I often visit the Qdoba in Bala Cynwyd when on my lunch break, but the Willow Grove location near my home is no comparison. This location was not fully stocked (out of rice and some salsas), the queso had a crust on it for sitting out too long, the tables were dirty, and the soda machine was not working. The server who made my meal said nothing and simply assumed I knew the options (which I did, however my companion did not and I had to explain everything). The man who I assume was the manager on duty looked at each customer as though he was judging them with pursed lips and arms crossed. He offered no help to the server who was clearly overwhelmed. Will not be returning to this location.

Food seems to sit too long as all the meat was severely dry and should not of been served. I also ordered online and the food was not ready and the order went unnoticed. Didn't get much of an apology either. They have Sweet Taco and Chipotle close by which provide much fresher fast Mexican food. There is not a lot of close parking either. I won't be returning.

I am extremely upset. Still recovering from being sick from eating at this place. I am not sure if the food was rotten or whatever, but I was sick all this past weekend because of the burrito that I purchase from Qdoba. I am extremely unhappy and I will never eat at any Qdoba again.

Qdoba is good but this one always gives me the feeling they are about to close. Usually only one person behind the counter and food is low and seems like it hasn't been refreshed in a while. Maybe they have a high volume for lunch, but anytime after it seems to slow down. The food has always been good though.

Not as good as Pancheros. The food was good, people were nice. The queso was kinda watery. I'm nowhere from here so it was my first time trying it. And I really only took a bite from my husband's burrito. If I was really hungry and craving Mexican, this will definitely do the job. The drink machine is also kinda cool.

Food tasted good, but feel scammed this location charges for just chips. I just moved from WI where chips are always complimentary. They were very stingy on the rice in my naked burrito...not to mention one of the more expensive Q'Doba's I've been too.

Food was great. Service.. Not so much. They made my burrito wrong and said they were going to throw it out so of course I felt bad and kept it. They also charged me for extra chicken after messing up my burrito. Keep on making great food, please stop messing up my orders!!

This location is a poor showing for Qdoba. Bad service at the counter trying to order. Love Qdoba, didn't like this particular one.

We came in right before close for dinner an had a great meal. The staff was very friendly and the food was fresh & well prepared. Our portions were generous. Would recommend for late night food in horsham!

Qdoba is at best by 3rd or 4th choice when it comes to quick-serve faux-Mex restaurant chains but sometimes I go to one anyway because Moe's isn't that common and Baja Fresh is heading towards extinction in this area. The service at this location is pretty good though. They did listen carefully to my requests and they did suggest some good toppings for the nachos and burrito bowl that I ordered. That aside, I thought the food was overpriced for what you get. What kind of faux-Mex restaurant chain charges for chips anyway? All the standard entrees are around $8 but for that kind of money, you don't really get a whole lot of choices as far as toppings go. And finally, this particular Qdoba location may be falling a bit behind on maintenance. The paper towel dispenser in the restroom didn't work at all.

Nice place, great service. Good choice when you are in the mood for a burrito. My daughter really enjoys coming here.

I thought the food here is delicious, not something I would do fine and dine with but great choose of food selection when you are on your lunch break from work. Think of "Subway" version for Mexican food.

delicious food. I recommend getting the queso in the burrito. Bad service--they didn't even ask my friend which salsa he wanted, they automatically gave him the mildest salsa.

This place is just like all other Qdobas.... except there is a Chipotle right down the street and you'll probably wish you went there instead of falling for the old Double Points Tuesday gimmick. They have some fancy sauces here to add to the burritos that chipotle doesn't have. Like bbq sauce. Whoever thought bbq sauce on a burrito was a good idea should have one of thier thumbs broken because it's a terrible idea. Besides the Fajita ranchera burritos and queso they really don't have much to offer. Your burrito will be 95% rice. All they have is few gimmicks here and there to bring you in but when start eating the food you'll probably wish you went somewhere else.... like the Chipotles right down the street.

I tried this place twice to see if the food got any better but, alas, it did not.. Both times I ordered a veggie burrito, it was tasteless, soggy, and lukewarm. If you fill the need to get a chain Mexican burrito, go to Chipotle in Willow Grove instead.

I really wanted Baja Fresh, but I figured since this place just opened int he area, I'd give it a try. Bleh. I ordered a naked grilled veggie burrito (served sans tortilla in a bowl.) Veggies, which were mainly green and yello squash, were nicley cooked, but tasted super smoky...a little odd to me. Rice and beans were ok. Guacamole (which they charge extra for, unlike Baja and Chipotle when you order a veggie option) was the blandest guacamole I have ever tasted, not to mention I got an avocado stem in a bite. Chips are not included. I ordered a side of chips, which was a decent portion. Menu said a side order of chips was 99 cents, and an order of chips and salsa was $1.79. When I ordered a side of chips, the girl asked me if I wanted salsa. I said no. She charged me for chips and salsa then failed to give me a receipt. I'm sticking to Baja Fresh...I like free chips and salsa. And I think the food is a wee bit better...just a wee bit since we're talking just a step above fast food.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
