This was the first time here. They had dinner specials and for 9.99 I got sausage pasta, I chose 1 side and a side salad... I could've chosen 2 sides.. And it's came with 8 pieces of garlic bread and dessert all included. I'm sorry but I think that's a pretty good deal and it was good.. Oh and I also had a coors light draft and it was $2.50.. Can't beat it. It was a very clean place as well.

The place was beautiful and clean. Since we are new to the area, my husband and I have been looking for our go-to dinner spot on those nights when you just don't want to cook. Because the place was so nice, I didn't realize until after I ordered it was a diner and not a restaurant. I might have ordered a sandwich instead. We were so disappointed by the food. My 2 year wouldn't even eat his ravioli. My haddock was extremely dry and our seafood sampler app wasn't good. However my husband thought his Alfredo was pretty decent. Our service was friendly and fast. She was great! Unfortunately, we will not be coming back. It was a let down for us.

I am finishing my lunch as I write this. It is my first time eating here. This restaurant is just past where US route 30 reverts to a regular highway from an expressway coming from the East (eg Philly area). I had haddock in a creole sauce, my wife had chicken souvlaki. Both were GREAT. The fish, a strange dish for the PA "Dutch" area, was perfectly done and FRESH! Two entries, 3 sides & coffee all for less than $20 with wonderful service. We will be back!

I had scallops, baked potato and a salad. It was very good. They give you a lot of scallops. They were done just right. My husband had a baked potato, salad, and prime rib and he said it was very good. The waitress was very kind and the atmosphere was nice. I would highly recommend this place.

Saturday breakfast. Bummed they didn't have apple butter for my scrapple... That wasn't so bad but the fact they weren't interested in improving that. I suggested because we were in Lancaster County it was a staple.. They clearly told me that wasn't going to change anything. Food was hot. Service quick. Clean except for a stray fly at our table. Scrapple lightly burned, Canadian bacon gristly ham. Coffee Good as well as our waitress!!! I had French Toast it was good, the husband had eggs done nicely but thought the home fries were a little dry....not the worst but definitely not class A.

The dining room is clean and nicely appointed. Service was OK. The food was weak. For instance, one of our party ordered ham and mac-and-cheese: the mac-and-cheese had obviously been cooked far too long, with noodles completely mushy. Other items were fair at best.

First of all I had no idea this was an "INN". My receipt was for the Brass Eagle Restaurant. And that is what I was looking for on Yelp. Since this listing is already here, I'm not going to change it. I went with friends because it is going to be our new halfway meeting place. Perhaps we hit it on a good day? Perhaps we were having such a good time, enjoying our own company, oblivious of everything else, that I am giving it 4 stars???? Nope. The place was clean, our server was pleasant, efficient and left us alone when we extended our stay beyond lunch. My friend wanted the chicken salad sandwich, but I reminded her about the last chicken salad sandwich she had at the last place we ate at. She looked at me with one raised eyebrow. And I said, don't you remember? It basically was mayonnaise with some chicken thrown in. Hmmmm. So when the waitress came to take our orders, we asked how much mayonnaise was in their chicken salad, the waitress asked us if we wanted a sample taste before we ordered? My eyes nearly popped out. I had never heard such a thing. Of course we wanted a taste. She came out with a little cup full of chicken salad and all three of us agreed it was fabulous. One of us got the sandwich and the other-(who was going to get the shrimp salad- changed hers to the chicken. What a nice gesture to offer the sample. I had the crab cake sandwich with a Kaiser roll. The crab cake was delicious. Though I'm not sure if they understand what a Kaiser roll actually is. I'll skip the roll part next time. I didn't know it, but the plate came with a huge portion of fries. So did the other sandwich. We were too full for dessert. All three of us have already decided we are going back here. Oh, there are two parts to the restaurant. One is the big open room with the bar portion, and then they have a separate smaller room off to the side. It is much quieter there.

Looks like a restaurant but when you look at the menu you realize you're at a diner. Food was ok, my husband had the meatloaf which he said was good. I had the Greek spinach pie, it was ok, I've had better. The garlic bread was a soggy mess. Salads were fresh, baked potatoes were hot and cooked right. We waited a while for a server to get to us, but once she did the service was friendly and efficient.

Just moved to the area. Out doing some errands, thought I'd stop into the sports bar for a beer to check it out for future. Nice bar, good amount of tvs, attentive service, clean, but smoking is aloud,, so won't be going back. I was hoping it would be good, but because of the smoking, had one beer, left and crossed it off our list. Not sure about the bar upstairs in the restaurant, but guessing the atmosphere isn't the same.

Cleaner and neater than your average diner, though that's basically what this place is. Nice wide selection of meals. None of them are great, but they are all solid and enjoyable enough. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The pricing is a little over priced for food which is - like I said - basically at diner level qualities.
