Towey's is a great local bar. The bar tenders are friendly and attentive. Good selection of beers and always a game on the many TVs.

Went to this place twice since I have been in town (can walk there from my apartment), once around 4pm and once at night. I had a good time both visits. The food/drinks were good and resonably priced. The place is very clean and the food was prepared in front of us on a cooking area behind the bar. When we came for a night out there was a cover band playing which I am ususally not a huge fan of but they weren't terribly loud and were playing tastefully. They only had the fried menu by the time we got there which I was a little dissapointed about (my bad for not eating dinner though) it was around 10. I was still able to get mozz sticks and fries and what not. The bartender was very nice even after I spilled a drink everywhere (which I wasn't charged for). Would definitely reccomend!

We like to hit up Towey's every once in awhile. It's nice for a neighborhood bar. We get sick of Connelly's sometimes because of the smoke. You can smoke in Towey's, but you really can't smell it. As a non-smoker, this is always nice! I can actually enjoy a drink while playing Photo Hunt without gagging on smoke. I didn't realize the grill at first, but as I mentioned to the group that I was with, the bartender offered to make us some food. The basket of fries was $2, and they were awesome! We had chicken fingers, too, and they were good. I was surprised. Bartenders always seem to be nice. Ok crowd. Awesome ring on a string game. Just keep the weird men away from you!

Great pub! Clean, friendly and reasonable prices! We were there last night for open mic night. Pub grub menu. I had Buffalo chicken cheese steak wrap , my wife had spicy beef steak wrap. Both excellent! We shared crab balls with horseradish, great app! The entertainment was terrific, with two comedians and four singers/musicians. When in Hatboro/Horsham area this pub is a "must go to "! We will be returning!

I had to get my car inspected and so, had some time to kill and was suggested to Toweys. Upon first walking in, I thought I had joined the Women Haters All Boys Club - there was not one single female soul to be found in the joint. I used the ladies room (and they even had one!) and had a seat at the bar. I was greeted warmly by a young man who asked what I would like to drink and as he took my drink order and offered a suggestion he happily offered a food option. This seems to be a watering hole for many of the regulars and it was nice to sit back and take in the clientele. I was introduced to the owner, a really nice guy who I had pleasantries exchanged about some of the local brews in the area and what he currently had on tap. The chicken cheese steak was fresh and delicious, the fries were fresh and piping hot and the beer cold and delicious. They have karaoke every Friday and trivia on other days. It is a great little spot and I will definitely be back - if you are in the area, tell 'em Angela sent you!
