Quality and service is what I expect. I love the Dairy Queen menu reminds me of my childhood. It's the small things but I love how they turn the blizzards up side down before giving them to you. Always right with my order and quick. I like that they will have cars pull forward and park if an item isn't ready.

Not sure why I keep coming back here. I mean I guess it's the blizzards and the dipped cones. But really if the staff would get my order right half the time that would actually be 50 percent more than they actually get it right. to make it easy they probably get my order correct one out of four times. I guess that's what you get when you have a staff made up of teenagers who would probably be rather look at thier iPhone than making a blizzard. Guess I'm at a crossroads here on which is bigger. My love for Blizzards or dipped cone or my disdain for a place and a staff that continually get my order wrong or just half *** it. Love me some DQ ice cream but so sick not getting what I order or the poor quality control at this location.

I love DQ and their ice cream, but the food leaves something to be desired. I ordered the $5 lunch because it came with an ice cream sundae. Well, I hadn't even gotten my drink filled yet when they were trying to give me my sundae. While I appreciate the speediness, I would have preferred my sundae after meal instead of before. My food came promptly enough, but it was SALTY. And not just one item, but everything in my meal. Were it not for the nostalgia of DQ ice cream that reminds me of my childhood, I don't know that I'd come back.

Food was just like every other DQ out there. Main reason for coming was the desserts and those were top notch like always. For it being the day of the grand opening, I expected there to be a little bit of a wait. No biggie. For the most part, despite the HUGE crowd of people, the majority of the employees stayed positive and worked efficiently. Will return again after the hype dies down.

Obviously I came here for the icecream, but the food is what left an impression with me. I got a strawberry cheesecake Blizzard and their mushroom Swiss burger meal. The Blizzard? I wasn't amazed. It was good, but I guess I was expecting to be more impressed with DQ icecream since it's been years since I've had it. But the food was actually pretty great (for fast food standards). Their fries were fresh and hot and very good. I liked the meat on the burger and the mushroom and Swiss on it were tasty. My only gripe would be the bread was a bit too soft, like "pillowy". On the upside it wasn't soft in a manner that it got all soggy, at least. I tried the boyfriend's chicken strips and while I really liked my burger, the strips were good enough that i had regretted my decision. It's a nice little stop if you're around those parts.

My wife's chicken sandwich had three strips of chicken that were probably 3 inches long and half an inch wide. It was the most pathetic sandwich I've ever seen. My daughter's banana was nearly rotten and they messed up her hot dog. How can you mess up a hot dog? I created this profile specifically to say how bad our experience was today. On the good side they corrected the hot dog and banana but I will not eat there again.

It floors me how people in the drive thru that work at fast-food places get mad at you when you ask for condiments they didn't give you. I had to ask for ketchup & napkins. Seriously and the lady at the window had a super attitude. I ordered the $5 box meal and opted for a blizzard heath with easy chocolate syrup. I get a large blizzard with extra chocolate, no complaints on the free upgrade. So attitude #2 from her. I get my bliZZARD and its small. I was almost afraid to ask for salt and pepper, buy I did anyway. Because its her job! The chicken strips are a little on the small side. But its still a good price for a meal with fries drink and dessert. Just customer service has to be Better!

Super happy I don't have to make the 35min drive to Chickasha now for my Blizzard fix. I'll take DQ over Braums any day, mostly because I'm from the Northeast where Braums is unknown. So I drove up and of course the drive thru was crazy long for it to only be 3pm on a Wednesday. I decided to just go indoors which was faster & the decor is a lot better than the older DQs I've been to. I enjoyed the atmosphere and they were clean to be alone slammed inside and out. Ordered the Butterfingers Blizzard & chili hot dog and the dog was the usual blah ad the blizzard hit the spot even though it's 35 degrees outside now :/ I do plan on returning when the hype dies which could be another month. ***** I heard they may build one in Del City soon****

kids meal comes with a main entree, side, drink, and a dessert. both times i ordered kids meal and the cashier didn't know what came with it. i had to remind him it came with a choice of dessert and pointed up at their menu. it would be nice if their menu on the top came with a photo like at mcd or other fast food res also, check your orders to see if it is correct. you should do this at every restaurant esp. here. both times i went...something was incorrect. the cheeseburger kids meal didn't have any cheese or even ketchup/mustard/pickles like it should. the double burger combo we ordered was a single burger. even forgot to give us our drink cups.. they were nice but they seem to be a bit lost....esp. when it gets busy and crowded. burgers are good and good/avg. price. gotta luv the blizzards. They have boxes of their ice cream and ice cream cakes that you can pick up to take home near the soda area.

Food selection is better than some out of state DQs I have visited. My order tasted ok. Drink selection was anemic. I'd assume a place this new would have one of those 20-in-1 touchscreen dispensers. They have iced tea but only the sweetened tasted good. Since I like tea slightly sweetened I mixed sweetened and unsweetened and wasn't thrilled. Since nothing was on the fountain I liked I just tossed the drink. Dessert is what you'd expect - quite good. Ambiance was strange. Several televisions with sports but some weird live concert playing on the overhead speakers. The place is a 'grill and chill' but the music was more grill than chill. Nothing I recognized but it wasn't particularly good. I think it was Sirius XM but they might be better suited with more mainstream 'safe' channels (70s on 7 or the like) or just pipe the sports audio instead. The interior decor was decent though. I'd likely go back for dessert but drive-thru only and not for anything involving beverages.

Definitely NOT the Dairy Queen I grew up with. Burgers were skimpy for the price and not tasty. I will say they were busy.

We are excited to have DQ nearby. They are always busy so expect a line especially if using drive thru. We ate inside which was full of people but the staff kept up with the chaos and cleaned tables as soon as someone left. The service and the food was good. I didn't know DQ served fried mushrooms until today.

Be aware that if you order a "basket with a shake" you will be charged for a "basket w/ drink PLUS shake" and it will cost you more than if you were to order the "basket" and "shake" separately. I calculated that I had been overcharged and after a 30 minute discussion with Debra, the owner, she informed that "Yes, you will pay extra if you do not specify that you want the items a la carte". She stated this was because of the computer system they are required to use. She said that it would cost her too much money to train her employees to push extra buttons, and they don't have time to do that. I was also told that people should be ordering a soda drink with their baskets because they will get a "price break" ....and if you decide on a shake instead of a soda, you will be charged for the basket w/ a soda and will also be charged for the shake. I agreed that I would not expect the "price break" when getting a shake, but I certainly would not expect to be charged OVER the stated menu price. She informed me that overcharging her guests was preferable because in addition to the extra time it takes to train employees, she has a $2 million building loan to pay back. By the end of our conversation, she agreed that she needed to change the shake price when subbing for a soda; however she never offered to give me back the money I was charged OVER the stated menu price. It would be interesting to see if the shake price is actually changed....but I will not be returning.
