I had lunch with my daughter today at Pats. I've eaten there before and this was not a good experience at all. I made the mistake of not getting pizza as they do well with that. I ordered buffalo wings and the chicken quesadilla. The wings were baked, not deep fried. But they were under cooked and swimming in grease. About 6 of the wings I bit into, had a very pink center around the bones. And I ordered them hot, but it tasted more like a mild sauce laden with butter. The chicken quesadilla was just nasty. I finished about 10% of the plate and then pushed it away. The chicken tasted like it was boiled in vinegar. The tortillas were overcooked and overloaded with onions, chopped lettuce and celery I think. They serve it with a pre-packaged thing of sour cream that is labeled "real cream". The salsa mix was very dry and almost impossible to dip. My daughter ordered a small ceasar salad that was OK. But she doesn't mind all the bland white lettuce that should have been picked out. And she ordered chicken fingers with cheese fries. The chicken fingers look like they were pulled from a bag of store bought frozen fingers. She ate one of the three fingers and didn't even want to package the rest up to go. And the cheese for the fries is served separate. They serve it in a plastic "to go" cup on the side. And it was clearly poured from a warmed bag of "movie theater" nacho cheese. It was just nasty. I tipped the waitress 20% because she was very attentive and it's just not her fault that the food sucks and the owners don't care. The shame of it is, that Pats is located in one of the most historic buildings in American history. British General Howe had his HQ here during the Revolutionary war and this site represents the farthest western advancement during the Revolutionary war. They have a large sign on the wall acknowledging this, but then they don't live up to significance and serve this crappy food. I feel like as a customer they don't care or assume I'll just eat it because there's not another Italian place nearby. But they are underestimating things, because Phoenixville is one of the most up and coming small cities in Pennsylvania. Bridge Street has become one of the most popular and most developed "main st" experiences in PA. It's just a shame. Come on guys, fix it!!!! I will say, their pizza is good and their cheese steaks are good. But the rest just sucks.

0/5 stars!!! I've never been so disappointed by pizza in my whole life. Tonight was my first time ordering from Pats so I ordered a medium cheese with bacon/pineapple (my favorite) and a 2 liter for $15. When it arrived, it was the size of a small from any other place I've ordered from before. A bit annoyed by that, but still didn't judge yet. For all I knew it would be worth the long wait and money and would end up being delicious. Um, NO. The pizza was hardly warm and the crust taste like it was frozen cardboard thats been re-heated. The cheese was really disgusting, too. Hardly any toppings that I payed extra for. Im looking at it right now (only had it for 15 minutes) and it honestly looks old and not fresh at all. I wouldn't be surprised if I get sick later tonight from the small slice I managed to choke down from being so hungry. Never, EVER again.

Me and my hubby use to enjoy going for dinner here sharing a meal. One night we decided to order takeout was told it would be ready for pickup in 15 mins. We arrived 20 mins later. Sent my daughter pick it up, now mind you this is 9:15 at night. After 10 mins I went in to see what the hold up was. The girl behind the counter stated they had a rush of dinner patrons (not one customer was there nor a dirty table) and stated it was being packed up now. 15 mins later I'm getting more and more infuriated, she says they are cooking the fries now. I lost my cool and asked which one is it? It's being packaged up now or the fries are being cooked. It's been an hour at this time and this lil bitty server comes out yelling do you want it or not it's done. I had already paid for it with my card so of coarse I wanted it. But her flippy tone and their nonchalant attitude made me never come back. I would of appreciated honesty that they forgot to make it than to be told lie upon lie. Will never eat there again.

Went here the other week this place is a joke. How are they still in business? The pizza taste like rubber and the sauce has some weird bitter vinegar taste. The chicken fingers are gross and hard as a rock. Probably sitting out all day. Management is a joke they don't care about the place or customers.

You always take a gamble when trying new places, and this was a bust! We ordered delivery through their website - the well done fries were soggy, the Medium pizza was more like an extra small (seriously, only 6 slices and they are super small), the cold hoagie was warm when it got here and also much smaller than I'd expect a regular hoagie to be, the only good part of the meal was the chicken fingers - except they forgot the ranch. Maybe they should spend less money putting their logo on every box and invest it into the food. Such a disappointment!

The food is good but delivery is horrible. They have a hard time getting the delivery orders correct and take forever to bring the correct item(s). Such a shame.

We have been to Pats about 10 times since it has opened. The first few experiences were solid. Good, not great food and good service. Unfortunately, things have seriously changed. The service is borderline bad and the disrespect in which the management team treats customers is downright ridiculous. One case in point: we went last night to eat and to use our Living Social voucher. Food was ordered and we go to pay and are told by the manager that we have used our voucher. When protested, the manager said :"it doesnt matter what you say, we have it written here that you used your voucher". Again, when protested and further investigation was done, it was found that we were correct. Did the manager come out to apologize? No, she sent one of her underlings out. Needless to say, i am DONE with Pats. Hasta lavista baby.

This is, hands down, the worst pizza I've ever had. Pizza is my favorite food and I didn't even finish the two pieces I got. It reminded me of school lunch pizza. My date got a cheesesteak and didn't like it either. We only went once but that was bad enough not to try it again.

I tried Pat's Pizza here in Phoenixville, PA for the first time last night. No need to get long winded. This is the WORST pizza I have ever had. I have had better food in a hospital. They won't be seeing me again. They weren't even worth one star. It would be nice if Phoenixville had a descent pizza place. If you want really great pizza, go to Alfred's Tomato Pie in Blackwood, NJ. Well worth the ride.

Never ate in at the restaurant but order take out and delivery all the time. Delivery is always on time. The pizza is pretty good for the price. The always have coupons in mailers and you can also order online which is nice.

Consider this a warning. I had food poisoning and was sick for 24 hours after eating a chicken sandwich from this place. They shouldn't even be in business.

I noticed that Pat's has 2 listings here on yelp. So I just wanted to make sure readers see my review for this place and why I only review it one star. Check the listing Pat's Pizzeria (which is a different listing for the same place) for my original review.

Pats has good intentions, the food is like your average pizza cheesesteak joint. But the service is very confused. You place your order at the counter and are given a numbered card to place on your table. You fill your own beverage glass like you are at Mickey D's, and wait and wait and wait for someone to bring your meal to the table. This is usually a vapid, brain dead teenage girl who drops your sandwich off at the table and promptly disappears without offering refills or asking if you need anything. As far as she is concerned, your hair could be on fire and she wouldn't ask if you needed water. Of course they don't call it waitress service so I guess I shouldn't have expected too much. If you are in Phoenixville and want a cheese steak or a pizza stick with Liberty Square, the food is better and there are no pretentions or delusions.
