Looking for solid yummy food while in town? This is the joint. Been there 3 or 4 times and have tried the breakfast burrito, the Harvest, Green Gobbler sandwiches, and the Apple, almond, and chicken salad. All have been great. Fresh real food. Oh yeah, and the coffee is really good too! Give them the business, we want them around for a long time :)

The food was good. The French toast was pleasurable. The fast food set up I did not like. They need actual waitress. Otherwise you put our Oder in at the counter and they cook it there. At least someone brought it it to us. The coffee was good.

Great, healthy food in a town that has energy. Loved my sandwich and it was perfectly made. A very cool place to eat or take out. The owner kept the place open an extra ten minutes to get my order for me, as I walked in as they were closing. Top notch.

I do enjoy the wraps for lunch, and everything tastes fresh and healthy. There are some interesting choices for paninis and sandwiches, and healthy alternatives for side-dishes like soup or pasta/rice salad. I like the concept of a "green" deli - with the decor mostly being made from recycled items. Neat spot!

Based on customer service only. We never ordered anything. So this is strictly customer service. I called and wanted to send food to a sick client. And the person who answered the phone just now. Couldn't not help me get food to my client.

Very happy to have found this place, not many places serving healthy and tasty food in this area. Had a salad and it was really good at a very reasonable price. The place was really clean and the ambience was very welcoming. Service was great too. My only knock is that the juices/smoothies are made from pulp rather than fresh fruit, but they may have their reasons for it, if that happens they will get 5 stars from me. Will definitely be going back in the future.

The owner and chef of Green Harvest, one Doreen Repsher, has truly gone out of her way to offer Easton's citizenry a relentlessly fresh outpost of sustainable, tasty, artful cooking. No detail seems too little for her to put her unique touch on. She has a can-do, imaginative spirit, and a frank personality that inspires trust. And the food's all hand-crafted. Asking "What's homemade here?" is like asking what part of the ocean is wet. There is also, from the bread to the ice cream freezer, a big effort to stock local goods. All in all, no other cafe comes close in the region. As a newly minted vegan, I'm still in meat and dairy withdrawal, but I just had the most perfect and substantive vegan sandwich I've ever experienced made by Repsher herself before my eyes. I walked into Green Harvest as a set of problems on legs -- not sure if I wanted breakfast or lunch, whiney about being vegan, skeptical of all suggestions, and generally a not happy camper and not ready to be pleased. I left with a little -- actually, not so little -- recyclable carton of vegan yumminess, a crusty Tuscan olive loaf neatly decked out with tabouli, humous, onions, tomatoes, and slices of just-ripe avocado and cucumber. The sandwich is off-menu, but once I mentioned "vegan," Repsher strove confidently to meet my needs. Never was there a hint of frustration or bother. Everything seemed freshly plucked from the yummy tree, and it's obvious that she uses locally grown, organic ingredients whenever plausible. To top it all off, I got a little pot of vegan-friendly potato-salad. My wife's pots often have a homemade israeli couscous salad in them, I've noticed, and yes, it's freaky-good. I don't eat meat anymore, but the menu's thoughtful sandwiches such as beef and brie, lump crab with remoulade sauce, and hot pastrami definitely tickled my inner carnivore, which for now lives in angry dormancy inside me, its little fangs occasionally felt. Non-vegan vegetarians will find plenty of interesting sandwiches, too. Indeed, this is my picky vegetarian wife's absolute favorite sandwich shop within 50 miles. Try as I might, I just can't find anything negative to say about Green Harvest, and that's very unusual for me. Here's one thing, perhaps: Repsher has a very direct personality, and tentative, shy, self-involved people like myself, I suppose, could feel a little nervous about speaking up at the counter? Is that negative enough for you? Overcome the shyness -- or you'll be missing out.

Love the compostable take out utensils/containers and vegetarian fare. Specials update daily so there's always something different.

it gets 4 stars because all of the food is so damn healthy that 3 would be for the same food made with tons of grease and fat. great breakfast, always have really good soups and sandwiches made with all organic ingredients. had a chai latte today and it was excellent.
