It's so nice finding good sushi and that's what I found at this restaurant. Everything my husband and I ordered was delicious and we left feeling full and satisfied. I definitely recommend the Pink Boy sushi roll!! We will definitely be back.

I came in for sushi. The menu is pretty broad and sushi only makes up about 30% of it. I ordered the eel/avocado roll and the rainbow roll and they were both really good. The rice was perfectly cooked. The service was also great. I would come back again.

Great sushi great service, best in ephrata! We always have a great time here. Wu and joe are the owners and they are people friendly.

Absolutely amazing! Hands down best place in Ephrata. Great service, amazing and fresh sushi, all at a decent price! Will definitely be going back!

Gave this place another chance. And never again will I come back. The food is overpriced compared to the portion. The taste of the food is beyond mediocre. The service is horrible. When I say horrible, the waitress had no idea of what food was on the menu. The service is slow. And I can go on and on about this place, but I shall not. You get the point. Save yourself money and time and stay home and order pizza or something. You will be satisfied that you did that. But the manager is very nice. Likes talking to the guests but not in the uncomfortable way. Just very friendly. So I guess that makes up for the wait and the food.

We had ordered takeout before from Tokyo Asian, but tonight was our first dine-in experience. I'd say thta the dine-in experience is indeed better than that take out! This is the nicest Chinese resturaunt in Ephrata, in terms of decor. Classy. Sure, there's the obligatory fishtank (which kept the kids mesmorized), but there is also nice woodworking/wainscoating, ambient lighting, and tasteful decor. A bit of an oddity was the classic rock music, but I certainly didn't mind...it was just a bit out of place. There is a susih bar on the back wall, and a bar on the front wall as you enter. Our waiter was efficient, helpful, and attentive. No problems there! As for the food, well, it was artfully prepared...hence, a nicer presentation than a take-out carton can muster. And it was gooood. My wife- not a huge Chinese food fan by birth, but rather by marriage, loved her lemon chicken, while my dragon and phoenix was as likewise great. Kids lo-mein and sweet and sour chicken, available for $4.75 off the kids menu. My wife's and my platters were $11 or so. One point I'd like to drive home is the quality of the ingredients. The chicken for our meals were not only prepared well, but were quality cuts to begin with. Sometimes, Chinese-food has that mysteriious quality about it..."Hmm, is it really chichen?" Not so. All of the ingredients were excellent. I know, from a prior conversation with the man I assume to be the owner, that he frequents NYC to get the best seafood; I'm not surprised. Another nice touch was the green tea, which was served in a little metal kettle. And, it was excellent. My wife is funny...when she sees food she likes arrive to the table, she lets out a "YUM" grin that says it all. We witnessed two gris tonight, which is uncommon- and, everyone went away talking about the food. 5 happy campers? Well worth the price of admission. Well done, Tokyo Asian! Top notch, in my book. Finally, FWIW, the reviews from '12 indicate a new ownership, and the poor reviews are apaprently under the old regime. That makes sense, as none of the comments from '12 seem to match up with our experience.

Best asian cuisine and sushi outside of the Philadelphia area. Any bad reviews probably come from people who cannot appreciate high quality sushi. Good service and a great value!

Very impressive Japanese/sushi restaurant in an out of the way shopping center. I had the vegetable hibachi Bento box dinner, which had soup, salad, veggie tempura, California roll and hibachi main course for $16.99. It was a lot of food and very tasty. Everything cooked perfectly, good portions and excellent flavor. Service was fast as well. There was a large group next to me making quite a lot of noise which detracted a bit from the experience and that was the only negative. Try them if you are in the area.

This place is awesome! Great fresh sushi for an excellent price. Family friendly, we brought our baby and she watched the fish tank. If you dont like sushi, there is plenty of other good dishes, even the chinese is really good. They have excellent lunch specials too! Cant wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I love coming here for the sushi lunch special. $9.99 for three sushi rolls and soup and salad. You can't beat that! Service is only okay. The servers are never really friendly or make attempts to check in, ask questions, etc. But for the cost and quality of the sushi, you can't pass it up! It's also nice that they have a full bar.

I love this place, The wait staff is great, very attentive and always happy. I have an avocado allergy, and they make my Sushi without avocado, no questions asked, Great sushi, great standard Chinese fair and a full bar. Karaoke on Saturdays too.

This restaurant had decent food when it opened, but had progressively gone downhill since. Tonight's meal was the last straw...NEVER AGAIN! A bad waiter that was mis-informed on the menu and couldn't have cared less about our complaints...he didn't want to get involved and told us to speak with the owner, which we did! An apology and suggestion that we tell our inept waiter that we like our food extra spicy next time was his reaction. Why bother to print selections in red ink to denote spicy if there's no spice in the dishes at all? My Hunan Chicken was like shaved chicken in beef gravy...and the won ton soup had won tons that were so tough they must have been from a month ago! My fellow diners meals were cold when brought out and mine was warm. Save yourself misery and stay away from this place...they've obviously lost their desire to please and ability to cook!

Spring roles are fried; this takes it away as a healthy alternative to egg roles. I had the chicken with garlic sauce lunch special. 75% of the plate was fried rice; 25% the chicken and broccoli. The chicken came across as being undercooked; very chewy. The sauce had flavor, but was not spicy (not even mildly so). The fried rice was very dry in parts, and otherwise had no flavor. I've had far better food. The service was ok; the food not worthy of every going back again.

The waitresses are slow, not friendly, and have screwed up every time I came in here (I've eaten here three times, and that was one more than I would've liked). The waiters, on the other hand, are better. The sushi itself isn't great, the chinese dishes can be found elsewhere, for less money, and the food is better practically anywhere else. The best thing here is the miso soup. The only reason I can think of for people eating here is the same reason I see people eating at Applebees; they don't know of a better place.

This place is GREAT! I eat there every week! Love the food. Love the owners. The service has always been great, and Wu makes an awesome sake martini!

I came here twice before, sushi was alright, entrees are over priced typical Chinese American dishes. Third time, they changed owners, so they couldnt sell alcohol. Also, I wanted the Toro (fatty Tuna belly) and they said it wasnt popular enough or them to sell it.

Great food and service. Wu and Joe, the owners, are personable and friendly. Order one of Wu's sake martinis for a real treat. My wife and I dine there weekly and love it. Enjoy.
