I went through the drive thru for breakfast. I ordered, or tried to order 2 breakfast sandwiches without meat. The girl taking my order says "no cheese" I say no, no meat. She says oh ok number 24 and number 30 no cheese. I say no, no meat, no meat, I don't want any meat.... She says ....no cheese? OMG once more I say no, no MEAT! Then she asks me to come to the window to order, where she's got her face snarled up like I'm the dumbest person she's ever seen does a big sigh and asks me "so what do you want, no cheese or what" and rolls her eyes at me. Never again, never again

On 8/30/2010 I went to Jack in the Box for dinner and when I was in the restaurant there was messy tables and paper and food was on the floor. the manger looked like he climb underneath a rock his shirt was UN tucked his shirt was winkled and one employee had his hand in his pocket when he was cooking.

I like Jack in the Box. This one is a pretty well-run store as most of them are. For the longest time I could count on them to come up with new, and for fast food, different things just about the time their menu started to bore me. Late night, when I used to work second shift, it would be two small chicken sands, add onions, extra mayo, four tacos and a really big fistful of taco sauce. This and a very large dose of fire water was my idea of the way to wind down a day. Now, try eating at Jack's and find something healthy? They are actually one of the worst for eating at and watching your weight. Does this stop me? Oh, there is something about hot weather and those itty sh*tty tacos...sigh. A side salad with the balsamic vignette dressing is a pretty good bet. I'm betting that Paul Newman's makes the dressing, and I'd bet I'm right. You could drink all two ounces of that weird stuff and only do 35 calories. I like it for some reason. Though you would probably have to have your stomach pumped if you used all of it on one little salad. And, as it can only happen in fast food, the extra large plastic cup of pop, a mere 44 ounces of bubbly refreshment, is the cheapest way to get a soda; for the summer, it is $1.00. So, a side salad, a huge plastic jug to have a little bit of regular Coke--I hate diet drinks---and for desert? A couple of my rotten little tacos. I doubt a dietician would approve, but it made me smile. This store always has a floor show of some sort going in the afternoons. Today it was a deeply troubled, though pleasant individual, commenting on everyone's lunch choices. The Really Big Chicken Sandwich Combo that they are advertising heavily? Just shy of 2,000 calories, 12 grams of fat, 2,600 mg of sodium. How many people get a little something extra to go with that combo and giggle about it. Yeah.

I wish I could give this negative stars. We pulled in and ordered: 1 grilled sandwich 1 jumbo Jack meal with cheese and curly fries & a dr pepper 1 stuffed jalapeños 2 jumbo jacks 2 junior jacks 2 chicken sandwiches 1 lg dr pepper What did we get? The wrong grilled sandwich. 1 jumbo Jack with nothing but ketchup (no cheese), half curly fries, half regular, diet coke 2 jumbo jacks, with only lettuce 2 junior jacks, with only ketchup 2 chicken sandwiches, plain Another diet coke. No jalapeños We were also asked to pull around to the front to wait, with no one in line behind us. I'm totally appalled at the lack of service.

Sprite was lacking syrup so tasted just like carbonated water. Tacos were overly greasy and despite ordering them without sauce they were filled with spicy sauce. Fries were limp, greasy and cold. Hamburger was old and dry. Chicken nuggets and egg rolls were overcooked. Also, the only condiment we ordered, ranch, was not given to us. I feel like my family of 4 could have had a better quality lunch for the almost $30 we spent. But that's what we get for trying to go the quick and easy route. Although when you factor in how long we had to wait for our food (over 10 minutes) I don't really consider that fast drive through food.

If I could give it no stars I would. When I got to the counter I wasn't acknowledged. There was a girl on her phone texting behind the register. The drive through guy came over to move her to take my order. She looked at me and backed up a step still texting. I asked the guy if that was normal, he said she's on a break. I walked out. I will never go back. I will also spread the word that this location is horrible.
