Stopped in here over lunch one weekday with some coworkers and surprised to find it closed. There was a sign on their door with their winter hours and they weren't opening until 2pm that day. Kind of odd opening after lunch, but what made it worse is that the hours listed on their web site indicated that they would be open. Since this isn't the easiest place for me to get to from work dealing with 252 traffic and that parking here is an even bigger pain in the a**, I left ticked off and ended up at Whirled Peace. I happened to be back in the area over the weekend with by kids and thought I would give it a try again. I called first to see if they were open and no answer. After my last visit, I took a picture of the sign on their door showing their hours, and they should have been opened. Since it wasn't far out of way, I stopped by and fortunately they were open. The place was empty other than a couple of teenage kids running the store, but they were nice enough and asked if we wanted any free samples. They have 14 flavors to choose from and 50 or so of the usual toppings from nuts, candy, cereal, fruit, syrups, etc. The froyo itself was fine. There is seating for 12 or so inside and there is some outside seating during warmer months. They have a sign saying they also have coffee and hot chocolate, but the only thing I saw was a Keurig machine, so I'm thinking you are paying for a k-cup to get your coffee or hot chocolate. They do offer free water that is self-service. Given the other froyo locations in the nearby vicinity and the difficult locations this one is at, I'll be surprised if they make it.

Neat idea for a desert store but a bad location and short hours. There is no good parking when I went there, I guess it would be OK if you could walk there.

Solid froyo place in Philly suburbs. The flavors were spot on, but each item was super sugary, or this would have received better marks. I would definitely go back on a warm summer day-- a fall grand opening seems a little late.

cute little place. i live right around the corner so super convenient for me! I've only been there 3x since it opened this past September. I was amazed at all the flavor choices they have available like Red Velvet Cake, Cinnamon Bun, Pumpkin, and more. I always stick to the fruity flavors though like Mango or Strawberry. The clerks are always asking if you want to try a sample of anything so take advantage of that. I wish there was more of a healthy topping selection but the sweet toppings are a surplus! Be careful spinning those wheels to open up the dispenser, it comes out quickly! They now have a beverage fridge and more seating inside. Though their hours are a bit strange, it's best to check their facebook page first before heading out. Definitely worth checking out if you're a fan of fro-yo.

I'm going to guess that it is probably not terribly fair of me to judge this place based on their cold month offerings. A group of us from work had a hankering for frozen yogurt, and we decided to give it a try in late November. I'm guessing a few more flavors would be available in summer. But overall, they had some good things going for them. I liked the snickerdoodle flavored yogurt. I was a little let down that the topping dispensers, especially the graham cracker, animal cracker, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch dispensers were difficult to operate and didn't really crumble the topping very well or dispense it smoothly at all. It was actually a struggle. I eventually gave up. They do need to work on that. They offer free water cups, which is a plus in my book. This already puts them above Whirled Peace in my book. I'd probably go to Kiwi in Wayne above all of the local frozen yogurt place. But Twisted Mango will suit your froyo craving just fine.

This is a great little yogurt shop across from the Paoli train station. The place is spotless and there are so many toppings to choose from. The soft serve ice cream is my personal fave- very fresh & creamy. For the people complaining about parking: there is parking directly behind the shop in the library/bank parking area. I like to support local business also & this place is even better than kiwi.

Get rid of self serve yogurt places!! I actually love this yogurt, particularly the country vanilla. It reminds me of TCBY which I dearly miss. I just don't get the wave of self serve. What are you paying your workers to do? In twisted mango they just sit there on their phone or watch tv. To boot, no one pays attention to the little kids touching the yogurt noZzles and toppings! Gross!! I'm surprised they've stayed afloat so long. And the prices are absurd!

This is a do-it-yourself self-serve froyo place in the burbs. They have a descent variety of tasty offerings. They have a lot of toppings available, heath bars, gummy bears, etc you can really go crazy with. However, there's nothing that makes this place really stand out. The inside looks very sterile. Good place to stop on the way somewhere. Or not. Its good, just not anything special.

Self-serve frozen yogurt establishments have been becoming popular of late, and this is the third one that has started in the last six months around my neighborhood. What makes this one great for me is that it's the closest one to my house. The name is catchy (and, yes, they have a great mango flavored yogurt), and the store is well decorated/equipped. (I especially liked the yellow, mango-like ottomans.) It's located on the southeast corner of the Lancaster Ave and Valley Rd, across the street from the Paoli train station. It is a welcome addition to a Paoli "downtown" area, which had many stores close in recent years. There is a parking lot available to use near by, so parking will not be a problem in this busy intersection. They had some interesting and original flavors like "sea salt and pretezels," but I'm sticking to the twisted mango. :-)
