Excellent food n service (Lauren)! The Daddy o's 6 bean chili and the pulled pork quesadilla were outstanding!

The best selection of Gluten-free and vegetarian fare I have ever encountered. Eating out is very difficult for someone who needs both, and the options here are more than a couple of afterthoughts tacked on, it's the whole menu. As a bonus there are often several gf dessert options in addition to a variety of sweet (and savory) crepes! The tea menu is large, I am personally in love with the lavender fog, and the dirty Chai. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the proprietor tea geeks with me whenever I show up.

Have yet to have a bad experience here and live music on Tuesdays is a great addition. Their food has always been fresh and tasty and suitable for both the diet concsious and those looking for a bit more. I'm a personal fan of the curry tuna. Also went here for breakfast for Father's day and had an amazing French toast. The rest of the family also greatly enjoyed their food. I highly recommend this place for those looking for something new and fresh.

I've been there twice for breakfast. First time service was great and the food was amazing. Second time our service was poor, and the food was amazing. It took an hour and 5min for food, but they were training a new chef. So, I completely understand. The problem was that our waitress checked up on us once, and we were her only customer. She was checking the register, and counting money instead of worrying about her customers. I took my entire family, and I'll go again. The food is that good. Next time I'm trying dinner, won't have to worry about service, because its BYOB! If service was better I'd give it 5 Star's.

I love this place. The crepes are delish and the rest of the menu is delightfully unique. If you are looking for no fat, no cals and no carbs look somewhere else. If you are looking for great tasting meals thoughtfully prepared with minimal processing, whole food ingredients and vegan or gluten free options, try Dragonfly. Save room for the home made pastries and desserts made on site - they are not fat free but boy are they fresh and fulfilling - yum! The servers are a nice group, too! Reviews are great, but you've got to try the Dragonfly Cafe and decide for yourself. Don't let the gluten free/vegan friendliness of the place keep you away. The food is GOOD. The atmosphere is casual and there is live music on certain nights. It's a great place to just grab a coffee or cup of tea and catch up with a friend or in my case, your kids. My daughter loved the lemonade with chia seeds, a super healthy treat. Yelp just told me I "wrote the pants off that review," so I will stop now. Check it out!

The Dragonfly Cafe is a newer hot spot in the town of Lititz. While it isn't quite up to par yet, I do see this restaurant posing as a rival for those attracted to The Tomato Pie Cafe further downtown. Hindered perhaps only by its location. This trendy cafe puts forth a nice selection of beverages ranging from the standard to the novelty. Their menu is comprised of an assortment of "healthier" meal selections, but don't turn your nose up. To the Dragonfly, healthy simply means fresh; fresh fruit, fresh meats, and fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed the breakfast I ate here. As stated above everything was fresh and delicious. The environment is appropriately decorated to match their theme; tables topped with artistic designs of dragonflies, wall decors en suite. Most memorable of course, the custom mugs which are appropriately ornate and available for purchase. So, if you like cafes, in particular The Tomato Pie, give this place a try. Its a nice alternative to mix things up. One isn't better than the other, they're complementary in nature.

Great food.....but service is lacking.......we we're sitting at our table a good 20+ minutes before we even were noticed.....we know the service is slow, but we still come back because the food & smoothies are SO good.

Dragonfly Café has a great atmosphere and an awesome menu full of all fresh, made from scratch food with gluten free options all over. Great for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and every occasion. Highly recommend!

Great food and lots of variety. Only complaint: it is very slow. I got the Chicken Quesadillas and a Chocolate Strawberry Crepe. It was mid afternoon, so not a busy time of day, it just didn't seem like a lot of hustle going on.

Had lunch here today. This place has been on my radar for a while and after reviewing their menu online I determined that as a vegetarian I would have some nice options to chose from. Got there around 2:30. It was the end of the lunch rush. My server was attentive and pleasant. I ordered the vegan wrap (hummus, avocado spread, lettuce, tomato and cucumber, if I am recalling correctly, on a spinach tortilla. I ordered a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette and an iced tea. The salad was nice and the wrap was tasty and quite filling. I was disappointed I didn't have room for anything else. People came in and out while I was there. Clientele seemed nice. The only thing that could use a little work is the decor is lacking. Maybe some table clothes or something with more color to take away the shopping center feel. Otherwise, it was clean and a very nice experience. I will certainly go back as I go to Lititz often and was looking for something locally owned and not a chain. Many other options on the menu I would like to try. I hope you will give this local business a try. They have an interesting menu with a little something for diverse tastes.

I think this place is irresponsible in claiming that they are a "healthy" eatery. Many people are trying to lose weight and improve their diets. This place claims to serve healthy food, even saying you should feed it to your family. NEWS FLASH- just because something is organic does nor make it healthy! Some menu items- Pancakes with butter and syrup. This is a high calorie low nutrition carb extravaganza. A meal like this has around 800 calories. They also have French toast. Fried vegetables. Not healthy at all. Macaroni and cheese, heck, you even have the option to add blue cheese or bacon. Burgers. Crepes- all varieties of chocolate, peanut butter etc high calorie monstrosites. So the flour is organic. That makes this healthy?!? I think this place makes it hard for people who want to change their eating habits to make good choices. Don't use "healthy" to unfairly market your store and take advantage of people's ignorance. Edit- your response just emphasizes my point. Once again, don't mislead people by calling your food healthy. Most of it is not. Pure/Organic etc are not synonyms for health. If you did not bill yourself as a health food establishment, I would have no issues.

Outstanding service food and atmosphere. Family friendly and fun. Healthy choices, vegan, gluten, and nut free as well. They really hit it out of the park!

Dragonfly is hands down one of my fave restaurants I do gluten free and Dragonfly offers almost all their menu with gluten free options along with a delicious array of desserts!! Barb is the gracious owner and I will keep coming back because they have so much to enjoy whether you are GF or not! I would give it six stars if I could!!

I love that most everything in this place can be had gluten-free, and I love that their prices are very reasonable. I went there with my husband, who can still eat all the gluten he wants, and for once he got to find out what it's like to have a limited menu to choose from and feel marginalized. (Of course, nothing is stopping him from ordering something gluten-free, but he won't, the big baby!) I found it especially hilarious that the only dessert they had that night that wasn't gluten-free was chocolate lava cake. If you've been dining out gluten-free for long, you'll know that chocolate lava cake is often the only dessert choice available, so it was funny to get to watch him eat it for once, while I chose from a long list of possibilities. If we lived in the area, I'd certainly be back here again, but all I can do is hope that something like this comes to my town one day.

Great atmosphere. Gluten free options galore. They had live music the night we were there. Was a little loud for my in-laws' liking, but the good food made up for it. Good service and lots of tea options. We were traveling through and stumbled in. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be in.

Would highly recommend this place. Reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere. Variety of choices from sandwiches, to salads, to burgers, to a dozen Mac n cheese choices. All natural and Organic, nut free environment. Good portions. Picky eaters and special needs would be accommodated. Many gluten free options. Kids menu. Breakfast till 11am. Dessert crepes all day. Lauren was a great server. Place is upbeat. Great coffee and smoothies.

This cafe has great food and a lot of options! Their baked goods are made in-house and are amazing! They have many vegan and gluten free options available as well. The service is fantastic and everyone is very friendly. A variety of live music is also available on certain nights.

This was my first time here based on a recommendation. Most food was organic and eggs were free range. The restaurant is also nut free. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. While we were debating what we were going to order the people at the next table made some recommendations which was nice. We had oatmeal pancakes and an open face sand which called green eggs and ham (over easy eggs with ham, spinach and smoked Gouda) I'll definitely be back when I'm in town.

Coworkers and I went here on our lunch break. It was not busy, even at noon. There was a reason... The staff was not rude, however, they weren't friendly either. They seemed slightly annoyed by our group of seven adults and one child. Service was slow, but the worst part of the experience was the food. Lousy, lousy, lousy. No taste and very small portions. Only one of us seven adults said they would ever return.

Each and every meal served at Dragonfly Cafe is absolutely delicious! From gluten-free to vegan, everything is made fresh and healthy! The owners are the friendliest people you will ever meet, the restaurant is always kept clean, and the staff is wonderful and very attentive. I've already recommended Dragonfly to several of my friends and coworkers, and I would say everyone should try their Lavender London Fog at least once! I guarantee you'll go back for more!

My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday lunch. Been before and enjoyed it. Sunday lunch was a disaster from start to finish. Service was extremely slow, orders were not accurate, & one had to be sent back to be fully cooked! We were very disappointed. Be a long time before we go back or recommend.

I liked the idea and menu in theory better than what I actually got. The pulled pork wasn't bad but was nothing special either. Staff was very friendly and seems like a great place for those with food allergies.

What an absolute treat! My daughter and I have gluten allergies. This restaurant absolutely caters to anyone with a gluten issue. My daughter enjoyed cheese quesadillas and homemade macaroni and cheese. Delicious!!! I had the Remmy Burger which was topped with bacon, cheese and onions. Imagine our surprise when we were told they serve gluten free desserts. We couldn't just choose one! We had the Boston Cream Pie cupcake and the Cherry Cheesecake with a brownie crust. Both were divine! We can't wait to come back to Lititz so we can come back to the Dragonfly Cafe. Also, the staff is amazing! So down to earth and warm. By the time we left, we felt like family. Seriously, our new favorite place to eat!

I've been to this restaurant several times now and encountered problems each time. I really wanted to like the place (it has a nice atmosphere/decor and I love a good coffee bistro, and this is one of the few in the area that's open on Sundays). But honestly that's about all Dragonfly Cafe has going for it. The service is often painfully slow (we've encountered this both when it's been crowded and when it's been almost empty), the waitstaff seems very inexperienced for the most part, and the food is mediocre at best. The omelets I've ordered have been watery with undercooked ingredients in them (semi raw bacon, mushrooms, onions, yuck!), and I had to search to find the filling inside the crepes I ordered. I have enjoyed every beverage I've had there (great latte and cappuccino), but that's not enough for me to give this place another chance. Three strikes (or in my case four) and I'm OUT!

There are so many wonderful things to say about this place! First, nearly everything on the menu can be made gluten free, which is difficult to find anywhere - there are always options but most often the selection is very limited. There's so much to choose from here! We ordered the buffalo chicken Mac & cheese to share - phenomenal. Why is this not a staple for every menu everywhere? They have so many different kinds of Mac & cheese options - I want to try them all! I ordered the Greek salad - greens were fresh, feta & balsamic vinaigrette delicious. My husband ordered the New Yorker sandwich on gluten free bread, which he enjoyed. Very friendly staff, very reasonably priced for the quality of ingredients/preparation. Definitely a place you must try!

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally went in for breakfast. I got the Ranchero omelet and my husband got the Maryland omelet. My husband enjoyed his and noted that they had used real crab and quality asparagus in it. I thought mine was just okay. The menu said it contained "caramelized onions", but what I actual got were lightly sautéed julienned onion. They were still crunchy and 2-3 inches long, which was off-putting and I ended up picking them out of the omelet. Also, the salsa that came with it was clearly jarred salsa and I was expecting something more fresh or homemade given the atmosphere of the place. The roasted potatoes that came with our meals were cooked fine, but there was way too much dried rosemary on them. We also both got the dark coffee blend which was rather good. Our server was friendly and the food came out quickly so service was pretty good overall. As a whole, I think I'd give this place another try (the oatmeal pancakes have peaked my interest), but in all honesty, I was a bit disappointed by our first time here.

The owner is attentive and eager to please, which is nice. The staff are friendly but seem like a rag tag group of her daughter's friends or something. Same with the music nights. Yikes. We had gone there a couple times when it first opened and had some great breakfasts (I'm a fan of the Parisian sandwich in particular, although there's no way to actually eat it as that, probably should be open-faced instead). We were excited about the place and were very tolerant of new opening issues. Then, months later, we tried it for dinner twice-- both times the service was so painfully slow, the food came out a few plates at a time with huge layovers in between and the food was just... meh. Haven't gone back since. It's a bummer because they have the right idea but the kitchen runs awkwardly and inconsistently and the service, while kind, feels like a bunch of trainees. We will wait another few months and try again maybe.

The good: service was very warm and friendly--the highlight of our experience. Both our server and the owner/manager were just lovely. People you'd like to befriend. The space itself is bright, casual, inviting. The tea list is phenomenal. The not-so-good: our food took a really long time to arrive. More importantly, the menu could really use more homemade items on it. Homemade baked goods, homemade breads, dressings, sauces. A homemade veggie burger, fresh (not frozen) veggies. My salad greens were a little wilted, so attention should be paid to that. Dragonfly cafe is a place that immediately makes you feel comfortable and want to come back. Once more of the food is prepared in house or perhaps locally and freshly sourced, it'll be a smashing success.

I want to like this place, but as stated in previous reviews the service is often very slow. The servers are not attentive even on slow days or seem very inexperienced. Our "bottomless coffee" was never refilled and neither were our waters. My boyfriend and I waited for half an hour (with two other tables occupied) for two quesadillas. The food is good, but service needs some work.

Fantastic/adorable cafe! One of the best gluten free menus i have seen! Our non-gluten free company enjoyed it just as much! Very tasty, i would recommend the quesadillas, crepes, and teas!

I love this place. The food is consistently great, the atmosphere is eclectic, and it's about the only place in town you can get flowering tea, a real delicacy.
