I love everything about Dairy Supreme (almost), I actually hadn't had a malt shake before the Dairy Supreme, turned out to be something I get once a week, now. They also have a pretty massive selection of food, their clam basket and kraut+cheese Kielbasa are my girlfriend and I's favorite so far. I feel bad for not taking advantage of this place as often as I should have all these years in Edinboro. There are two things preventing me from giving them a full five stars. First, is the ATROCIOUS english on the sign. "Everything" is "in" quotes "for" emphasis. Someone needs to fix that, that isn't how quotes "work"! Additionally, some of the sizes are listed like this "Regular Thick Monster Thick" "Can I have the 2nd kind of thick, please?" Also, instead of saying "pound" as in a "1/2 pound of clams" it's written "#", as if you're using a phone directory. I was puzzled on what "1/2 # of clams" meant, until I realized they meant "lb". SUCH nit-picky things, but it bothered me. Great ice cream stand though, Dairy Supreme. Great ice cream stand.

We stop here frequently, and did so on Sunday evening to get flurries. I had a cookie dough flurry and my wife had a hot fudge brownie flurry. Both of them were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately they were out of the cake batter ice cream that we'd been craving, but that was okay as there are always plenty of other things on the menu worth trying. The only thing keeping me from giving a five star review is that the teenage employee was a little surly and more interested in talking to her friends than serving us with a smile.

I love little ice cream shops like this and they are hard to find any more. We travel all over the states and small town USA is about the only place left that have little shops like this.....This was a neat little place with great treats. Always looked forward to spring when they would reopen, friendly people serving up frozen treats with a smile.
