Actually tried this place out. Sandwich was ok. Seems like a popular spot during lunch for the local office workers.

Our Deli has been a staple in my life for over 30 years. As a kid, it was always a treat to see how they'd dress up the cow for different holidays. Great hoagies, cheesesteaks, burgers...heck, it's always good. My go to order? Chicken salad hoagie with pickles. I'm drooling just thinking about it. It's nice to see a local business strive in a sea of corporate chains. Keep it up!

Never had a meal here that wasn't real good. Excellent hoagies and steaks, little bit pricey, hoagies are $8.50, but worth a little more for exceptional food. PS-parking was ample.

This is my favorite place back home! They have Boars Head meats and they make an incredible hogie. They also have one of the best breakfast in the entire area!

This is the best diner for miles. The staff are pleasant, and the food is good. The decor is dated but charming. There is extra parking out back. Look for the big cow statue! Everything is homemade. Can't go wrong.

I can not say anything bad about this place. The food is good and the staff is friendly. I come hear every Saturday with friends and have a Ruben that I highly recommend.

BEST BURGER in town! Hands down delicious. Their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic as well and the old bay fries are a great addition!

My friend frequents here and asked me to join him for brunch. I wasn't prepared for how big a fan favorite this deli was because it is loud with many people who are obviously regulars here. I still didn't think much when I ordered the corn beef hash but I was mistaken. It was amazing. And very tasty that my mouth literally started watering when I saw them bring it in. Everything was made to perfection. Their prices are on the higher end though. I mean who charges $2 for a soda in a deli?! They lose a star for that, but otherwise a solid breakfast here.

So tonight I was craving a hoagie. Checked yelp and eventually ended up on google under the search "best hoagies in Chester county". There was a best of philly article from philly.com . Being from Phoenixville, Our Deli was the closest location to me that was mentioned in the article. I later found out that they were mentioned for good reason. I got an Italian Hoagie and I must say, as a hoagie fanatic, I was more than impressed. Everything just tasted fresh. It wasn't the best hoagie I've had in Chester county (Just Moms in Honey Brook hands down), but, I think Our Deli is officially my #2. Which is saying a lot. So, my tip to all you other hoagie lovers out there; Our Deli was possibly the best choice I could have made. 5/5

3.5 stars tops for this Old-School Deli/Buthcer Shop (although there was nothing going on at the back counter on the Monday that I ate lunch there - butcher hsop part was dead). Very friendly service - although they get crazy-buys for lunch. Breakfast is served all day but dinner items are only after 5. It was LOUD in there. I had a patty melt (no grilled onions?? You'd have to ask I think) with Cheddar Cheese instead of American. Cooked to order and nicely done. A 20 oz. bottle of Diet Coke (which is what was plunked down in front of me when I ordered a diet coke) and a glass of ice along side ran $1.99. You pay at the front counter. Not a bad place - but not a holy grail either. I'll be back. I wish that butcher shop seemed better - I love to support REAL butchers. There are so few of them left.

Two trips to this fine deli / butcher now for lunch. Both times, great prompt service and terrific home cooking. First time around got the meatloaf special, and the second time a cheesesteak. Really delicious and well prepared. The owner, you'll know who he is, makes you feel like you've know him for 20 years as he greets you.

Average sized sandwiches with above average pricing. I enjoy the Italian wedding soup and instruct the waitress to dig deep for the meatballs.

This place is supposed to be known for sandwiches. I stopped in at lunch and got a corned beef special and it was awful. I will not be going back.

I wish I could have something nice to say about Our Deli but unfortunately I cannot. My most recent visit was for lunch with my two children. Paid $38.00 for a Grilled Chicken Wrap, Omelet and chicken salad sandwich -I will not be returning. The food is just average, nothing special to require those prices. The customer service was terrible. Being a business owner on Lancaster Ave I can assure you that customer service is the responsibility of the owner. How your employees treat the guest is a direct reflection on your business. I would recommend you consider a course in customer service.

I used to come here for lunch more often. Only reason I stopped was because I always thought this place was a bit too pricey for what you get at lunch. Good food and good service, yes. I just found some cheaper options. I found the solution. Come here for dinner and the prices don't seem so bad. Plus you can get a pretty good omelette for dinner if you are so inclined. It was very well made with a good amount of ham and cheese. Yes, I was so inclined. I even got a bowl of soup with it. It's an oddly comforting combo. I would complain that you get an omelette and toast for $6.49 and nothing else. I've seen better prices and I've seen worse. They do nickel and dime you if you want home fries. They nickel and dime you in general. In the past, I've always enjoyed their soup and sandwiches. After the most recent visit, it's good to know this place is consistent in quality.

Buffalo chicken cheese steak and grilled chicken florentine sandwich....two sides of fries and we were set. Really good sandwiches and crispy fries. Been years since my last visit glad to see they still do a good job.

If you go here often, you will find it to be a place "where everybody knows your name" in addition to having a consistent quality of food--good and service--fast. I always catch a server's eye before sitting down and point to where I want to sit. They bus their tables rapidly and continuously. The menu is somewhat limited, but since it is a deli, you can request and receive any combination of sandwiches. Wishes: more variety in soups, more dinner selections. There is parking in the back of the store and cooperation with the church next door to drive through their parking lot to turn left at a light onto Lancaster. This is a great place for casual business meetings, social calls, or parent visitation nights.

Good solid breakfast. We went here to try something different. I wouldn't say that it knocked our socks off, but it was a good basic breakfast. The staff was very nice and attentive. Maybe it is because of the simplicity of our meal, but the food came out super fast! I got the corn beef hash, two eggs and hash browns. I was very happy with the corn beef hash, it isn't something you typically see on menus. My finance got Taylor's pork roll, also something you don't often see. It was a nice change from the typical bacon or sausage. The hash browns were really good, no fancy spices, but good strait up potatoes. I was fine with my eggs, but my fiance's over easy eggs were a little too runny for his liking. The egg whites weren't cooked all the way. Overall we agreed we would back when we want a strait forward breakfast, but this isn't the place for you if you want a fancy omelet.

Great food and service make this local spot a gem! I can't say enough how delicious the sandwiches are at Our Deli. Made to order and packed full of tasty fixings!

I went here on a recommendation of friend who had their cheesesteaks. So of course I got the cheesesteaks. They didn't disappoint, very tasty. We went back again last week and I got the cheesesteak again and my husband got the bacon cheese burger. Both were very good. Service was good and very friendly, I will def be going back.

This little place is a delight. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly and the food always is perfection. My Mother and I had breakfast this past Sunday. We both ordered our eggs over easy. She had Canadian Bacon and I had corned beef hash. First, the breakfast potatoes were delicious. They were cut into nice sized cubes and cooked with onions. A nice, hot portion. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the side meats we both ordered were delicious. I've seen Canadian bacon burned beyond recognition but Our Deli cooked it just right. My hash was great. I go to Minelli's a lot and their hash is always burned and dry, but Our Deli makes it perfect. I will be going back again and again. And I have to add, it's really nice not to feel rushed while eating. It's like the staff enjoys you having a nice time and theres no prodding to move you along. I always tip well here...they deserve it.

Simple, uncomplicated, good food. That's how I describe Our Deli. No flash or dash. Sandwiches are excellent. Fries are always crispy and hot. Come here for an affordable lunch. You'll always see someone you know.

This place is DERICIOUS! That means it is way better than delicious. Restaurant, deli and butcher. WOW! Anyway, back to breakfast. The owner greeted us. The BF grew up in the area and he got the special hello. That always makes you feel special. I was sad that I didn't see waffles on the menu since that was the only thing I wanted, but sure enough it was the special and I got my waffles cooked to a perfect golden brown and bacon on the side. Everything comes dry and you can choose your own butter or whipped butter. I loved this. Why don't all places do this? I wish I could have eaten every bite since everything was so good, but I was simply stuffed. The home fries were also unbelievable although I would call them more of a hash. I would highly suggest getting them on the side. The owner was also really sweet and asked if I wanted to take the rest of my neatly eaten food home to go. I like good customer service. Lots of breakfast options and sandwiches. The place is very comfortable. Loved it!

Last time I went, Sausage and Kale soup, grilled turkey and swiss on rye (wirh slaw and russian dressing). My lunch buddy had a chicken steak. Tough to find great deli, fresh bread, quality meats and good cooking like this these days. These guys just do it right, everytime. It makes such a difference when the owners ARE the operators, and they really care about the product they put out.
