Great service, plenty of private parking and indoor/outdoor seating, frap came out right. Bathrooms clean and easy access location. Can't complain about my experience here, though we were just passing through. Thanks Starbucks!

They were fairly friendly, however they were out of ingredients for both of the drinks I ordered. A little disappointing. The drinks didn't taste bad, but we had to do some tweaking to the ingredients. Overall, it was an ok experience.

This Starbucks is a good one. I visit bi-weekly or so & they are always chipper & friendly & that makes a big difference to me! Always pleasant & my order is prompt. I like it!

Starbucks is Starbucks, that being said, they should limit the number of coffee drinks the employees can consume during their shifts. I saw who I presumed to be the shift leader intermittently sipping from his own beverage while preparing others. I appreciate wanting to have energy and enthusiasm for your job, I really do, but this kid was obnoxious. He was trying very hard and very rapidly to chit chat with each of his customers. He really put me on edge. I had to get out of there. It was also crawling with OBU "Intellectuals" who are in dire need of some other place to go hang out and scribble in their mole skins. I am glad I have internet in my own home now so that I never have to go there again.

Its a Starbucks...similar to the countless Starbucks I've been to everywhere from New York City to Mexico City. Fortunately and unfortunately there is a ubiquitous Starbucks location almost everywhere now. I try to patronize the local coffee shops when possible, but there is a dearth of quality (of pretty much anything) in the Shawnee area so I frequent this location. The staff is nice and prompt but sometimes (and this pertains to all Starbucks location) they can be cloyingly annoying and over the top trying to be witty or funny while ordering when all I want is my goddamn green tea! But, this location isn't that bad so when in need of a fix it does in a pinch.
