I've given Not Joes 3 tries to make good in my book. This last time will officially be my last time. I ordered a quesadilla with cheese, green peppers and onions. It was the greesiest, sloppiest mess I've ever encountered. Also, the salsa seems very bland to me. I ordered hot salsa, and it seemed milderer than even your average mild... On the other hand, the guest service is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I just wish their food was more appealing and I would make this my regular lunch stop!

This place is similar to Chipotle, Qdoba, and Moe's. Appearance: Place was clean and has colorful modern decor. Staff: Didn't have any employee interaction until it was time to pay for the order. (You place your order using a touch screen system that's user friendly.) The cashier was friendly and helpful when I asked if could have my sauce on the side. Price: A little pricey for Tex-Mex, but no more than the restaurants mentioned above. Ordered chips & salsa, two entrees, and two fountain sodas for $23.16. Food: My husband and I enjoyed the chips & salsa. I don't normally care for salsa at most places, but their salsa had a nice flavor. I ordered grilled chicken breast tacos and my husband had a pulled pork burrito bowl. He chose to have salsa in his burrito bowl. A bunch of salsa was dumped on top, which made it look unappealing at first. Once he mixed it all together it looked fine. He said his meal was pretty decent, but he would order that meal without salsa next time because it made everything wetter than he likes normally. I liked my tacos as well. The grilled chicken in them had good flavor, but like him, I also had salsa on mine and would get it without next time for the same reason.

Went just before lunch to beat the rush .Did get busy later ,well it was lunch time .Touch screen order witched I liked .The staff was friendly they all were smiling make me think I am at a positive work place.Had a Southwest Bandittos .Very flavorful . I will try something else next time .A must try place .

Since the opening back in November, I think I've been here 5 or 6 times. I've had the nachos, a burrito salad a couple of times, and burritos. Everything has been great. You have your choice of 6 meats I think: grilled marinated steak or chicken, pulled pork, chicken, or beef, or ground beef. This may depend on what you buy, not sure. You order at a touch screen, and the friendly folks are willing to answer any questions you have - The menu is a lot bigger than you would guess, including burgers, sandwiches, soups, flatbreads, and enchiladas. Eventually I'll work my way through it! Oh - the sodas are also free of fructose-syrup, and they taste great :) I feel that Not Joes is better than Chipotle - the variety is better, the service is better, and the sauces are great. Everything is made from fresh food, and isn't full of stuff you don't want to eat. I think I saw somewhere that they try to source stuff locally too - could be wrong. They're located inside the Carlisle Point Plaza Mall - down toward Lowes. Go check them out!
