Best pizza that has ever graced my taste buds. The grandma pizza is to die for. I love family run businesses and this is one of my favorite by far. What the hell are you waiting for? And make sure you tip your waitresses!

Stopped here for lunch and it was my first time there. I had the buffalo chicken cheesesteak and it was great! The wait staff was very nice and attentive. The man who I figured was the owner made conversation with me as I paid for my food and asked if it was my first time in. I told him I would definitely be back!

Food is ok... tastes like its reheated most the time... stay with the pizza slices in the window... waitstaff is usually the owners kids... and they are like 10... cute... but it makes you feel ackward . Menu items are not the tastiest but its fast.

Looking for some good pizza, a wrap, hoogie? Look no further. I have yet to get an order that I did not like from Napoli. Living and working close by, this is often a lunch or dinner order. I never eat in, so I can not comment to an in-restaurant dining experience, but the take out is top notch. If you order around noon you will find that out for yourself. This place is packed, and for good reason. I do recommend putting your punch order in a little early due to the volume of business they do. But don't let them being busy put you off. They do not cut corners to get the food out, and the wait is worth it. I don't need to write a flowery review to get my point across here. There is no need, the food speaks for itself. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

After getting the grandma pizza about 7 million times, we decided to try something new from Napolis. We got some stuffed shells and garlic bites. They were excellent! The garlic bites were the tastiest I've had around here! This is our new regular Italian place and not just for pizza anymore!

The Grandma Pizza. Nothing else around quite compares to it. I have seen other reviews stating the service is horrible, I cannot say that I have ever had bad service nor a attitude problem there. My take on the place is that they are hard working people and probably get burned out at times. I have worked in the food service industry and know how hard it can be. The food is always fresh and you can tell that they use quality ingredients. I asked for a doggy bag and they even lined the container with food service paper. Thank you, Napoli's for taking pride in what you sell.

Napoli Pizza is my "go-to" place for pizza, and classic Italian Dinners. Fresh ingredients, expertly prepared by Antonio & Tiffany, the owners. The Grandma Pizza(special sauce, oregano, mozzarella, & light garlic) is my favorite. Fresh dough and ingredients make this pizza outstanding. The over stuffed Calzone's and Stromboli's are huge and made fresh to order. But, I strongly recommend trying one of the classic Italian Dinners. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are huge, and the prices are downright cheap. The newly remolded restaurant is beautiful, plus there will be outdoor seating soon. Service is provided by Sofia, Nadia and Maia, the beautiful daughters of the owners. Truly a family operation. gonapolispizza.com

Most awkward experience I've ever had. My first time here. It was about 4:30. I stopped with my daughter to get a pizza. We sat at a table by the window and the waitress left two menus on our table and walked away without saying anything and without taking a drink order. We looked at the menu and waited and waited. There was no one around other than the one other table in the dinning room. After an unusually long wait with no one taking our order, we got up and headed for the door. There was a guy behind the counter, I think making pizza's. He looked up and I waved good-bye. I guess they live by the sign in their dining room: "Dinner Choices, 1 Take It, 2 Leave it. We left it and went to our old stand-by, Romano's in Avoca. Remember, If you don't take care of your customers, someone else will. Too bad, I really wanted to try their pizza.

Horrible. Food is ok but staff not so much. Delivery is horrible, we live close, foods been cold 2 times and it has taken them over an hour multiple times. Only place in town for wings really. Newish to the area, glad ill be moving away from this place soon.

Another great spot for pizza on Main St in Pittston. I have been going here since I was in middle school (so around a decade). My friends and I would end up here every weekend it seemed as we wandered around Pittston looking for something to do...which wasn't much! To be honest, the place was kind of a dump back then, too. They had great food, but I don't think I would have ever eaten there if I wasn't a teenager who didn't care at the time. It was nice that they had the option to sit and eat there if you wanted, but it was definitely more of a pickup/delivery spot. Now, however, they have been completely remodeled and it is much nicer inside! I still feel like the service sucks and would much rather just grab my food and go, but it looks like a whole new restaurant now. The food is still awesome and the owner is still a sarcastic ball buster, which I like.

Nicely remodled place in Pittston. Had the round pizza several times. It's ok. I feel like it's missing something though. Just a little on the bland side. They lose a star on service/friendliness.

Awesome pizza, I can't believe I've been driving past this place for so long not knowing how great their food is. Try the Napoli's Special pizza - amazing... Grilled chicken salad is also very good and large. The interior is adorable as well, modern but with a historic vibe, love the exposed tin ceilngs!

Best pizza in the area and surrounding areas! Grandma pizza is to die for and a must have! Their homemade sauces compliment every meal and this pizzeria brings true Italian food right to your door step. Awesome owners, friendly service and amazing food. Can't ask for much more!

Ordered delivery at 7pm, the guy on the phone said he'd call back with a total. At 8pm I call and ask where my food is and I was assured it was on it's way. At 9pm I call back and they tell me the food was delivered. I assured them it was not. The owner and the delivery person got on the phone... Describing which house they delivered it to ( wasn't even close to what my house looks like) Not once did they offer to rectify the situation or send out another order. They have messed up my orders in the past, but being that they have decent food, I let it go. however, sometimes bad service outweighs good food, I won't be ordering from Napolis again.

I call Napoli's a diamond in the rough. I moved to Pittston 6yrs ago a former NYC transplant from the Poconos. My first week in the neighborhood I decided to try their Pizza, I tell you what, very good & cheaply priced. I would eat here over Revello's in Old Forge any day of the week ;)

Absolutely horrendous service! I walked in with my family (5 of us) and I asked about the different pizza slices. The lady at the counter with glasses ignored me and was staring off in the distance. I asked agin quietly and she interrupted me very meanly told me to wait. Then started to shout at me to get out cause I have the audacity to ask about her pizzas. Turns out she one of the owners. YIKES! Good luck running a restaurant in this economy when you throw out your own guests. Awful service and awful attitude.

Really loved the Grandma Pizza, great suggestion, Yelp! Dined in on a Friday night during Lent, fully expecting it to be annoying, but it was the complete opposite. Plenty of elbow room, fast friendly service from the whole family and an excellent product. Can't wait to return for more of the best pizza around!
