i had been a regular customer of this establishment for a good two years. i loved their pizza until recently when i've had a couple of terrible orders from them. a couple of months ago i picked up my pizza, took it home, and realized the pizza was inedible. it was hard as a rock, and there was pizza grease soaking the bottom of the box as if it had been sitting for hours. i'd been given an old reheated pizza :-( yuck. in retrospect, the order staff were a little weird when i picked up my pizza. now i know why. i layed off this place for a while then gave them a few other shots since they're located one block from home. the last time i called and they said my order would be done soon b/c "they already had a pizza." i was not asked if this was ok, they just hung up. i hung up and thought "are they pawning off another old pizza on me?" i went and got my pizza, took it home, opened the box and, sure enough, found a burned pizza, box soaked in grease, dough hard as a rock. they sold me another old pizza. sorry guys, you burned yourselves. the first time i figured the order person was making up for a mistake, but the second time i was served by the manager. they know what they're doing. good luck with that folks!

Good neighborhood pizza place. Very good traditional pizza. Hits the spot when I'm craving a good slice. Quiet inside but clean. Great people.

Pretty good pizza cooked just right! Ordering was quick and easy and BAM 15 minutes later were sitting down to some perfectly sauced medium wings and a good slice of pizza. Will be back!

Great pizza great staff. The owner is funny honest hospitable and he always remembers my name and asked how my pregnant wife is or how my health is. He genuinely care about his customers. The food here is amazing. They have never gotten the order wrong EVER when I ordered from here. this place is a staple in the narberth community and it should be in your home.

Negative stars - AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! I've gone for years, but went tonight and discovered that a cup of water from the tap adds $1 to your bill. Looks like they have new, and very unpleasant owners. (Slices are also smaller than they used to be) And they don't tell you there is a charge for water. (I noticed when my friend order a slide...and asked...and they told me it was $1 for the water...isn't charging for water illegal:?!) And they become nasty when you ask for your dollar back. Who charges $1 for a cup of water, and who doesn't have a sign that tells you they charge, and doesn't tell you when they add it to your bill. Negative stars for poor and dishonest business practices and bad customer service. I'll be checking out (the delicious!) Bella Italia, Joes Pizza, and Paolos next time around where they mostly don't charge for a cup, or there is a big sign saying what the charge is.

Wow! Surprisingly good. The extra large is as close as you'll get to New York style pizza around here. Great sauce and good balance of ingredients. At &17.50 for an X-Large...maybe not the biggest bargain in town,...but likely the best pizza joint in the area!

3 1/2 stars. Good quality pizza, decent prices. It's just a pizza place, so it doesn't pull any surprises, but it's consistently tasty and for locals it's conveniently placed on a busy street. Great for all ages, especially youngsters just passing through for a slice.

Good, if some what underwhelming pizza. Don't expect any out there toppings, you'll find the standard pepperoni, mushroom, peppers and onions and the like. The staff is always kind and the restaurant is typically not crowded.

Decent thin crust pizza. Fine if you're nearby. No reason to go out of your way. Been there twice under the new owner. Got my order wrong twice under the new owner. Sorry, two strikes and you're out.

I haven't been to the restaurant in years but decided to stop in a few nights ago for a quick but late dinner. Knowing that it was close to 9pm, I entered and asked what time they were closing. The owner said to come on in and that they would be cleaning up soon for closing but if it didn't bother us then we could order whatever we wanted. Well that is not necessarily true because my friend asked if they could make a calzone and the owner said to try the pizza because it was really good. So we both settled on the pizza. He was kind enough to give us a few extra slices for free because I think he felt pretty bad about the calzone thing. But in the end, the pizza was good, our tummies were full and we off to the next stop right next door...Dairy Queen.

I've been getting pizza from here my whole life, and it only gets better. The pizza is thin crust, and the counter usually slices it into 6 pieces, not 8. The strombolis are delicious, as are the mozzarella sticks. While I never had the pasta, I've been with people who have, and they are always happy with it. The sandwiches are huge. My favorite is the eggplant parm. Plus, the owner is great with kids, and makes sure to stock juice boxes for them.

Best pizza ever! Thin, chewy crust, perfect sauce, never too oily or weirdly spiced. I've been coming here for practically my whole life and it's my favorite pizza on the Main Line or anywhere.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
