You always know you'll get a great meal at Five Guys! Good burgers, and of course the peanuts are a favorite. The service here was fast and great, too.

Let me start off by saying two things: 1. I am in no way cheap and have no problem paying money for food. 2. I understand that in the food business you sometimes have to raise prices due to food costs. Especially beef prices. With that being said, my wife and I ordered a Five Guys the other day. We got 3 little bacon cheeseburgers (just the single patty), a large and small fry, and one large drink. This meal came to $30.15. I was a little taken back by the price! But I still payed it because I love Five Guys and was expecting the quality I always get here. Well, when I got home and unwrapped my burger I was shocked! I had to ask the old Wendy's question, "where's the beef?!?!". The patty was literally half the size in thickness that it had always been, not to mention burnt to a crisp! Our other two burgers were the same way too! If you are going to raise prices in order to maintain quality, I'm fine with that. But if you raise prices and lower your quality, that's a recipe for disaster! Oh, let's not forget about the fries....the greasiest fries I've ever had in my life. Yes, I know they are deep fried, but you can't just dump them right out of the fryer basket into the bag. You need to let them drain for a second! I can't express how disappointed I am in Five Guys. I've always raved about their burgers and even supported them when I wrote my review for Freddy's Steakburger! I've lowered my review to two stars. The only thing keeping them from getting one star is the hopes that this may have just been an off day. But I don't think I'll ever return to find out! For $30.15 I could have gotten a feast at some other places.....not 3 tiny burnt burgers and greasy soggy fries!

This place is the winner, over and over and over! The Place: Burger joint with a charged attitude. Open kitchen, tile walls. Can get noisy/bustling. Peanuts along the columns and sacs of potatoes to the side. Burger drawings pinned to a section of the wall. This place emanates a sort of USA home town pride. Service: Very friendly, direct and optimistic! They have a system and it works. Quality: The burgers, fries and everything in between is pretty basic; straight forward and fresh. My favorite are the fresh cut fries made in peanut oil. Oil makes such a difference, it can dictate weather you'll feel sluggish or energized a few hours later. Value: Doesn't get any better. Aside from paying extra for bacon and cheese everything else stacked is inclusive! Worth every penny here and wont break the bank. My Typical Visit: Bacon cheese all the way (Meaning put almost everything on it) then I add some more, pair it with a fountain drink and split cajun fries with whomever is with me. What makes it a winner: Consistency. I always know what to get and they always execute without issue. Caution: Stay away if you have peanut allergies. They got peanuts and the fries that are made in peanut oil. Please don't be that person who walks in and complains about the peanuts, peanuts are all over the place. Bonus: Free Peanuts while you wait!

I'm not some kid living from paycheck to paycheck and watching where I spend every dollar. I can afford to buy any meal I want. However these folks have finally reached my value/price limit. I love Five Guys. I started going to them when they opened their first shop in Arlington, VA. I love the burgers and the bun they use. I love the Cajun fries, I love the look of the place. I even love the background music. Today I visited and it was exactly as expected. My standard double cheeseburger, small Cajun fries and small drink were all four stars. The service was no problem. The place was clean. HOWEVER, THE MEAL I JUST DESCRIBED WAS $13.25! THAT'S OVER THE TOP FOR ME. A FAMILY OF FIVE SITTING NEXT TO ME TOOK ONE LOOK AT THEIR BILL AND SAID NEVER AGAIN! I'm reducing my rating to three stars based upon their value not the quality of their food.

This review goes to any parents with young children. I have been to this five guys on a few occasions over the last few years. The food has always been good for what it is, and I have no complaints about the food. My complaint lies with the staff. My wife and I are often in the shopping center on the weekend with our two small children hitting the various stores. We often pass the five guys as it's in the corner of the L shaped shopping center. Today while passing by the five guys with our children we could hear several of the the five guys employees having a rather vocal conversation. It was nothing bit profanity consisting of numerous f-bombs. I get people have bad days. But if we can hear you all the way up by hand & stone screaming the f-word at each other maybe you ought to keep it down. Normally I wouldn't take the time to write a review like this, but sadly this isn't the first time we have overhead arguments like this coming from the folks over at five guys.

A chain restaurant with tasty burgers. Always order a small fry, because they always put extra in your brown paper bag, more than enough to share with another person. Would be nice if they had value meals, Be prepared to spend over $20 for 2 burgers an order of fries and 2 drinks. Fries are hit or miss if they are soggy they definitely are going to suck but if they are crispy they are delicious. Enjoy free peanuts while you wait for your order.

This is the best fast food burger in the area. A little pricey for fast food but on a different level from the others.

Awesome burgers. Haven't had one in months. Got it as take out so I haven't seen what the restaurant looks like yet. Will try to eat in next time I'm in Broomall.

Just got back from there not more than a half hour ago. The food is still good. I'm not a fan of the atmosphere though. The workers were loud and robunkious. I'm all for having a good time, we did when I worked there but at the time we went, they were clapping and and yelling back and fourth at each other. It wasn't even about orders. Anyway, they forgot to put BBQ sauce on my friend's burger and since she grabbed I food, I went to grab a side order of sauce. The manager saw me standing right at the pick up counter. She did not acknowledge me. She looked at me and continued send out orders so I waited patiently. She walked away from me. I actually had to call her over to get a side of sauce that they forgot to put on. Not once did I see someone come out and clean the tables and the peanut shells off the floors. When I worked there, if it was slow enough where they didn't need the cashier's help in the back, I was upfront making sure everything was spotless. Maybe I am just harder at this 5 guys because I spent 3 years there getting perfect scores on secret shops so I know what is expected of the workers.

I'm truly not a burger gal but their burgers are pretty good for a chain. Fresh cut fries and peanuts for fun. What more can you say. Five guys are alright. I had the cheese burger and fries combo. My son had the bacon cheese burger and daughter had the kids cheese burger. They both loved their food. Yummy and quick.

This was where I tried Five Guys for the first time and promptly fell in love. Great burgers, nice staff, and clean location.

My favorite fast food burger - no others compare. In fact since I was turned on to 5 guys a few years ago I stopped eating at other fast food "burger" places. The fries are delicious, the burgers are so tasty. I have to stop myself from going here more often - usually I take a look at the calorie count of all that tastiness and then take a long look in the mirror, that does the trick! But sometimes... sometimes what's bad for my diet is good for my soul and I'm good with that.

Great juicy hot burgers with crispy fresh French fries. On this visit, the kitchen was being run by a guy who put a lot of hustle in his work when the place filled up. We would hire this guy in a heart beat. Burgers are a bit pricey - two cheeseburgers, one fry, and one soda fo 15 dollars.

I love me some Five Guys!!! The burgers are not too thick, not too thin and you can pack on as many fixins as you want. The secret to the fries is peanut oil, and man does it make a rich yummy difference. If you are craving a drippy and delicious burger, look no further. Bonus...price is cheap and the service is great.
