Delicious food, wide variety, fair prices, what more do you want? I'm also a big fan of their bread, it's definitely one of the things that puts their food above the average pizza joint. I mostly get subs or stromboli, but everything I've ever had there has been good. There are a dozen places closer to me that offer the same Italian staples, but I'll drive past all of them to get to Nino's. Tip: there is a parking lot behind the restaurant that leads to a back entrance that not everyone seems to know about. Better than trying to find a curb spot when it's busy in downtown Lititz!

You can usually get an idea on the quality of a place by it's cleanliness and Nino's qualifies as very good. Had a simple Italian and it was great! The bread really makes it worthwhile. I love places that use the dough for the pizza to make sandwiches and Nino's is great! Definitely will be back for some pizza!

The way I judge all pizza places is by ordering a plain cheese pizza. The pizza was excellent although not traditional NY style. The crust and sauce were excellent and the a lot of the locals frequent this place. We must have seen about 15 to-go orders while we dined in, which took about 30 minutes.

Good lord they're good. My brother has always been a fan so I just decided to stop in. Got a simple medium ham sub with a few toppings. Quality of ingredients was incredible, got that and a bag of chips for less than $7. Not the prettiest place but I definitely recommend.

Very good sandwiches and great prices. If you order a club sandwich, be sure to ask for bacon - they don't include our automatically.

If you live here you must eat here. The subs were fantastic. The burgers were delicious. I can only assume the pizza is on point. Everything was fresh and the bacon was crispy.

The pepperoni pizza was good and the Caesar salad was fresh. Fast service and nice people.

I was absolutely appalled at the experience I had Nino's today. I placed my to-go sandwich order with the young man behind the counter and stood to the side while I waited for my order. Within minutes the cook came out, said hi, smiled and handed me my sandwich however instead of saying, "cheese steak" he said here is your "chicken cheese steak." I quickly checked-in with the man I ordered from and asked him, "Is this someone else's order or did I order a chicken cheese steak by mistake?" He said, "no you didn't," and then turned around walked into the kitchen and began screaming abusively at the cook! "Can't you read? you're a xxxx-ing idiot, are you racist? Is that why you are not making what I say to?" This went on for aproximatly 3 loooong horrable minutes. When he came out I stared at him with tears in my eyes and said, I can just take this sandwich, he replied with, "you can do whatever you want to do." Any establishment who treats their cooks with this type of disrespect should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. It was honestly the saddest thing I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Nino's should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a young man who works a cash register for a living to be verbally abusing a man who is slaving over a stove all day. Yes, the food is fine, but I just can not support an establishment whom disrespects and abuses their hard working staff. Disgusting.

Typical pizza place. Everything is pretty standard and run of the mill. They do have some cheap lunch specials though.

Nino's is a long time favorite for us and especially the subs, either hot or cold because the bread is fantastic! Recently we have noticed a quality slippage in the cheeseburger subs though. Over the last few months, the quality of the burger has dropped dramatically. The burgers are now nearly tasteless, either with a much lower grade of beef or somehow packed with fillers. I looked for a way to notify the shop via email of our displeasure but no email link apparent.we'll prolly try again but we're giving the cheeseburger subs a 'break' for a while.

After a long day of playing with a 3 year old, the girlfriend and I worked up quite an appetite. We decided to order from Nino's based off the overly positive reviews from Yelp. We weren't disappointed! Living in the NJ/Philly area, we are spoiled by really good pizza options. So I usually go into a pizza eating experience with high expectations. I do have to say for a small town in the middle of PA like Lititiz, this was was pretty tasty pizza. The cheese was abundant and the pepperoni was delicious. The place was in walking distance so picking it up was super easy. I would definitely order here again when I'm back in Lititz.

Solid place for pizza in Lititz. Best I've had in town and also reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and responsive. I can't speak to the hoagies as I haven't had one. Pretty loose with coupons which makes it an even better deal.

On spring break vacation with my twin 7-year olds. Ordered a half bacon half plain pizza and an order of chicken tenders for my kids. The bacon was in little cubes rather than strips adding a more intense flavor and some unexpected but pleasant texture. The soft and agreeably chewy dough and other elements of the pie were all in harmony. Had to fight the children for the pizza, so the very good chicken tenders were mostly consigned to leftovers for now. The menu for this informal eatery, where you place your order upfront, is very ambitious (veal francese!) with a very wide variety of dishes. If the rest of the food is as good as what we ate, this is an excellent inexpensive place to get some good grub.

We love the pizza, hoagies(subs) and entrees. The service is quick. Their bread is different compared to other local pizzerias- and it is always soft. Their meats, cheeses and vegetables are fresh. We also love their business hours- they are open late!!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
