's food and 2 children's food came. I waited for my order almost 10 minutes after they got their food. When I did get my order my food was cold and the fried pickles were bread and butter pickles and not dill. I was so disappointed.

I went to Smashburger today for the first time and I loved it. The burger was great, better than five guys. And the onion rings with that sauce were very good too. I had a bacon cheeseburger and the flavor was outstanding. It had a smokey, steakhouse flavor. Didn't even need the bacon but it was very good bacon. The bun was fresh and not oversized which I appreciate. The onion rings were thin style. They had good onion flavor so I didn't just taste the fried coating. The horseradish mayo type dipping sauce was great. That kind of sauce is always great. I will pick smash burger anytime I want a burger

I just finished my first ever Smashburger. It was delicious. I made my own and it was a whopper! Well, not that kind of whopper. It was much better. I created my own and had the following on it... Beef Patty, American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Fried Egg, Bacon, Fresh Jalapeños, Grilled Onions, and Ketchup. Then I also nabbed a fry. The burger was very delicious and filling. The prices seemed pretty much what you'd expect from a place like this and I felt like the food/price value ratio was spot on. My group was myself and two others and for under thirty bucks we all nabbed burgers that didn't skimp on toppings as well as fries. No drinks however. The fries were thin shoestrings and also pretty good. There was no wait to be had and we actually ordered take out so I have no opinion on the inside seating except that I could see the staff actively working to keep it constantly clean and pleasant. I'd eat here again if I wasn't just passing through town. I believe there's at least one of these back in my home state and I hope to find it. It reminded me a lot of Five Guys Burger's and Fries, which is also good, but the thing that really made me happy with this establishment was the ability to add fresh jalapenos. I always get fresh when I have the option as I prefer them over pickled. Eat here. Trust me. Smash that burger into your belly!

Dropped in here yesterday to grab lunch with my son. It was lunch time, very busy. High noise level. A little worried that there may not be seating available for us. Simple menu... burger and fries mostly, in big or regular sizes. Chicken option. Fries are of the "shoestring" variety, seasoned with rosemary. Very good. Burger comes with lettuce, pickles and onion. I would say this was okay but not really much better than Five Guys.

The Classic is probably my favorite. It's your basic cheeseburger with American, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and Smash Sauce (mayo, mustard and relish). It was cooked to perfection, a beautiful medium rare with a hard sear on the top and bottom. I really liked the simplicity here because the flavors in the well-seasoned beef patty were the most prevalent. Not too greasy, not too dry. It was perfect. That said, the BBQ bacon cheddar is not to be missed. It's got their haystack onion rings on top and is a flavor explosion! The fries are awesome. Thin, shoestrings that are cooked to perfection. The Smashfries variety has them tossed with rosemary, garlic and olive oil. Simply delicious. They also offer sweet potato fries, another simply delicious item, again, cooked just right. Smashburger is an all around delicious and gourmet alternative to the junk we're so used to eating at the big 3 fast food joints. They don't have a drive-through, so get out of your car and order inside. It won't kill you to take the extra steps, lord knows I needed them.

Came here as a part of their opening with three of my friends. They got the truffle and swiss burger, club burger, and baja burger. I opted for the chicken club sandwich to try something different. Everyone was impressed with their burger. But I was super impressed with my chicken sandwich. They smash their patties thin (hence the name), but they stay super flavorful. We all opted for the Smash fries that are flavored with olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. They're delicious because they're fries but weren't incredibly flavored. I'd love to try their sweet potato and veggie fries. We also tried milkshake flavors, including cookies 'n cream, Butterfinger, and PB&J. I really recommend the latter, which is strawberry milkshake (jelly) with Nutter Butter blended in (PB). The staff was entirely nice, professional, and efficient. Can't wait to come back and try other options.

Let me start off by saying this is the poorest and saddest attempt at being a burger joint and their sign looks to be the same exact font as GameStop (which happened to occupy the space previously). When first walking in you are overwhelmed by the wall "art" and bright red light fixtures. The menu is also very overwhelming but the items sound good. I decided to go with a "southwest" burger which was recommended by one of the employees. We were then told we could sit down. Seating is extremely awkward. Single line of booths in the middle and hight tops on the left and right side. When the food arrived I was pretty disappointed in the pattie itself. 1 single pretty much paper thin burger meat. The bun was weak and the toppings were tasteless. The meat itself was dry and made me ask myself why would a burger joint smash a pattie so it's juiceless. The only good thing that came out of this visit was free milkshakes (meh) which were offered by the manager who was quite and understanding nice when I told him how I felt. Turns out Five Guys is also his favorite burger. Long story short... Stay away from this place unless you want to know what the worst burger in America tastes like.

Smash burger is the place to go if you want to have what I consider my favorite burger, its quite smashing. Bad pun aside the burger is delicious. Before you go to a Smashburger definitely check out the menu online because many have been overwhelmed by the sheer amount of toppings and different ways to customize their burger. Now I am sure you're all wondering what I order. I normally get the big smash on a pretzel bun. Yes a pretzel bun. Imagine a burger between a soft pretzel. Yes heaven is on earth. That is only one of the amenities that makes this burger special. Next I add a plethora of toppings including avocado, a fried egg, tomato, lettuce, pickles, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese. I know this had everyone salivating like one of Pavlov's dogs but WAIT there is more. Finally Smashburger has a delicious Oreo malt. This is one shake where the malt has a commanding flavor that complements the already tasty Oreo shake. To sum it up Smashburger definitely smashes all the competition as well as my taste buds.

1 out of 2 stars for Food 1 out of 1 stars for Service 1 out of 1 stars for Cleanliness 1 out of 1 stars for Atmosphere I was absolutely blown away with the service! This was my first experience with Smashburger and was so impressed with the young man at the register. I wish I had gotten his name. He was smiling, friendly, patient and informative. We ordered a Big Bacon Cheeseburger, a Big BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, regular fries, caramel shake and drinks. Total bill $26. The floor manager John was attentive and friendly. Everyone in the restaurant told us goodbye when we left. I wasn't too impressed with the burgers. The beef had very little flavor, the bacon came in very thin strips and tasted like your every day run of the mill bacon. The bun was good. The burger comes with pickles, onion, ketchup and mustard. Due to the lack of flavor from the beef, I could only taste onion and mustard. I wasn't fond of the fries, I don't like shoestring fries. The salted caramel shake was delicious! The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. Nicer than your average burger joint.

(4.5) ~ Overall Very Good...I'm glad there's finally a Smashburger in the area!:) * Smashburgers are REALLY Juicy(which I believe most of the flavor comes from:) You can choose from a lot of toppings, like a Fried Egg; Avocado; Grilled Onions; Grilled Mushrooms. etc., the type of Cheese you want & even the Roll(i.e, Egg Roll; Pretzel Roll; Onion Roll, etc.) They have Very Good Shakes & Malts too!:) * My suggestion when ordering is to "Create Your Own Burger"...I usually get the Big Smash on a Pretzel Roll, with American Cheese; Fried Egg; Grilled Onions; Grilled Mushrooms; Avocado; Tomato & Yellow Mustard(table) and a Oreo Shake w. MALT added:) * I did try the "Philly Burger" too, BUT it had too much Cheese Whiz and fell apart... **You can order it as a "Lettuce Wrap" and they'll serve it on a plate with a knife & fork;) I tried it this way with a Fried Egg, Avocado, Sauteed Mushrooms, Grilled Onions & Tomatoes. OTHER STUFF: * Baja Crispy Chicken = (3.5) good, but small... * Buffalo Fries w. Ranch dipping sauce = (3.5) good, but wanted more Buffalo seasoning... NOTE: You order at the counter & get a number card. Then they'll bring you the food. Afterwards they clean off the table when you leave. And yes, they take Credit Cards & do Take-out too;-)

Smashburger is by far one of my favorite food finds. Their burgers are very juicy and flavorful, but their sweet potato fries are my weakness, not to mention their milkshakes are very very good. As important as the taste of the food is, service is equally as important and Smashburger nails it every time with their friendly and welcoming staff. They always make me feel welcome and always smile. Would highly recommend this place.

On point! This was my first time at smash burger and the staff was great. They remembered my name asked me how my meal was and gave me a to go cup before I left. I really liked the honest tea too. Great atmosphere. Eat here! The avocado grilled chicken sandwich was great!

This place is awesome! I work in the corporate park across this street which is seriously lacking in close lunch options thank you smash burger for opening up so close to my office!!! I'm a big fan of five guys but I like the options that you can get at smash The bacon cheeseburger was awesome the patty was well seasoned fresh and well cooked still juicy not over done but nice sear on the outside Love the topping options and I love how nicely its presented it actually looks like the pictures I like skinny fries so I really like both the sweet potato and rosemary fries and really want to get the onion rings next I also had the grilled chicken club and it was awesome You can really tell they serve fresh quality meat and if u check out their calorie counts they are really reasonable like you can get a regular size burger or chicken sanwhich for 5-700 calories not 1500 like some fast food chains Also they have great looking salads I want to try and my friend said that the veggie burger was really good too. So I just like the fact that there is something for everyone and you can be healthy if you want or go all out if you want to as well! Lastly the service is the best I've ever experienced at a burger place everyone there is really nice and takes pride in their work and its appreciated!

The burgers here are very good and I love the fact that you can pick your roll, too (egg, multi-grain, white, pretzel...even just lettuce!). I highly recommend the truffled mushroom on an egg roll with an addition of grilled onions or the avocado club. The sweet potatoes fries were nice and crispy, and the seasoned rosemary and garlic fries were a nice change from the standard variety. It's very Five Guys-ish but with more options and thinner, "smashed" patties. Overall, a good lunch pick. Oh, and definitely try the Haagen Das Nutter Butter shake too! It's delish!

If you are looking for a good to great burger, you're looking at the right place. We all have our favorites and styles of burgers but regardless, once you get your hands on one... this place can deliver a solid burger, hands down! And not only that, this location offers fantastic service. You order, sit at your table, they bring you your order. Then all you have left to do is enjoy your burger, thinking "maybe I should get another one?" or "why did I not get the milkshake?!" or "What should I try next time?" The staff is impeccable and quick to clean the tables so there is usually a good number of seats and tables free. They are friendly and welcoming. And did I say the burgers are good? Really. It's really good. You owe it to yourself to try it.

Went there today for the first time. The ambience reminds me of Chipotle, meaning there is a line that you stand in for a minute or ten. The staff is friendly and it is clean. What I did not like was the quasi restaurant/take out style joint. I waited almost 15 minutes for my take out burger, fries and salad. I'm all for freshly made food, but I would order ahead if I were to return. I got the classic burger and it was fine, a bit greasy. The shoestring fries were meagre and cold. The cobb salad was atrocious because it was comprised of ungroomed spring mix and very little ingredients. I will patronize Five Guys because their burgers and fries are better and more worth the wait.

My girlfriend and I decided to go here tonight for the first time. The Spicy Baja burger was great. Jalapenos were fresh, but the guacamole was just so-so. The meat had good flavor and it was cooked just how I like it. The Smashfries were awesome. Shoestring style and seasoned with rosemary. Definitely some of the best fries I have tried from a fast food joint. Although... I don't know if I would call this FAST food... After ordering we seemed to wait longer than expected (and they weren't busy). However,t their computer systems were down which seemed to be creating some turmoil and slow things down. The level of service we received was superior to most and is definitely a reason I will be back here. A couple of shutouts: Milan took our order. She was very sweet and even laughed at my terrible jokes. Explained the menu and made placing our order easy. Great smile. Jackie brought us our food and checked on us a couple of times throughout our meal. She was always seen with a smile and was very pleasant. The manager, John, came up to us after we were finished and made sure everything was satisfactory, which is something you usually don't find at chains like this. My main complaint here is the level of professionalism exuded by the manager on duty, John. While we were sitting, waiting for our food we could see him yelling at employees, making comments like "I'm not a mind reader! I don't know when you have new orders placed!" I assume the trouble was being caused because the computer systems were down and all of the orders had to be hand written and passed along, but that isn't an excuse for disrespecting your employees. Thankfully, the girls kept smiling and it didn't impede on the service they gave us. My message to John is that you might want to work on your communication skills. We will be back for the delicious burgers, but I hope to not see a manager making such a ridiculous outburst like what we experienced tonight.

I have been twice for both dine in and take out... FOOD: 1. Truffle mushroom burger was thin, juicy and had great flavor. The swiss and truffle oil were both present, but not overpowering. 2. Baja Burger: good flavor, cooked properly, nice change of pace from a standard burger, but not anything to rave about. 1. Smash Fries: a little too much Rosemary for my taste, as it was overpowering. They were also shoestring fries, so if you are like me and prefer a thicker cut... well, you know how it's hard to go from thick to thin.. (insert Michael Scott quote here) 2. Regular Fries: salt and pepper with a little potato flavor (yeah, I am still stuck on the morfe flavorful thick cut fries) 3. Milkshakes: Bonus points for the black and white shake. Not a full point, though. EXPERIENCE: Day One: (eat in) incredible management presence. Very friendly staff. Clean, well decorated, and fairly fast service. Day Eight: (take out) I arrive at 1:15, thinking I would beat the rush. Hardly a line to get through the cashiers, but there are 15 people waiting for takeout. You know it isn't a good sign when disgruntled customers are murmuring to each other about waiting 20-25 minutes for a burger and fries. I would be more understanding of the delay if the restaurant tables weren't 1/3 empty due to the time of day. Coworkers have all experienced similar delays. TAKE OUT: Your burger will be in a clear plastic clamshell case while it is piping hot. It will arrive at your destination having steamed in said case for the length of your commute. What that means, is that the bun will have turned to mush, you can't put it down without it falling apart, and you will experience a sadness while trying to enjoy your meal. I don't want sad burgers. I want to celebrate my gluttony, and mourn afterwards while on the scale! I hope they change their to-go containers.

I don't understand the hype about Smash Burger. I went there and found the employees to be rude. The girl ringing out the order seemed to have some private joke about me that I couldn't figure out. After the experience with unprofessional staff I was given my meal to go. When I was half way home I noticed how my fries weren't even put in the bag. . I didn't want to have to go back or deal with the staff again so I went to Wendy's to get fries. I got a burger that was way over priced and nothing special. The fries are over priced and you don't get enough.Five Guys blows them away any day. I will never go there again. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before people in the area start to see that this place is not what it is trying to make itself out to be.

Acceptable if there isn't a Five Guys around (but there is, right down the street). I appreciate that all the ingredients taste fresh, even down to the jalapenos, but the burger itself was just okay, not seasoned and bland. The fries were also fresh and well cooked. I was intrigued by the veggie frites and ordered it to taste, but don't understand why you would put raw veggies into hot oil and call them fried. Technically, yes, they are fried, but to taste good, they should be blanched first and battered. I won't order them again - only the thinnest carrots were done and the green beans were greasy. The onion rings were very tasty and crispy, but again, soaked in grease - maybe they should consider turning up the temp on the oil. Now to personal pet peeves. I cannot stand a counter service restaurant that expects me to also tip the people they have working on the floor. First of all, I paid with a card and I rarely carry cash. Second of all, you aren't doing anything beyond what they do at Panera Bread,.

I for one love a good burger. Being a "ghetto gourmet" myself, I strolled into SmashBurger in Radnor. Clean and fine young woman took my order. I got the classic, cheeseburger and fries. It was crazy on point! Loved it!

The service is great. It's more then you would expect at a small burger place. The burgers are awesome. I got the BBQ bacon and cheddar burger which was even better then expected. This place is worth a stop if your in the mood for a burger. Blows five guys away.

I'm a fan of Smashburger. I went to a few out west in Colorado. The food quality is high and the burgers are a lot better than say ultra greasy Five guys. The fries are good not great, but they make up for it by also having sweet potato fries. This location is relatively new, and it seems like they are still working out the kinks. It took 17 minutes from the time I placed my order to actually receive it and they were not ultra busy by any means. I will update my review the next time I swing by; hopefully they improved by then.

Went here tonight for the first time after seeing them on a Travel Channel Food Paradise show over the weekend. They have several secret side items that you can order that aren't on the website or restaurant menu. You can order fried pickles, fried jalapenos, or fried banana peppers as a side for your burger. Frustrating that they don't advertise these items as they were all great. I ordered the Spicy Jalapeno Baja chicken sandwich - fresh jalapenos, pepper jack cheese, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, red onion on a chipotle bun. It was great. The chicken was pounded out thin so it had a nice char on it while still being very juicy. I ordered the fried pickles as a side order as well as the fried jalapenos. Both side orders were very good. The pickles still had a nice bite to them despite being fried. My wife had the smash fries as a side order as well. They were just ok. Not sure I would order them again. They are regular shoe string fries with italian olive oil, rosemary, and garlic. I only tasted a faint trace of rosemary. Good but not great. There are tons of options there - they have about 10 different menu options but they have tons of toppings that can be mixed/matched for a create your own burger. Any sandwich is available in beef, grilled or fried chicken. I really enjoyed it.

Decided to go to SmashBurger on a Saturday afternoon with a few friends when the place was about half full. Everything was your ordinary 5Guys, Jakes Wayback Burger, type feel until the point where you sit down and your food is presented to you. From this point on your in a heaven of uniquely seasoned Fries and a burger that is well above average. The drinks are standard fare fountain drinks but my friend that ordered a milkshake said it was rather good and the offered a unique mix. I will certainly be dining at SmashBurger again.

Solid burger, but nothing special. The service was the best part - very friendly and fast. I had the Jalapeno Baja Burger and found that it was moist, but the flavors were only average. The bun, which has like three adjectives describing it, was kind of boring. The "SmashFries" were a let down - very thin and only a hint of rosemary with no garlic. If you are hankering for a burger and SmashBurger is your closest option, then you'll be satiated at a reasonable price. However, I think you'll find better flavor elsewhere.

I was VERY impressed by this place. The burger was juicy, nice soft bun, great topping options. I esp enjoyed the fresh jalapenos. The smashfries were crispy with nice seasoning of rosemary. And the service was beyond what one could expect. They were very attentive and aware of possible needs. Definitely recommend.

One of the best burgers in town! We tried their Spicy Baja. My husband had it with a burger and I opted for grill chicken. Everything from the bun to veggies and meat was so fresh even the guacamole. The meat was grilled and cooked perfectly. We had smash fries and a chocolate banana shake with our meal. Everything was perfect! Great value for your money. I would definitely go back

One of the greasiest burgers I have ever had. I had a regular burger with bbq sauce, bacon, and onion straws. When the burger arrived it looked like the cheese was sweating. Upon eating the burger I had to constantly free my hands of the grease. The staff was very friendly but in comparison to Five Guys the ground beef was subpar and way too greasy.

I've only eaten here once, but I will definitely be back. I had the BBQ/Cheddar/Bacon burger and it was great. The staff was friendly and the service was awesome. I can't wait to return and try some different things on the menu.

I went on opening day to Smashburger. I thought the burger was delicious and you get a choice of bun-I chose the egg. I also loved the sweet potato fries, but the regular fries sprinkled with rosemary were terrible. They were skinny, little tasteless fries. Reminded me of the wimpy fries at Freddie's. There were milkshakes but no ice cream-I don't understand that. I don't particularly like shakes but I do enjoy an ice cream sundae. I guess if I want burgers and ice cream, I will have to wait for Shake Shack to come to KOP. On a positive note, the managers and workers were very friendly. They seem to understand that there is competition and want you to have a good experience. I was told there is a secret menu with fried pickles-I don't like pickles, but if you do ask for them.

Their smash fries were just okay. But their chicken truffle sandwich was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. Will be back for sure.

There is much better around. The hamburger meat quality is on par with supermarket ground beef. The fries can be be decent but mine were over salted. I don't get all the talk about this place. Five Guys is better and that's not saying much.

I went there for my first time today and I have to say, it was pretty good. It was a great burger and the fries were amazing. The staff was extremely great and the atmosphere was very clean. The salad there was also outstanding. The only thing I would say is that you should watch your calories when you order. I was not this smart and I probably racked up over 1.5 thousand calories in one meal. But, other than that it is fantastic. Great place.

Great food. The atmosphere is upscale for a burger joint. Customer service is above and beyond. The smash fries are delicious but I think the sweet potato fries take the win.

Good burger and fries. Friendly staff. However, we waited 38 minutes from when we ordered to get our food.
