Every time we come here, the servers make an effort to provide you with good service. This past visit, our server gave us wet naps before the service to cleanse our hands-- which is a new thing --but I thought it was nice. The veggie rolls are all delicious, and I sometimes order general tso tofu. It never disappoints. I've noticed some new renovations with a modern lounge area where you walk in. Keep up the good work!

What a great sushi place that no one seems to know about! The sushi was fresh and made on the spot, the staff was friendly and the bento box looked amazing (and my friend loved it)! The prices are very reasonable and I love BYOB places!

Wow, pleasantly surprised. Spicy tuna and shrimp tempura were very good. Service was good. I got the steak bento box. Steak was average. I would return. Menu has a lot of options.

Really enjoyed my dinner at Fuji a few weeks back. My group ordered Steamed Shrimp Shu Mai and Yellowtail Jalapeno as appetizers, both were really tasty and perfectly prepared. We ordered hibachi dinners, as well, and they stack up to any other place in the area. I'm glad there's a great Japanese place so close to home and will certainly be back!

Good Asian cuisine and sushi is fresh and delicious. Another great restaurant in the heart of Pittston. Try the pineapple fried rice.

So I was excited to see a sushi place near my house however after going here I can say it is not that great. Nothing to rave about and the first time I went there they forgot part of my lettuce wrap. The second time I went there the california roll was not fresh and wasnt enough rice on the roll. I would much rather drive to wilkes-barre to eat at Mizu.

It's an interesting restaurant. The food was good, but not consistent with the menu. For example, when ordering hibachi, the menu stated that dinners came with fried rice and (I believe) miso soup. However, I had to ask for miso soup over broth and I'm assuming order fried rice, because my meal came with no such side. The salad was quite tasty, probably the best of the "hibachi" salads in Luzerne County. But who goes for Hibachi food for the salad, right? The sushi was really good. The preparation was great. The flavors were amazing. It was nothing short of awesome. The hibachi flavor was good, but the sauces weren't the best and it's all cooked in the kitchen. Half the fun of a Japanese steakhouse is the show. If you're local and don't want to fight mall or back mountain traffic, I would highly recommend them for sushi. For hibachi, I'd deal with the traffic and go to Asaki in Dallas. My true rating would be a 3.5 stars, so I'll be nice and round up because they were such a nice staff and I really like supporting local businesses. Edit: I've been back several times since. The hibachi thing never happened again. Every time since, I got fried rice and miso was always there. The yellow dragon roll is amazing. I updated my stars because they've earned it. Try the Fuji Special fried rice. Seriously, try it.

Wonderful food. Friendly service. Nice atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable and the serving sizes are perfect. This restaurant is BYOB which we like because it is a lot cheaper to bring your own then it is to purchase off menu. The sushi I had was very good and the vegetable hibachi was delicious. Great sauces and phenomenal ginger dressings. So cool to have a great Japanese restaurant right in here in Pittston!

We went to Fiji today for lunch and were completely satisfied with the service, atmosphere and the food. We ordered rolls and udon, both very good. One particular roll, peppered tuna, was especially amazing. The prices are on par with comparable area sushi restaurants and we'll definitely come here again.
