Quite bad. I was at Napoli a few months ago. The vegetables were out of a can and soggy, the cheese was not of a high quality either. I would never eat there again. It could be because I am spoiled from the great places in my hometown that are known nationwide for their high quality food. But in any case, if you have a pallet that can't just accept anything then don't eat here. If you are a frequent Arby's user then you will probably be fine.

We ordered garlic twists and a 16" pizza. The pizza was fantastic, the garlic twists were dripping with butter, which was too much for us, but someone else might like that. I would recommend going to this place for the food, but based on my experience and other reviews I've read, I would say brace yourself for not the best customer service experience. Here are the details of my experience: My husband and I were visiting a friend in Baden on a Thursday night and we hadn't eaten dinner yet. It was 9:20 at night and we called this place. The female who answered the phone informed my husband: "We don't do delivery." A pizza place that DOESN'T deliver??!?? Are you kidding me? That, in my opinion, is one of the stupidest business choices I've ever heard of. The female on the phone also told my husband that she'd take our order, but we had to pick it up in 10 minutes because they were closing. We rushed to get there, made it in 12 minutes (I did the best I could without breaking the law of speed limits too much), and our order wasn't ready. I paid for it and tried to make polite chit-chat with the guy behind the counter for the next couple minutes while our stuff finished cooking (baking?), thanking him for taking our order, explaining that we were really hungry and I was really grateful that they took our order so late at night, but the music was so loud that he couldn't hear me and I ended up having to yell at him so he could hear me. At least he smiled and told me to have a good night when he packed up our order and handed it to me. As far as the product goes, I was very happy, but they only get 2 stars from me because they don't deliver, after rushing to get there because they told us to our food wasn't ready when they said it would be, and I had to YELL appreciation at them for taking our order when they were about to close because the music was so loud.

Their bell peppers are nothing short of incredible. Sauce is to die for. Not open Sundays and no delivery are major drawbacks. Salads are excellent, heaping with lots of fresh cheese and veggies. Sicilian pizza feeds a crowd. Repeat customers!

What a treat to be back in the burgh and find my old pizza joint alive and kicking (in business since 1977) They still make both pies and squares here. The dough is made daily! The cooks toss and spin it right in front of you before tossing it in the huge ovens. The crust has just the right pull and chewiness to it. The crust is the star. The more expensive places can't touch this. The decor has not changed like..ever and a large Pizza at lunch ran us only like $13.00 with toppings! Awesome. This is authentic New York, Italian, roll that bad boy up and eat it, style. There are several Napoli's Pizza Shoppes located in Pittsburgh and the burbs, I suggest you check it out..

Get the garlic breadsticks! They are the best I've ever had. Pizza was decent. Service was TURRIBLE! I had to walk to our waitress 3 times (she was sitting behind the counter 10 feet away) to get more drinks, ice in the drinks, and the check. She basically took our order and then forgot about us, and we were the only people there!!! So, get takeout, but do not dine in unless you want the worst service ever.

Pizza or Restaurant ... same place different signage. Lots of people go here for lunch and pizza. Convenient and next to a state liquor store and dollar store. My two experiences have been meeeh ... okay but really, Conway Pizza about .5 miles away has much better pizza and subs. And made in front of you. f8 and be there.
