The salad bar used to be the best reason to go here, now it is just subpar and usually half of the items look a bit old and need better turnover. Our recent visit had the spinach wilted, the croutons stale and the potato salad with a hard, nasty crust on them. Our buffalo chicken minis had a stale bun and they give you free "muffins" and they feel like they were heated about 3 hours prior. Just not fresh....sad as we used to love going here.

Chain restaurants are hit and miss and this restaurant is below average. I would only come back for the all you can eat salad bar. There are too many choices that this restaurant no longer makes the list for me.

This is a chain that I have come to expect reasonable service and food quality from. Went in tonight and experienced poor service and terrible food quality. Our server kept disappearing and took over 10 minutes to return to take our order. Our food came out cold and with poor presentation (pasta sauce spilled on the sides of the plates). Never got our garlic biscuits and had to ask for them after the meal arrived. No visit from the manager through our entire visit. Have always had a good experience at the Malvern Ruby Tuesdays, drive there for better service!

Standard chain food. Uninspired, but fatty enough to be nice tasting. Burger was poorly cooked and dry. Our server was very friendly and considerate though--it would have been one star without her.

As i write this review I'm in the ruby Tuesday's shaking my head in disbelief. Came in for a quick bite to eat. Server took order and for a place that's empty it took forever to get. Asked for a plain burger and fries. Fries came back cold and burger had everything on it. The server then ignored me trying to get his attention. When he finally came over to ask how everything was I explained that my burger had everything on it and was not what ordered. He just walked away without saying a word. Then proceeded to come back with the check still not addressing the issue. Only after speaking to the manager was the issue resolved. By this time I didn't even want another burger I wanted out of there. She was nice and comped the check ( which I didn't ask for ). Between this and the uncleanliness of the place I would recommend avoiding like a plague

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this particular Ruby Tuesday. The server was rude and may as well have been non-existent. I was given the wrong food but I didn't even bother complaining because we had already been waiting for so long. Ruby Tuesday itself isn't bad... I've been to several locations and I suppose it's a hit or miss. This location is a miss.

We frequent Ruby Tuesdays for the reasonable prices and the great salad bar. This location has not disappointed, even during the busiest times. We came here on a Friday night for dinner around 6:30PM, and there was a 30 minute wait. We decided to stick it out, and by the time the 30 minutes had past we were seated. The service has always been prompt and courteous on all of our visits, and the ticket times are consistent and not lengthy. As aforementioned, their salad bar is fantastic! For $2.99 it can be added to any entree which is a steal! There are plenty of toppings and dressing choices, and my picky wife even agreed that all of the salad bar picks are always fresh and well stocked. We typically order the burgers as our dinner entree choice, which for $9.99 are a task to finish! All of our food always comes out piping hot and fresh. The kids enjoy the mini burgers and chicken tenders, and we always seem to leave pleased with our meal choices and happy with the service received. For the price, it is a true value. In summary, despite being a chain we always seem to get a good meal with good service at a very reasonable price. What more can you ask for? If you want to keep it simple, don't hesitate to go here. It will do the job and your stomach and wallet will thank you.

We go to Rubys a couple times per month, but this location is horrible relative to any other I have eaten at. The burgers are often cooked improperly, and yesterday, I had buffalo chicken fingers (which are now down to 4 small ones per order), and they were soggy and half cooked. It is really pretty pathetic. They were kind enough to bring out biscuits as they indicated they would when we say down, but they came out after we were eating our main course. Forgot to mention that when we came in it was 90 degrees out, and the restaurant felt like it was 85 degrees with high humidity & no AC running. We assumed it was broken, but when we asked the waitress, she said "she could have the manager turn it on". It finally cooled down a little.

Our family has tried this place probably 5 times over the past 2 years - always hopeful for improvement. Last night was the final straw. The servers are polite and attentive, the service is quick, but the food is consistently terrible. Dried out chicken, mushy pasta, cold french fries, you name it. I had a piece of chicken there that I literally could not cut through. I sawed at it with my STEAK knife and then had the server try as well. They made me a new meal and were apologetic, but that's what happens each time we visit. Last night the salad bar was not clean at all. Food items spilled everywhere and empty containers while employees grouped around and chatted.

We came here for some quick burgers and dessert. Ugh. Burgers were tiny and only a small handful of cold fries thrown on the plate. They tasted ok, but not much flavor. Fries were cold and hard, not crunchy, just hard. Not to mention we ordered an appetizer that just never showed up. The waiter apologized but it would have been good to have while waiting 20 minutes for our burgers. Then it was forever until we saw the waiter again to order dessert. I was so excited for this chocolate cake. Then it came out looking like a kids portion. They really should do some renovations on this place. It's getting old and kind of smelly. There are just much better places in the area to eat. We keep giving this place a chance and it fails us everytime.

This place has improved and we eat here a couple of times a month. The chain is in financial trouble and that may account for the other low reviews. The food is well prepared and fresh and the Salad Bar is getting more attention in the past few months. Management seems to be learning. I hope they keep up the progress they have made.

I have to say that ruby Tuesdays used to be a below average place, but ever since they reinvented their menu and changed things up, it's a good place to have lunch.

This Ruby Tuesday is in a strip mall off US-30 Business. There is an ample parking lot. I'm not sure what happens during peak hours as I went to this restaurant on a night when it was quiet. I really just go to Ruby Tuesday for the salad bar. I've not been enthusiastic about their burgers, although the turkey minis I had were decent.

The entrees are just average. The salad bar has always been really really good. The choices they have up there are wonderful, but recently we have noticed they aren't refilling or keeping up the freshness as well with the salad bar. The food is still good though, and they always send coupons on email so it's affordable.

Raw hamburger. Tried twice and not a good time. Salad Bar was ok, needed to be cleaned.

We've been there a few times, but this last visit was horrible. While i'm not skinny by any means, i've NEVER felt squeezed in a booth, even at this restaurant. As an example, when the food arrived, i had a hard time getting my arms out of the way, since i couldn't just drop them under the table. The food was lower quality than previous visits -- fatty/greasy meat and greasy onion rings. While i've never considered the service here top rate, our server seemed overwhelmed by the sheer number of table he was servicing, resulting in empty drinks and a very delayed check and return. I think i'll only return if someone else in my party insists on this location.

Salad bar needs to be filled more often with more variety and to be more fresh esp when they charge extra for salad bar!! Since other restaurants don't charge extra for salad. So they need to step up their game. Noticed french fries were a measly portion. Again other places have a mound of them on your plate because they don't cost much overall to the restaurant, esp a chain like RT. Been noticing their parking lot isn't that full as in the past so they need to change some things to keep up w/competition in the area or they will be the next to go as well.

I took my family there and was very disappointed. The waitress gave us the feeling like we were keeping her from something. She didn't even look at us as she drop the check. The food was bland, overpriced, and warm. That will be the last time we or any of our friends go there.

A few friends and I had take out from this place. We each ordered a burger - Bison burger, Turkey burger and Alpine Swiss burger. The burgers were delicious, thick and juicy. The fries were decent, but I was very disappointed at the amount. They gave you a tiny amount of fries given that if we ate at the restaurant it would be all you could eat fries. I also thought that the fries were slightly over salted. Not to the point of being inedible though. I remember on a previous occasion at this establishment the fries were salty to the point of being completely inedible. The lady taking my order was also less than thorough, she failed to ask how we wanted our burgers cooked.

Guacomole dip was probably the best out of the entire meal. It was fresh but fell into the bland side. My husband had the Classic burger - strange color, texture and taste. My guess is it was mixed up with a veggie type burger. The Memphis Rub Ribs I ordered tasted like boiled meat with no flavor. I wanted to like this meal because it is in a convenient location in Exton. The place was almost empty at 7pm which should have been my clue it wasn't going to be good. Our server was nice and friendly. The place needs a good cleaning too (food all over the floor, grimy glasses, etc). Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
