I like this Starbucks, except that it is a little less accessible from the north bound lane of 309. That's not there fault, but it's a definite inconvenience and deterrent some of the time when I contemplate stopping for a cup of joe. Nice staff. Good seating. Nice atmosphere.

Funny and somewhat pathetic story. My WiFi in my apartment was out, and I had some work to do on my computer, so I went out looking for a Starbucks with a free table on a Sunday at noon. I live in Willow Grove so I started heading north to avoid city traffic. Stopped by FIVE different Starbucks, with each dining space more packed than the next! Finally, I found this Starbucks. It's hard to get to because of the confusing intersection near the train tracks, but I made it. Dining room was huge, and only about half full. Baristas were super friendly, and for some reason I got my iced coffee for free (maybe because I paid $5.50 for one of those bistro boxes and they felt bad)! Regardless, I am now 15 miles from home, but I have WiFi and I had a great customer experience.

Stopped in last night (walked in did not use drive thru) and the place was empty at 8 PM. I actually thought they were closing, but they were just cleaning. Very nice shift manager and 2 female baristas. Got my kid a Peach Iced Green tea Lemonade and I got a Grande Caramel Macchiatto. Both were just perfect. No issues.

I have yet to learn my lesson. The staff here gets really mad if they make your drink wrong & you ask for them to fix it (today my vanilla latte had no vanilla). I'm not sure if all customers are treated this poorly or if I'm just the lucky one. I've mentioned the poor service & quality to baristas at other local stores & they nod knowingly, as if this location is the dirty secret in the family they don't want anyone to know about. As an ex-barista at Starbucks it super bums me out to think I have to go out of my way to avoid a store for a good latte.

This store has been amazing. Everyone there is so friendly and very knowledgable. The coffee master Chris helped me out, he told me what kind of grind I needed for my k cup filter. He even got me into Verona my new favorite coffee! I never have a bad visit or a bad cup of coffee. I prefer going to this store in particular because of the staff, keep it up Starbucks!

Ok, here it goes. This Starbucks is perched on a portion of 309, just beyond the incredibly fun 5 points intersection making it (due to medians and traffic flow dividers) accessible only when you are traveling southbound on 309 while making it enviably inaccessible when driving north bound (though, you could detour and go to the crowded overstuffed Montgomery Mall location two seconds away or to the 202/welsh road location if you're in need of pick me up but unable to acces this location). The staff does NOT have a high turn over rate, leading to a heightened familiarity and relationship with Baristas. I very rarely have an issue with an order that is placed, even when I do mix it up or if I have a larger order than is usual. The selection of pastries, snacks, Juices and other refreshments is always up to my expectations. VERY rarely are the cases or shelves barren or devoid of goodies. The Baristas are quite helpful, and provide great recommendations based upon your tastes and preferences. They always seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, their coworkers and their interactions with the patrons! I go out of my way to go to ghis location, daily.

This is, by far, the Best Starbucks location out of 5 in my area. It is spacious inside! It is a pleasant environment to meet with clients & friends. The parking lot is ample. The coffee is perfect every time I go here. I wish all of their locations could boast of the same things. When I die I hope to go to a Starbucks Heaven- exactly like this Montgomeryville location! And most importantly- Customer service is top notch here!

The rating is for the establishment, not for the coffee. The best part about this Starbucks is that it's huge and has tons of seating. There is a location besides this one closer to where I live, but I drive the extra mile to be able to get a place to sit. This location was redone in the past year and they installed a bunch of outlets which was much needed (there were only 2 prior to the redo). Very convenient for you to set up shop with your laptop and stay a while. The staff is hit or miss - some of the baristas are extreme friendly and go out of their way to be of service, but others are always grumpy and make you feel like you're an inconvenience. Depending on who is working the staff can get EXTREMELY loud and - as Fiona pointed out - it's almost unruly at times. Free wifi is nice. I wish they had outdoor seating. Oh, bring a jacket! Even in the summer. This place is ALWAYS. FREEZING.

Left here laughing and irritated. Laughing because I couldn't believe how ridiculous the barista that waited on me was. She was so dramatic and inappropriate. Making comments like "I can't take this anymore" loud enough for us to hear. It wasn't even that busy. 3 of us in line inside and a couple cars at drive thru. I needed to order 3 drinks. Got through the first and started the second and she just walked away while I was talking. Didn't say excuse me or anything. Just walked away. I had to repeat my first drink order 3 times and it wasn't complicated. Basic off the menu item. She was just rude and didn't know how to act properly in front of customers. I was a little embarrassed for her.

First, it only applies to drive thru. It took good five minute to prepare my "Iced Grande Americano." When I picked up it, it was room temperature without a single piece of ice. My worst ever experience. I gave two stars only because the place was unusually busy and I felt for the staffs. But still it cannot be an excuse for an iced americano without ice.

Best Starbucks in town!!! I had a great experience tonight. Awesome baristas and pleasant environment. My pumpkin spice latte was perfect. I highly recommend this location. Can't be beat!!!

This is one of about 6 Starbucks locations that fall in my work territory, so I often stop here if I'm in the area and need coffee.I don't usually write reviews on corporate chains because I think they have a fairly good system in place for promoting themselves and that they have SOPs and protocols in place that pretty much guarantee that a latte in Des Moines is the same as in Boston or Mililani or [enter city here] without fail. The only thing I can think to comment on here is: -their bathrooms are always clean -the staff are nice -seating can be tricky -the heating system is on the cool side -the music sucks (I'm not a fan of Starbucks playlists, with the exception of their holiday stuff) - drive thru is convenient but can get backed up at times

They are great! I have been here a handful of times throughout the past year and have thought it was a nice, clean, polite little Starbucks. None the less, my I was quite impressed with my last visit here this past Saturday. I came in here to get a quick smoothie and take a few minutes to relax. I ordered a Strawberry banana smoothie SOY. Thereafter, I proceeded to take a seat and wait for my order, received it, took a few sips and was enjoying my time. A few minutes later the cashier came around realizing it wasn't made soy, offered to remake it and as well was nice enough to offer me a coupon for another drink on the house at a later visit. I thought this was great service given that they realized it was made incorrectly and had the audacity to acknowledge me and make me aware of their mistake. I feel most places would realize they made a mistake and write it off as if it never occurred. Fantastic service, great drinks! Thank you very much.

It's a Starbucks whats not to love. Even my auto spell has it memorized and will correct me if i don't capitalize the "S". this location has fast service and plenty of seating. It even has a drive through window for those on the go. 4 stars because i was terrified of the wasp flying around near my table that day.

I like this location because it has a drive thru. It used to be a bagel shop, but I guess a Starbucks will do. It does have a bunch of comfy chairs inside.

Love this location! The baristas are always up beat and friendly, knowledgeable and faat. They updated the seating and added. Ore tables but took away the comfy arm chairs to relax in.

In my mind, there isn't much bad to say about a place that guarantees getting your drink right, is open a lot of convenient hours, and has a drive through. I'll pay a little extra for quality and correctness. The service at this Starbucks is great, the store is clean, and parking is plentiful. The only downside is that you can only enter approaching the store heading south on Route 309 -- if you're coming from the south you'll probably have to wait through a light at 5 points to find somewhere to make a uey. The drive-in gets a little backed up in the mornings, but you have your choice: take a few minutes to enjoy the what's on NPR while you're waiting for your coffee -- or unsweetened iced tea as my case may be -- or park the car and go in. If you're short on time but not on foot power, head inside and mingle while you order your drink. You won't regret it. They're a friendly bunch!

I'm typing this from this Starbucks on their wifi. Our barista was so nice, she let my friend have the extra from my Vivanno blend. I've been here twice. It's nice and quiet, lots of space and friendly workers. Normally I don't review chains, but I had to make an exception.
