The stuffed burgers are amazing, although the selections seem a bit odd, the combinations will truly suprise you. The specials change weekly so there's something new to try everytime you go back, another way to enjoy the specials as long as you have no food allergies is to just order a number 1,2, or 3 and just wait for it to be placed in front of you. Although on busier nights and with large groups your food could take awhile to be served, stopped in with my girlfriend and her family and waited almost a complete hour after we placed our order for out food. All and all the atmosphere is good and the burgers are amazing. If you can deal with slow service on occasions then this place will keep you coming back for weeks.

The stuffed burgers seem odd when you first look over the menu, but it seems the odder they are the better they. If you are going here go for the burgers. Small beer selection and generic soda... But the burgers make me a regular

Stuffed Burgers are the pull here - and they were great. There's a rewards program, if you eat so many burgers, you get one free sort of thing. Be prepared to wait 1-hour for food, so don't come too hungry! The atmosphere is more of a lunch spot... not quaint/darkly lit like a standard Irish pub. Wish the atmosphere was better so the hour long wait wouldn't feel so long...

First and foremost: STUFFED. BURGERS. You've got to stop by and try one off the menu or from the weekly changing specials! We had one of the specials that was stuffed with egg and bacon, and topped with avocado, cheese, and BBQ sauce, all served on a crispy hash brown! There are many times I thought I've had the best burger of my life but this takes the cake! Other than that, beautiful and spacious bar, gorgeous deck in the back, friendly conversation from Terry, the building owner, and great service and banter from Karen, the owner and bartender, and Barbara, the chef! Great beers and fairly priced. Do yourself a favor and stop in to try a stuffed burger and a beer! $10 for the most amazing (and special) burger you've ever had, includes fresh cut, homemade fries, and delicious homemade pasta salad. Quit reading this and give it a try already!

A second trip, the exact same experience. Small, friendly, and clean. The hours here are hit or miss, so the business will go from very busy to empty at different times. Unfortunately, we still didn't have the opportunity to try their famous stuffed burgers, which get many accolades from folks we've talked to. I'm hoping to update my review of their burgers after I move to Easton. The owner Karen was still behind the bar and was extremely friendly, as usual, and provided us with some great insights on upcoming bar crawls, the restaurant menu, and the bar scene in Easton in general. From my last review my description of the business is the same, "Slainte has a nicely constructed wood bar and the interior of the establishment is filled with clean brick. At the rear of the restaurant there is a patio where people can dine or smoke a cigarette. The business is non smoking inside." Another good experience, we look forward to a trip to sample the menu.

I had a Pancake with Pineapple coconut icing. It was so good. I wanted to get a second. But got a super Colin for the road. Try the sweet burgers. Sound gross but are excellent

The burgers might seem strange to begin with, but the second you take a bite, it's just like Emeril said, BAM! There is nothing else to compare this original deliciousness too. Flavor combinations that absolutely blow your mind! Try them all if you can!

Stuffed burgers are creative and delicious! However, the service is not good. When you are greeted at the bar with "if you want a drink, you'll have to wait" you know it won't go well. Particularly since there were only 5 other people in the whole place.

Please stop by here and try one, or two, or 10 of their stuffed burgers. They are just amazing! The combinations they come up with seem off the wall, but your taste buds will do the happiest happy dance possible. Delicious!

Loved the food here. There were 13 of us there. Most offered the stuffed burgers and they were great. Great service. The ladies that served us were so friendly. Definitely will be back. I agree with previous reviews, combinations are different but were so good!

No axe to grind here as a previous yelper assumed. I also was not looking for a "freebie." It is pretty customary to give a shot glass sample (about an ounce) to a customer who wants to try a new beer. Poor service is poor service and that is the reason for the bad review. I never ate the food here and it might be good but a bad experience goes a long way.

I enjoyed a bacon and cheddar stuffed burger here. The boneless wings app was pretty good. The neighborhood isn't the greatest with section 8 housing right behind this place.. It's too bad it isn't a mile closer to downtown I am sure it would do much better.

If you like burgers, you've got to try slainte. Excellent stuffed burgers with specials changing every week. A great place to go for a beer and burger!

First and foremost, the stuffed burgers are to die for!! Comfort foods, desserts, nachos, Captain Crunch--the burgers have blown my mind time after time. Because everything is made fresh at your request, expect an hour of preparation/cook time--but it's worth the wait! I highly, highly recommend the place, with it's casual, friendly, and genuinely-Irish feel. Compared to how crowded and loud Porters can be, this place may be Easton's best-kept secret.

Had the "Roxy Stuffed Burger" which has cake and Nutella in it. You wouldn't expect them to go together, but they did! Can't wait to go back! Btw, every 6th burger is free!!!

This is a place to go to if you don't mind a little conversation with the bar tender or cook or ...... Karen (behind the bar) and Barbara (in front of the stove) make this place a very welcoming place for a small snack or a full mean. The food is not elegant but is all made on the spot. Their claim to fame is their stuffed hamburgers but the appetizers are interesting and not the norm. And if you want something different from behind the bar, that's available too. Think laid back, think nice atmosphere. Customers are normally locals or someone going to the State Theater. Not a formal night out. Not a dive. Just a nice easy going place. Not as tight and crowded as Porters down the street.

They have successfully reinvented the burger. Their stuffed burgers are amazing. I got the comfort burger, which had Mac n cheese stuffed into the burger. Amazing! Simply amazing! One of our group got the Colin burger. It had peanut butter, bacon, and a peanut butter cup stuffed into it. If you order this everyone at the table will want a bite (which we did). It was the most unique burger I've ever tried. Wow! Great hole in the wall experience!
