As pretty much the only actual coffee shop/bistro type place in Corry, I kind of have to like it by default. But it actually is a pretty nice place. If I was only rating it based on its actual coffee products and food variety, I might give it a 3. Much of the food is kind of plain, except their Rachel and Emmie sandwiches are delicious and well worth it. I haven't been there in more than a year, so the situation may be different, but when I was there last the actual coffee products were nothing to write home about; I think they just needed some more practice/training with making espresso drinks. If they spruced up their drink preparation and included a few more interesting food items, I'd give them 5 stars. But the location, decor and ambiance are a lot of why I like it. It's in a nice downtown storefront, has ample seating including a couple comfy couches. Some kind of pleasant music is always playing and the place just looks very nice. It's situated close by other downtown places like the used bookstore, a couple antique shops, a pizza place and the city park. Also, their free wi-fi is a draw, too. Good place to just relax and check your email, also a good stopping point for a cold winter day. Overall, I'm really grateful they're still open, since Corry really needs a place like that. I hope they continue to grow and thrive.

As long as you have an hour to kill, the foods not that bad. But why would a egg salad sandwich ever take 46 minutes to make.... the only other customers in the place already had their food. I wish this place would get it together, it has potential.

Oh Brazil Nut how I wanted to love you. I have to agree with the other reviewers. The coffee is mediocre at best. It's sad to say but I've gotten better coffee at Tim Hortons. The few times I've had food the wait has been terrible. Once I waited 45 mins and had to go back to work hungry because they hadn't even started my food yet.

Not a bad food menu for breakfast and lunch. Don't waste your money on a latte or cappuccino; all you'll get is espresso and warm milk.

Something has gone wrong in this shop. My family has used the Brazil Nut as our coffee spot and cafe for the past several years while visiting family in Corry. Our recent visit was a disappointment. The espresso based drinks and brewed coffee were genuinely bad. The K Cup based coffee was good but K Cups are not what I expect in a coffee shop. This was a mid morning coffee stop so I cannot speak for changes in food. Nor do I intend to give them the chance to destroy those memories as well. If coffee is important to you in Corry, you will need to bring your own.

People of Corry, stop in and support the Brazil Nut! I did and had some great coffee and a fluffly and stuffed ham and cheese omelette. I was only in town for the Thanksgiving weekend to visit family, otherwise I'd become a regular. Small businesses like this is just what downtown Corry needs, and Corry needs to step up and make sure they prosper. A few suggestions for the ownership...specifically regarding my omelette. Loved that I had the option to have cheddar cheese, and not just the standard american. The cheese was only half melted, and when the food came to the table is was only slightly warm. Make sure that food is coming out piping hot! My Americano coffee WAS piping hot, and delicious! Also, loved the wi-fi access, as it allowed me to get the BN up on Yelp and add a photo of the dining area. Consider adding a nice nook near one of the large windows where you could set up a sofa and a couple of lounge chairs and a coffee table, so people can come in and just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and a little baked good. Stay classy, Brazil Nut. I like what i'm seeing. When I'm in town visiting my parents, i'll be sure to stop in...so don't go nowhere!
