Tucked away in a small corner of downtown Hanover, I've overlooked this place so many times. When i went in for my first visit, we were greeted by the staff and although the dining area is small, it's incredibly cozy. I recommend their wraps... which are made fresh, with fresh ingredients. They are HUGE, so plan on asking for a box. Their french fries are deliciously seasoned and the prices are incredibly reasonable... especially for the amount of food you get. I've been back several times and the menu choices never disappoint :)

Love this place. The shrimp po' boy is amazing, and their hand-patted burgers and homemade French fries are the best in town.

Because I did not feel like waiting 7 years for a table at Dutch Country, this was option two. It is a very small place in a bit of a hard to find spot. While this might sound like a bad thing, it totally isn't because there was zero wait! Went on a Sunday around 9am for breakfast. I got an omelet and my fiance got, well, a ton of food. I want to say it is called the crowd pleaser? It came with a muffin, pancake. 2 eggs, sausage and home fries. I had a bite of muffin and pancake and both were really, really good. My omelet was excellent: perfectly cooked and came with toast and home fries. The fries had awesome texture, if a bit underseasoned (an easy remedy!) Everything tasted so fresh and was obviously house-made. Coffee never ran out and it was under $20 for all that food. I'd say it was a good thing we ended up here!

Thanks to Yelp, we found this little gem after hiking with the kids at Codorus State Park with my wife and 3 boys. It was a little hard to find but I'm glad we did! The waitress and owner were very nice. Especially since our 6 and 3 year old were very rambunctious and loud. The waitress even helped moved the baby and was happy to do it. One of kids had chicken nuggets and fries, standard nuggets but fantastic fries. Our other son got breakfast and the rye was thick and tasty and since he didn't want the home fries they switched to fries and gave them to me for my burger. My wife had a salad and the amount of chicken was fantastic. And I had one of their hand packed burgers, the spicy one. It was awesome! We will definitely go back next time we are in the area

Wonderful home made food. Loaded fries. Huge hamburger. Shrimp po-boy. French onion soup. Served with a smile. Only 4 stars because it is very small & hard to find. The food and the service rate 5+ stars!

Just updating my previous review. We've been back for breakfast several times and they do not disappoint. Today, for the first time, we went for lunch. My wife had a Turkey, Avocado, and Bacon wrap. She loved it. It wasn't the usual lunchmeat type turkey but real stuff! I had the Juicy Lucy, a delectable burger. I chose to have mine stuffed with blue cheese (the real Amish deal) and I added bacon. For many years, I have been saying the best burger in Hanover comes from Lil' Bit O' Chicago. Sorry LBOC, you are now the second best. This burger was amazing. Great place...still.

Fantastic place. Discovered it at the end of august right before I left for China...ate there three times, bought me plenty of food. Food's super cheap, cooked right there in front of you, and is just absolutely fantastic. Man, I miss the cream chipped beer and all of your breakfast foods. I didn't have a dinner cause I was always there early-ish. Keep the place rolling, and staff, keep being friendly and family-like to the customers. Yours truly, China man

Had a fish sandwich and my wife had a turkey avocado wrap. Both exceptionally good. A friendly, attentive server and pleasant ambiance. We would drive 20 miles again for lunch.

I love this place. I've been for both breakfast and lunch and always get fantastic service. The waitresses are so attentive and friendly. They are willing to accommodate whatever changes you wish to make of your order and let you know if that would change the price or not. The food is fresh and the menu is simple but not overly simple like some small diner places. I love that avocado is an option in some dishes. It is also super reasonably priced. What's not to love?! The only thing I could say is that the ambiance is a little plain, but come on, you're in Hanover.
