Arrived w a party of four on a Sunday morning and luckily got seated immediately. We were all pleasantly surprised at good the food and service ended up being! Eggs Benedict were a home run, French Toast as well....definitely going to be coming back here next time we're in the poconos!!

The food is great, the waitresses are Fantastic. We do have fun joking with Bonnie and Joanie at breakfast . The only complaint I have is the discontinuation of the breakfast club.

Just went back there for the third time. Food was great as usual. However, the waitresses were very loud and crass. We sat at the counter initially and placed our order. The noise from the waitresses shouting back and forth and carrying on was so bad, that we actually had to move. They began carrying on with a customer named "Bill", who must have been a regular, as he sat there and nursed a cup of coffee for over 1/2 an hour. Once we moved to a table, we were ignored - no coffee refills, no questions as to how our food was. Then, to make matters even worse, the loudest and most obnoxious waitress, Bonnie, decided it was time to start cleaning out the cooler, which was located right in back of our table. She began throwing out boxes, etc. while we were eating our meal. She couldn't have waited 5 or 1 minutes for us to finish? We will not be back...too bad, the food is really good, but the wait staff is terrible.

I have been here twice, I wasn't impressed with the food either time. The first time I had a burger that was dry, the second time I had a grilled ham and cheese on sourdough bread, which was a special that day, It tasted good, but it wasn't much of a sandwich, only about two slices of ham and a few chips. It really didn't fill me up, I left there hungry.

Jennz is the kind of place that reminds you that "stressed" spelled backwards is "desserts." The kind of place that looks like it's a haven for regulars, but treats you like a regular the first time you walk in. Feels a little more neighborhoody than its downtown location would predict. it has about a dozen tables in front and a lunch counter in back, where newspapers are community property. The lunch menu is basic sandwich and burger, with variations on the Reuben featured and soups changed daily. Our service was cheery and fast, our Reubens hot and tasty. The dessert list is almost irresistible.

Good food and GREAT people. You always get a smile and great service when you go to Jennz. They treat you like your part of the family. You dont get this type of service in most of the reasturants in the area.
