I don't get to go to Qdoba much because the only one in Northern Delaware is right in downtown Wilmington and not so easy to access. So when I saw that this Qdoba wasn't far from where I was and that they were open on New Year's Day, I figured I ought to try it. I think the biggest problem I have with Qdoba is menu prices. Over $8 for a smothered burrito that isn't even packed with ingredients is not a good deal. Secondarily, the arrangement of tables in this restaurant is such that when the place is busy, everyone is blocking everyone else at the beverage bar.

Qdoba's actually growing on me. I first ate at one my first year at Temple, and then stopped for four years due to my feelings about their then-low quality meats. Now, I'd rather go to a Qdoba than a Chipotle any day, particularly for one reason: Choose Two. Three tacos is too much for me, two tacos & gumbo is just right. Their gumbo is pretty tasty and their meat is much better these days. This location is clean & quick.

Service was nice. Food was horrible. Everything was Bland, over cooked meat, cold stale chips, cold salsa. For lunch time in December 2014 this is pretty bad. (F.Y.I. Little salt is good but Adding more salt does not fix the flavor & texture of your food. ) ive stayed clear of this place like the plague since the 1st time ive been here im not that desperate. Im amazed of all the good reviews maybe this is ok quality for the lighter complected customers who might not know better or maybe management has changed. I was raised on latin food & from a state where it comes in abundance by a variety of ethnicity's. This place is a "No way Jose"

been there 3 times, and I never know what I want but I always create a burrito. They are very patient with me and the burritos are very yummy! No Complaints for me

This place is okay. It's healthy, but I personally think they lack some important item choices. Their salsa is blahhh, add Cholula sauce and it's good. Their taco beef is really really dry and kind chewy! not the texture i expected in my taco. The naked taco salad is a disapointment, lacks dressing choices. The menu overall lacks diversity. I'd even go as far as to say the food is bland. The service sucks. Like it really does. The girl who took my order appeared impaitient when there was literally no one else in the establishment. The older woman with the color blocked hair that works there seemed to have much better customer service skills. Wish I had given her my order instead. I probably won't go here again. I'd rather risk my arteries and spend a little less at California Tortilla just off the next 422 exit.

My review of this Qdoba is pretty similar to the one in Audubon, so I'll just provide a summary: the chicken burrito with queso is very delicious! Generally I get it with the spicy habanero sauce (the hottest Qdoba offers). I would give this location 5 stars, but when I went, they didn't offer a drink plus chips/salsa as the Audubon location does (maybe they do offer this now?). I went on Cinco de Mayo, and yes, there was a very, very long line, but I can't deduct any stars for that...the wait is to be expected. By the way ,be sure to join the loyalty program and you can earn points towards a free entree! (Plus, you can get double points on Tuesday.)

I'm so glad this complex added this fast food place. It's clean and new! The line can get a little long on Friday nights but it's worth it. The food is similar to Chipotle Mexican Grill but smaller burritos. The meat flavors are pretty good- I have had the pork and chicken, which are moist and tasty. It's nice that when you take orders to go, they take that into consideration and separate the toppings for the nachos. I would come here again ifI have a taste for tex-mex. PS. the guac portions are small.

For a Chipotle type burrito experience, the food is decent. The staff, on the other hand, were below my expectations. I let the server know I was going to get a bowl and a burrito to go. "Chicken or steak?!", he proposed, as if pork was not an option. Then when making the bowl, he asked if I wanted cheese and/or sour cream. I opted for cheese, no sour cream, and the server repeated it back to me... then proceeded to spoon sour cream all over my bowl. I wasn't going to be wasteful and ask him to make another one but I think this guy would be better off in an environment where everything is made one way as opposed to made to order. Maybe he was new ? There was no line or any other patrons being served, no excuse for being so bad at what you do. I have been to the Trooper Road location a few times and never had a sub par experience like at Providence Town Center.

Let me say I am new to the Burrito thing. Absolutely Delish. I have been here about four times and every time is wonderful. I either get a Burrito, or a Taco Salad....also a side of Nachos and Queso with either or. Never had a bad customer service experience here. Place is pretty clean, never been in the bathroom. So I definitely would recommend it, for anyone who loves burritos!

I rolled in with 18 people- my FH team. They did fairly well getting us in and out. There is enough seating to accommodate a large group like the one I brought in but it was a little tight for sure- the seating set-up is a little wacky. There is also outdoor seating. The food was good and fresh- I noticed a TON of kids from nearby Ursinus College were stopping in for dinner so it was hoppin'. Accidents happen in food service and I felt the fire on this one- there was some plastic in my burrito- near the VERY end of it so I ate almost all of it. They offered to make me an whole new one- I declined but opted for a cup of guac because I'm a g-fiend. They were very apologetic and pretty embarrassed and I suppose that's all I can ask for- again, accidents happen.

Beware, the Yelp map is off and shows the wrong location. This is across the Wegman's in Collegeville. The service does need to be improved a bit to make it more efficient. Their chicken quesadilla is pretty good.

Been there a few times and each time the chicken has a mix of dried, hard little chicken cubes. Kinda annoying - why can't they toss those out when they are chopping the chicken in the kitchen? Haven't had the shredded beef or pork but, I heard it was ok. The toppings are good/fresh. The restaurant is very, very clean. The servers/food prep people have an attitude though and even if I'm the only person in line, they still want to rush me through. That's annoying too. With all that said - I will still go back for more when I don't feel like cooking and want some inexpensive mexican.

Gross! For a new place it was dirty, messy, unorganized and the folks working there could care less. Stopped by at 7:30pm on a Monday night and wasn't busy (only 3 people in there) but after 10 minutes no acknowledgement it was taking forever to even take an order. Glad I had the time to evaluate and look around the place because I lost my appetite! Won't return. And, oh, the long frizzy hair behind the counter...instead of having it draping in your face as you handle food, try a pony tail in the back or better yet, a hair net.! Ick!

Every other week visitor. Never gets our order wrong. And never complains about having to wrap a one pound burrito. Ty.

If you're looking for vegetarian choices, don't even bother. The veggie burrito was incredibly vinegary and salty, could not taste anything else. The manager was completely indifferent and didn't even offer to attempt to fix it.

I'm really surprised at the great reviews here, especially when you have the Audubon location for comparison. I tried this Qdoba out and the Audubon one blows it away in the most important aspects, food and service. I was really excited to have a Qdoba so close to work, 5 minutes, when the Audubon location is 15 minutes away. However after our lunch experiences at this Qdoba my co-workers and I just opt to make the hike to Audubon. The staff here doesn't seem to have their act together and the burritos they serve are noticeably smaller (read less packed) than what you get at the Audubon location. One time when I was here for lunch the girl making my burrito was having trouble wrapping it and so she finally gave up and asked another guy to do it. She had mangled the tortilla so badly from repeated wrap attempts that the guy said he needed a new one so he dumped the contents into the new tortilla. However a large portion of the burrito contents were now mashed onto the old tortilla and he threw it away and didn't replace the contents in the new tortilla wrap. He handed me the burrito and I said, "hey, you just threw a lot of my burrito away" to which he shrugged and replied "it happens!". On a separate occasion my office placed a fairly large order with this store and they didn't give us a bunch of the sides we were supposed to get. Maybe in the future we'll try this location again but for now it seems to me that they have a lot of work to do if they want to be as good as the Audubon Qdoba.

I love Mexican Cuisine and it is awesome to have a cool new hip place here in Collegeville that serves it. Their food is cooked fresh, as I had seen them cooking chicken and some meats on the grill in the back of the counter. I love the grilled vegetable burrito. It is packed with flavor and it has that char taste of something that was just pulled off the grill. I love that taste so much. Their queso is alright but to me it tastes like Velveeta cheese with some peppers thrown into it. I prefer the guacamole. The last time I had gone there I was a little thrown off when our bill came to 21 dollars for two burritos and 1 thing of queso. Apparently, I when I had ordered my burrito I got grilled vegetable which is standard for what I got anyway. So when I asked why I was charged for the vegetables they were like well they were not suppose to come with what I had ordered which in turn the grilled vegetable burrito included that? I did not let that get me down. Their food here is very very good I just love it. So you have a hankering for Mexican favorites such as tacos, taco salads or burritos check out Qdoba. You will not be disappointed.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
