Just stopped in for lunch on a Friday. No line or waiting. Quick to get your order and serve it up. And great meal anytime.

This new location on Washington Rd in McMurray is only so-so. It is a brand new building and looks nice from the outside but it is cramped and awkward on the inside. Every turn I felt I was in someone's way. Even the men's restroom is awkwardly situated. I only mention this because the building is new. The beans were not drained before being put into my tacos. And by not drained I mean there was a measurable puddle in the bottom of the dish that my tacos were drowning in. Taste-wise everything was on par with my usual experience of late at chipotle. But after spending $28 for 3 people, I want to walk away feeling happy for going and that wasn't the case today.

I'm a big fan of chipotle, I typically rock the barbacoa burrito bowl or veggie salad with a mountain of guac. This location is so-so compared to others. There is usually a line around the store for the weekday lunch rush until around 12:30, and they are not very generous with their meat portions - you may have to ask for more. Don't even think about ordering online for lunch time take out, earliest available time is usually around 1:15. I think they have had issues with too many take out orders at lunch time slowing them down in the past so that could be why. Some experiences employees have been less than pleasant, but recent trips have been better. In the end my vice for Chipotle and the food quality has trumped the average customer experience at this spot, I guess when your good...your good.

In the past decade, it seems that burritos and tacos have seen a resurgence in popularity. I like Qdoba an awful lot (I enjoy the one a short walk from my office in downtown Pgh)--and Moe's is also quite good. However, Chipotle is a notch above. Everything is just a *little* (this is me putting my thumb and forefinger close together) better at Chipotle. If I'm ordering, I'm generally getting a chicken burrito bowl. By getting the bowl rather than the tortilla you are saving yourself calories and fat. And, I've come to prefer it this way. Treat yourself and get extra chicken. It's a bit more, but worth it. I know that each location varies in quality of food/service/staff/atmosphere. I didin't love my Qdoba experience in Morgantown all that much and the people at the Moe's downtown (Pgh) are kind of dicky. However, my experiences at the Peters location have only been positive.

This is the first time I ate here. Online ordering was great! Ready 25 minutes after placing the order. Exactly when it said it would be ready. Food was fresh and order was correct. Kids meal is a large portion for my 5 year old.

Way to slow for fast food. Waited for more than 30 mins at 11:30 and no one seemed to care. They were taking food from the main line to fill the take out table. Completely unprepared and inefficient. I won't wait again.
