For such a backwards town, this is a surprisingly great, modern location. The owners are extremely friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the non-dairy selections are abundant, including almond and soy milk. This is a great place to study or read when I am in town to visit family.

Great coffee by great people!! This place is outstanding. As I was traveling through, I was looking for somewhere local to get some coffee and this was absolutely the best option.

We got in to town last night in the dark and I woke up today with little hope of finding any real coffee this morning. I was walking from the hotel to a McDonalds i saw the night before and I saw a quaint old fashioned downtown block ahead of me. I decided to give it a look and passed by the McDonalds. I found Bossa Nova and was astounded. The girl behind the counter who I assume was the owner couldn't have been nicer and their shiny new espresso machine pulled two perfect shots. They are roasting their own beans and the coffee I took with me is smooth and easy to drink. To top it all off, I asked where their pastries are from and she told me she makes them too! I had a warm fresh out of the oven blueberry crumble muffin and I kinda wish i had two more... I got very lucky this morning to find Bossa Nova in this tiny remote town. A shop like this could thrive back in Philly.

This place is a favorite of mine. I usually take the back corner bistro table and work here in afternoons. They have a decent wifi connection, and I'm not the only one who will come in here to write. The ambiance is wonderful, and I personally am fond of all the music I've heard them play here. Speaking of music, they sometimes have bands come in, so ask when the next live show or even open mic they have planned is! Speaking of events, the community bulletin board is well used in this community. They also sometimes post event notices in the front windows, so keep your eyes pealed. They usually have a featured artist on the back side wall, so check the display out and grab a business card of the local artist. The coffee is delicious, and here's a bonus: Not only do they have soy milk, but they also carry almond milk most of the time. So you aren't just stuck with soy if you are lactose intolerant, and if you are allergic to soy there's a non-dairy option for you here, too! Speaking of helpful dietary selections, they usually have some GF selections in their homemade baked goods case. My mother is Gluten Free (intolerance) so it's wonderful to have someplace in town that we can meet up and both get something good. For those tolerant of it, they also have a selection of Susie Q's ice cream from Titusville- and usually, they have a frozen Yogurt option.

Fresh Roasted Coffee Specialty drinks Sweet Treats WiFi Reasonably priced While living back in this small Western PA, town - is often our hang out spot, workspace, and retreat. These guys have one of the most comfortable coffee shop atmospheres in the area - just chill and welcoming. Tables for study, and comfy couches for lounging. The owners, are often in and very kind and down-to earth -- and most of their baristas will share a joke or story or two. It doesn't take long to feel like you're part of the community as soon as you walk through the door. "Hey! How you going! - how did that project turn out?" The coffee roasted in house is just strong enough to give you a kick. I personally swing back and forth from their dirty-chai lattes (Chai tea, with a shot of espresso, in a latte) to their in house drip coffee. On more than one occasion I have had Brazilian Corn Meal cake, but if you are the traditional type then their are seasonal cookies, cakes, and muffins too. You know - life staples to keep ya going on a long day, or special occasion. If you are looking for a place to work, meet with a friend, just get away from the house, or just passing through this is a good place to check out.
