This is THE place in the Lehigh Valley for Mediterranean food. It is set up like a grocery store/deli and specializes in soups, sandwiches, wraps, and catering. There is something for vegetarians, vegans, and omnivores alike from their meat-based Schwarmas to their gigantic falalfel sandwiches! They also provide catering which has been a huge hit at many parties I've personally attended - they will cater small dinner parties, large graduation parties or even weddings and their food is always spot-on delicious. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and will make anything special order or offer suggestions based on your tastes. I cannot recommend this establish highly enough.

Small deli, good for catering orders and call in take out. Falafel Wraps with tabouli are strongly recommended trying.. they are huge! definately for 2 people to eat. the owners are extremely friendly and always helpful

I recommend the shawarma. It's my fav, as well as tabbouli, but this place is chock full of wholesome goodness. They even have homemade olive oil. Pure Lebanese paradise.

Found this place completely by accident when looking at flooring in neighboring store. Really great experience with grocery offerings (purchased flatbreads and some bulk spices). Chicken Schwarma (sp?) was outstanding. Need to head back and try some of the other offerings.

Went here one time when visiting my SO's hometown. Was skeptical when she told me there was a good Lebanese place in Lehigh Valley. Lebanese style Mediterranean food is my favorite. The place was interesting to get to and I don't know if I could recreate the trip from Bethlehem to get to the strip mall where this deli/grocery was located. I remember there was a classic car show going on the parking lot. Don't know if this was special, or if this strip mall displays classic cars on a regular basis. Anyway, the store looked like a typical ethnic grocery store. They had different spices, breads, candies, etc. imported from Lebanon and other Mediterranean areas. They even had some homemade olive oil for sale. They had some premade sandwiches and they had some hummus. The hummus here was the best I have found outside of Metro Detroit. If you go all the way to the back of the store you will see where the magic happens. I wanted to try the lamb shawarma, but the day I was there they only had chicken shawarma. I was slightly disappointed, but went for the chicken anyway, because I was curious to try something from this place. The chicken shawarma wrap was outstanding. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The tahini sauce was tangy and delicious. All the vegetables were fresh and crisp. This is really a gem in the middle of nowhere PA. The only reason I could not give it 5 stars is because I wasn't able to try the lamb shawarma. If I ever go back to that area, I will definitely stop by and if the lamb shawarma is as good as the chicken I will have to up my rating to 5 stars. As of right now think of this as 4.5 stars with half a star pending.

If you're looking for authentic mediterranean food, this is the place to go in the area. Whether you want to sit down for a quick meal or take it to go, the food is good, and inexpensive. I've sat down and had the falafel, baba ganoush, and the greek salad and all were excellent. There's also a grocery component here where you can get all sorts of awesome prepared foods and much more. I've tried and really liked the stuffed grape leaves and fig yogurt. They also have fresh breads, high quality oils, and lots of other ingredients you won't find elsewhere.

All towns and cities need a place like this. Swarma all day

Stopped in for the first time since yelp had great reviews. Ordered a fattoush salad. It was very fresh and had plenty of flavor and spices (parsley and mint were the stand outs). It was topped with toasted pita chips and dry seasonings. The dressing was good too - definitely for garlic lovers! The portion was enough for two people to split for lunch. I would recommend calling ahead since they make everything to order. If you can't, it's definitely worth the wait. They also had plenty of dips and salads to choose from in the deli cooler.

Had the chicken shawarma. Pretty good. Would definitely come back again. Call ahead if you're going to want take out (usually takes 10-15min or so).

Nicest family and best service, quality food. It's a gem in town and authentic Lebanese food. They're the most friendliest people in business and always a delight to be there. Everyone loves this place!

Their food is so delicious and they're super friendly! My favorite is the Chicken Mediterranean wrap but today I tried something new, the fig sandwich. It's fig jam, labne and prosciutto on toasted French bread, so good, an awesome mixture of sweet and savory. Try their labne and fig jam in the refrigerated section for a treat.

Just stopped in to check this place out. I had the chicken shawarma. It was packed with nicely flavored chicken & a good tahini sauce on a huge pita (get the large, its worth the extra $2 and you can save it for later). Everything tasted very homemade and authentic. My only complaint is that they had shredded iceberg lettuce as one of the toppings. It took away from the authentic Mediterranean flavors. Next time I know to ask for romaine lettuce or to swap it out completely with some Tabouli salad instead. I also tried the tabouli salad and the hummus and both were very good. I will be back for more, I am happy this store exists! I would like to see a Mediterranean salad topped with rice (such as the caesar), maybe I will ask next time if its possible to make one, although I don't even know if they serve rice. This type of salad is common at Mediterranean joints in Southern California (my old home), and they are amazing! I told the owner they should stay open later and he seemed disinterested. I would definitely eat dinner there but I guess the local population may not support dinner hours in this location.

Im a fan. They are the only middle eastern grocery store I know of in the area so they get a big plus for that. Food was great, and prices were as expected. Its a great little family run spot. Id recommend improvement on the service, but overall Ill be back.

Good spot, but could do without Jerry Springer on TV while I eat. I had the Baba - very good & A Falafel wrap - good as well. I will go back.

The Forks Mediterranean Deli is a gem tucked away on Sullivan Trail in Forks/Easton. There are a lot of Middle Eastern grocery items, such as flatbread, olives, hummus, etc., but typically I hit this place when I'm craving some Shawarma or Falafel. Both are amazing. And the portions? Well, let's just say skip a couple of meals before you eat lunch here! I have two issues: 1) They only have chicken or lamb or beef shawarma on any particular day, so what they have is what you're getting regardless of what you may be craving, 2) They are incredibly slow in terms of service. I've ordered ahead, and STILL been late getting back to the office. If the speed issue is fixed, this is a 5 star place for me!

This is a real cultural gem in the middle of suburbia in Forks Township. Very authentic lebanese food made with care by the family that owns it. It in or call for take-out and when you stop in, pick up some of the unique sundries they offer. My favorite are the roasted chick peas. Chicken Schwarma is outstanding and homemade humus options are great.

This place has the best Shawurma I've ever had in my life. Thursdays they make Lamb Shawurma and it is not of this world. Check out the home-made Mediterranean stuff, spinach pies and lentil soup are my favorite. No complaints its my favorite.

Went here for a lunch date with my husband and son. We weren't sure how to order when we walked in, because they seemed to be a bit overwhelmed at lunch time. Once we got our food, it was WONDERFUL and worth the small wait. It's nice to have authentic food at such a great price and the people were very friendly. We will definitely going back.

Very good food. Had lunch here and the Falafel was delicious and more than enough for one person. Lots of interesting grocery items to browse while waiting for your food. Nice clean seating area to enjoy in store dining. Friendly owners. We will be coming back here.

Bought lunch here a couple of times during a weekend spent in Easton for a softball tournament. Combines a a Mediterranean grocery, deli, and restaurant. It was a pleasant experience browsing through the grocery store and ordering various Mediterranean entrees. My only regret was that they didn't have lamb gyros available that weekend.

Wraps and sandwiches made fresh at a VERY reasonable price. It is a family run operation and everyone is friendly. The meatless kibbi is one of my favorites. Eat in or take out, you will not be disappointed.

Best Shawarma (only Shawarma?) in the Lehigh Valley! Awesome friendly service and super cool Middle-Eastern shop. We'll return often!

Really unbelievably good food! Family owned, and photos from Lebanon adorn the restaurant. Shawruma (is that the correct spelling?) is the best. Lamb is even better than the chicken. Very friendly and accommodating.

how else to put it other than SIMPLY AMAZING. Had the falafel and it was so fresh and crisp and the accomonying toppings were also so fresh. Took home some hummus, probably the best I have ever eaten, bar-none.

As I start all my good reviews...delicious! My friend & I split the Mediterranean sampler: 4 dips (hummus, cucumber yogurt, roasted red pepper & babaganouj) with pita, grape leaves, tabbouleh, olives, & feta cheese. We also ordered a plate of the roasted chicken for a protein boost. It was filling for us girls & we can definitely eat. The staff was friendly & the restaurant & store clean & neat. The food tasted fresh and authentic.

Best taste of the Med, nestled in PA! Good food, good people equals customer satisfaction every time. Truly a gem deserving a feature on Food Network. Their lamb shawarma/gyro/doner tops all others I've eaten, even abroad. Quality meat, juicy, without the usual chunks of fat, cooked perfectly. The meat pies melt in your mouth. Their home pressed olive oil is just heaven. They use their own olives from the old country, and produce every October. You can buy in the deli section. Taste the difference and your favorite oil before will never be the same again. Outstanding service for catering. Call two days in advance for big orders. The food is warm and fresh when you arrive, smartly packed, ready for pick-up.

Dropped in today for the first time to find a great little shop with a ton of great, key staple products from the Mediterranean home! Today's menu featured the chicken shawarma which was delicious, the chicken orzo soup was perfect and spot on! I brought home pita bread, olive puree / paste, and baba ghanoush -- all of them are amazing! I will be going back next Thursday to try the lamg shawarma! Only con for me was that the shawarma only had a little bit of tahini sauce, but that is completely personal preference.

Awesome! I love this place because it's different and the spices are so unique. Get the humus sampler to taste a lot of different flavors. Their sandwiches are wonderful and they have a little market there with Mediterranean items.
