Pricey, especially when you can make a better sad at the supermarket next door. The salad here is decent and fresh, but it's hard yo justify the price especially considering the tame portion sizes and other options in the area.

This is the worst Saladworks I've ever been to! The salad itself was not fresh and neither were the toppings which they barely put on my "salad." I thought maybe my toppings had fallen to the bottom during the car ride but that wasn't the case. There was so little toppings on the salad that I ended up having to find something else to eat because it was pretty much all lettuce. I would've made out a lot better just going to the grocery store next door and getting a bag of romaine lettuce and eating it plain because that's basically what this "salad" was! I was half inclined to go and get my money back! They really need to do something to improve this location. It's horrible!

Worst salad works location ever. There was more bleu cheese then lettuce in my Cobb salad so I had to spend half my lunch picking them out. They poorly made my panini since it seemed like they were not prepared for a lunch rush. Never again.

A decent salad but rendered redundant by the superior salad station at the adjacent supermarket.

Never again. I went to this particular Saladworks awhile ago and thought it was overpriced and not that great, but I decided to give it another shot today. It was very crowded during the lunch rush and the wait was long since there were only two people behind the salad bar. I noticed that a lot of the containers filled with toppings had other toppings that had fallen in there due to the messy salad-mixing process, so, if you're a picky eater, be wary. I got my salad and immediately noticed that the chicken tasted off--almost like it had been microwaved and then kept in the fridge for several days. So, I tried my best to eat around it. While avoiding the chicken, I noticed not one, but two large, hard stumps that you find at the end of a head of lettuce. Not sure how they missed them during the prep since they're pretty big. I tossed them to the side and continued to pick at the rest of the salad. It was bland and none of the ingredients tasted particularly fresh at all. Towards the end of my meal, all I could think about was how grateful I was that they gave me a roll since that was pretty much the only edible thing on my tray. Except right before I finished eating the roll, I realized that there was mold inside of it. That really sealed the deal for me. I also figured I'd mention that I got really sick a few hours later and can only imagine that it was something I consumed at Saladworks since I hadn't eaten anything else in between. If you're looking to spend $10 on an unappetizing and frankly, unsanitary salad, by all means, this is the perfect place for you.

The service here is horrible. As I write this, I've been waiting in line 10 minutes while 2 employees inefficiently try to collaborate on each member of the small family in front of me. Two people have given up and left the line since I've been here.

At our office we decided to order from Saladworks because they have a $6.00 lunch special for any salad. I would certainly NOT RECOMMEND going there. My Greek salad was missing onions, but did come with moldy feta cheese, rotten (or frozen?) cucumbers and one squishy grape. Gross! I did call and ask to speak with the supervisor. She apologized and asked if they could send a new one over. I appreciated the offer, but had eaten the roll and our lunch time was over anyway. Perhaps a less busy day would be better- but there is no excuse for rotten food : (

This location is busy around lunch time but most of the time there are always tables available. Its always clean and well laid out. For a chain they do a nice job.

Lunch time fare craving a taste for salad. Lunch time crowds are what I'm assuming the peak times are for this location. The few times I have been here the line has been 10 persons long and they only have one person making the salad and one person as the "mixer". Food wise this places is good, however, the (lack) of customer service at such a busy time is a potential turn off.
