There are Chick-Fil-A's all over the country, but none like this one. While the food is consistent among all the other CFA restaurants, the people here make this place shine. The staff makes eating at CFA enjoyable. From the employee greeting you to take your order, to the employee wandering among the tables to refill your drink or take your tray. It's also great to see the owner, Sam, working alongside everyone else. This is a first class operation due to a first class staff!

This is a good fast food place. It's not uncommon to see this place packed but don't worry they move the lines very quickly. Same for drive in. Don't be surprised if the manager comes around and asks if you would like a refill on your drink.

Best fast food around. The food is consistently good. The staff is amazing, including the Operator who can often be found working the register or cleaning up the dining room. I simply don't believe that anyone with reasonable expectations could have a bad experience caused by the staff or food at this location. Also, there are frequent special events for kids worth attending. Compared to the othe fast food in the area (Wendy's, Arby's, Qdoba, Burger King) this CFA is fine dining.

Been years since my initial 5 star review and it's time to reiterate that 5 star rating! Looking at all the 5 star reviews here, I'd say you are safe to skip over the 1 and 2 star ratings. There is no "ick", just eat here quick! I was part of the "Belly" rewards program in 2013, which has now been replaced by the Chick Fil A "A list". The Belly program, if you are not familiar with it, gives you points each time you visit a Belly participating store which you can redeem for merchandise. I went over 100 times in 2013. Kinda scary to think of...and what did I get from it? A Chick Fil A party for 10 guests which included a visit from the Cow! It was a lot of fun and Danny, a manager here, really hooked us up! I will admit I was a bit ashamed when I saw exactly how many times I ate fast food, but at least it was all at Chick Fil A, which is a shining star in the dark night of McDees and the King... IMHO, this is the fast food restaurant that every other fast food restaurant should be modeling themselves from. The location is well kept, well lit, clean, and staffed and run by a great team. This place PACKS during lunch hours but the staff is amazing and really keeps things moving. As I said before, they even send staff into the drive thru lane to take orders from folks in line. They really do things right here! Great management and staff at this location. Fantastic employees, they do a good job hiring these folks. My only complaint is that they say "my pleasure" just too much for it to really be their pleasure! These folks are enthusiastic, even tho many of them are very young, management does a great job vetting these folks out and getting them started in the workforce. Employees make rounds clearing trays and offering to get refills for drinks. They embrace the local community with regular events for families, open mic night, and always seem to have something coming up on their community calendar. Food. It's Chic-Fil-A...It's delicious! It's much more than a "tasteless slab of fried chicken on a bun". Give it a shot and see if you don't agree with the 4 and 5 star ratings for this location.

Step 1- Start with what is probably the best run fast food chain in the country. It's the model that every other fast food joint should aspire to. Step 2- Now add a truly superior manager who gives 110% all the time and instills that same feeling in his employees. What you get is MAGIC! This place is mobbed almost all the time even though it is surrounded by competition. If you crave great chicken fast food it simply doesn't get much better than this. The quality and performance of the employees compared to any other fast food joint is simply amazing. Every time I come here I'm just stunned by how much better they are than the folks at McDs or BK or God forbid Taco Bell. The chicken is OMG juicy and flavorful and never dried out. The fries are always hot and crispy. The portion sizes are great. For $5-$6 you can enjoy a great meal. It's an easy choice, 5 stars!

Five stars for this location easily! Not sure why it took me so long to contribute to the reviews of this place, but better late than never. Everyone at this location is friendly and it's always sincere. Aside from having customer service that would shame some high end Philadelphia restaurants the food here is great. It is delivered efficiently, hot, and cooked properly. I personally am addicted to the spicy chicken sandwich and love to dip my fires in the Chick-fil-A Sauce. I also like that this location has family friendly nights: my favorite is taking my daughter to the annual father daughter date night around Valentine's. My little girl and I look forward to it - probably me more than her she is five and has no sense of time. I also really like their milk shakes and breakfast sandwich selections. Keep up the good work team Chick-fil-A, it isn't going unnoticed or unappreciated!

We like Chick-Fil-A food and this location is a nice Chick-Fil-A. Plenty of seating, free WiFi, and an indoor play area for younger children. The place is clean, service quick and friendly, and I like how someone will come around and ask if they can refill your drinks for you. If your kids don't want the free "toy" in their kids meal (which is often a book or game), then you can turn it in for a free kids ice cream instead!

Among fast-food, this clearly deserves 5 stars. More notably, among chick-fil-a's this one is 5 stars. It's the little things.... the lines move super quickly - they come to your table and offer refills or to take your tray when you're done. They are speedy to wipe down the tables in between customers. And the way they respond to every "Thank you" with a "My pleasure?" If there was an extra star, I'd give it.

this is probably one of the healthiest, cleanest, fast food places on earth! The original chicken sandwich is amazing and that's what we usually order. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. The employees are extra nice, not like the lethargic looking zombies that are typical in the fast food industry. Everyone is anxious to help and with a smile. We love, love LOVE ChickFilet. P.S. How I only have 9 check ins is beyond me. I must be so distracted by the yumminess I forget to check in. I love Chick Fil A, it's an obsession. Honestly, my friends/family will typically buy me gift cards for holidays/birthdays. But I extra love this location. Sam, the owner/manager is always nice and friendly. The staff there have known my daughter since she was in utero. The ones that know her, greet her by name. I love that there are healthy options, I'm on weight watchers people. I like that I don't have to sacrifice flavor. My order is the same every week, number 5, 8 count, sub side salad w/lite italian dressing, and a diet dp. I'm never disappointed and I will continue to go there forever.

Ohh ick! This location is dirty and SUPER sloooooow. If you have all day to wait for your food, come here! Also, if you don't like friendly people, come here. However, if you are coming during a lunch break from work and you don't have all the time in the world, don't come here. I don't mind the screaming kids, the messiness but I can't deal with the messed up orders and how slow it is here. I truly believe fast food should be served in a quick manner. If I had more time I would go to a sit-down place. They always seem to confuse your order here too. I seem to order a meal quite often and I have received the wrong order twice now. I am fed up with coming here out of convenience and I will drive the extra 10 min to the King of Prussia mall location.

Free wifi, great food, very quick service even during lunch hour.... Very clean..manager works with the community to include everyone. Love the waffle fries (excellent amount of salt and nice and fresh). Everything is good on the menu especially the chicken sandwiches or the nuggets. Breakfast is awesome, especially the chicken minis or the chicken biscuit. Cinnamon bun with icing are pretty good. Staff here have always been very polite and very quick even when I customize my order (more pickles, etc). This particular location is great and the manager seems to make the effort to improve the community and even to have family nights, etc. Overall very clean.... Great tasting food for a good price combined with friendly staff and quick service gives this place a 5 and is recommended. As with most Chick-Fil-A's this place can get swamped during the normal rush hours but it is worth it. Plus the free WiFi has decent speeds and is a welcomed addition.
