Normans is a great family place to get pizza,wings, sandwhichs you name it. They have great food and the best service in town. They are very friends and do anything to make their coustomers happy.

Rips you off like no ones business. I just ordered a large fry with cheese and cinnamon rolls to get deliver to my apartment (that is basically 2 seconds away, but I have a broken foot and didn't feel like walking). It didn't even reach $8 when they totaled it on the phone. The very attitude-ie teenage girl comes to my door and says its $13. When I asked her how on earth my order was almost doubled in price from the business to my door, she said it was a delivery fee. Johns in town delivers for $1.50. Go with them. Way better and nicer people.

Normans is super underrated. They have a wide variety of very good food. The girl who is normally delivering is super nice and lovely to have around. Everyone seems generally really nice! Their pizza is good, they deliver quickly, and the staff is friendly. Norman is super nice, never had a problem with him. It's sad to hear bad experiences from there, but I guess everyone has a bad day and everyone has different experiences.

The lady that takes your order is INCREDIBLY rude! It is unreal that a person can be that rude and insulting when you're just trying to make an order. Even worse, when you are kind she CONTINUES to be a real b****. How does this place stay open?? I will never order from this place again, and I highly, highly, advice anyone to go anywhere than here for food. Worse service I have ever experienced!

Awesome alternative to Johns in Edinboro. A lot of people I know don't even know about Normans, nor that they deliver. Weird, because their variety is massive compared to John's, their speciality pizzas are totally awesome and everything I've had from there has been above average/great tasting. Not sure what happened the day Katie left that review. Sucks. Thats happened with me John's so often that I more or less stopped ordering from them. Sorry to hear that. Every time I've ever called them they've been really friendly, and the people who deliver are super nice. Nothing but great things to say about them, to be honest :) Prefer it to other places in Edinboro

The man that owns Norman's was so rude to us. We've been ordering from Norman's for years, and beside the somewhat snippy lady that usually takes orders, everything's been good. Tonight they messed up our order. No big deal, right? I guess it was. I called back asking they bring the food they missed. They said they'd call us back. They never did. So I called again. They were kind of rude but said they'd bring the food. They brought us the wrong food. We called back to see if we were being charged for the food we never got a the owner flipped on my fiance. Apparently he didn't like the fact that "he made us a free sub for nothing." Then he hung up on us. He was extremely rude and out of line. Maybe they didn't write the order down correctly. That doesn't matter. If they would have told us that we wouldn't have minded. But it was nothing to get so angry about. We just wanted to make sure we weren't being charged. We're never going to Norman's again. You should NEVER yell at your customers. It really shouldn't have been a big deal. But instead it became a huge ordeal. Ridiculous and uncalled for. This is how NOT to run a business.
