This is my local shop and these guys will help you with whatever you need. In my experience, they are usually just a little bit cheaper than most the other B&Ms in the area. Good juice selection and lots of hardware to choose from.

This shop is so amazing I don't even know where to begin... I'll try to keep it simple I guess. Kevin is THE MAN & the prices here are literally unbeatable on any product. The product selection is outstanding too!

Some of the prices are a bit higher than other places, but most are pretty average. They have a nice selection and knowledgeable, friendly staff. This is also one of the first I've been to that didn't have a sketchy 'head shop vibe.' This is also one of the few that didn't try to hard sell. The combination of the hobby aspects of vaping and quitting smoking tends to create a lot of enthusiasm, and other vape shops I've been to take advantage of this to hard-sell like crazy without people really realizing it; I've encountered the hardest hard-selling that I've ever experienced at vape shops, yet only received rave reviews. The employees here have all been good about giving info and advice without pressure. I'd suggest taking some of the poor reviews here with a grain of salt; there will always be some customers that don't like a place for some reason (or no reason), and every shop will have a problem customer or two, but 99.9% of people will have a positive experience here. Also, no physical store is going to be able to offer the prices of online-only stores (despite claims I've seen in reviews for other vape shops here). The only thing I could recommend to the owner would just be to spruce up the decor a bit, carry more high-end liquids (like Halo and Five Pawns), and perhaps offer a loss-leader or two.

Staff is extremely friendly and knows everything about vaping. First vape shop I ever went to. Stopped in at a lot of other ones, and they didn't really have a good feel. Employees are laid back. Good place to try a ton of flavors and relax in the a/c while you vape.

Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Tonite I called at 7:45 and asked how late they stayed open. 8 she says. I told her I'd try and get there by then. She waited till a little after and I was impressed. Friendly and got me what I needed quick. Thanks! :)

I heard about this place from some friends that had seen it. It's a bit out of my way but I happened to be down that way so I wanted to stop in and check out the ejuice supply I walked in and was greeted by the lady behind the counter. She was working with a customer at the counter and a 2nd customer was sampling some of there ejuice selection. I browsed the inventory. The customer she was helping seemed to be having a issue with his mech mod. The guy kept trying to tell her when he puts the battery in his other mod it works fine but in the one it doesn't seem to.work as well. She kept telling him it worked fine and he bought it 3 months so there was nothing she could do. He seemed truly unsure why it wasn't working very well and the only advise I heard her offer was to check the floating pins. In my opinion this was a customer who was sold a product and not educated on how to properly use or maintain it. He was calm the entire time I was there and she seemed very impatient and short with him. She even snatched his mod out of his hand and told him it was working fine. I find this very unprofessional and potentially dangerous not educating a customer on how to use a mechanical mod. In the 5 min I was in the shop she showed no real intrest in helping him or educating him. I finally just walked out cause that's not the type of place I want to give my hard earned money too. I def won't be going back in even if Im back in that part of town

I have found my new go-to store for all my vaping needs! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and I got to try all the juices I wanted to before I bought them. I don't understand the one stars here.... there is no cigarette smoking in this lounge, it's vape only.... and everything is reasonably priced. And I have shopped around, in stores and online.... and the prices are right around what everyone else charges... you just get people that care and help you and you get to taste test everything! I will be back as soon as I need more peanut butter chocolate juice and omg I love the strawberry champaign! Edited to add: I had an issue... I contactedted the store. The owner immediately contacted me and is helping me with my issue personally, and I have received customer service that far exceeded my expectations!

This place rocks! I'm new to vaping and wanted a smoke free alternative. The last place I visited weren't very helpful and recommended some bad juice and felt like I got ripped off. This place has some real smooth juice you won't find anywhere and they were extremely helpful. You gotta to try the super smooth juice called CALLIOPE ("CAL-EYE-OH-PEA"). You'll never look back!

I'm confused the name of the place is luxury vapor lounge but yet their commercial states that they are a smoking lounge. What are they truly about? To me what they are trying to promote is totally against what us vapors are trying to do, and to me it makes us vapors and vape shops look bad.

OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED. They are selling the Kanger Aero Tank for $49 compared to the 30-35 prices around town. Its around $20 online but I understand the local business need to make a buck. Luxury Vapors 150 percent mark up is ridiculous. Plus they have no phone skills there, I thought i was talking to a 14 year old teenager when I called before I made a personal visit. After refusing to pay the $49, I went down to Vape game II on Barbur Blvd and purchased the Aero tank for $30. Great prices and staff at Vape Game 2
